I own a 28 foot chaparral boat. Boating out of the Anchorage Marina my wife and I went out for a casual lunch and one coming back into the Anchorage Marina just as we entered the entrance to the marina my engine died and we were headed towards rocks along the shoreline. We were not able to start the engine and as we were drifting towards the rocks instructed my wife to throw the anchor out which she did. After that we called Boat US on our VHF radio and got an immediate response from Captain Steve. He informed us he be there within 10 minutes or less. When he arrived he instructed us what to do as he wrapped it up to us then pulled us away from the danger and into some open water. I realize possibly the problem was the emergency lanyard Killswitch had pulled out. But was not 100% sure that was the reason the engine went dead. I was able to try to start the engine while waiting for Captain Steve of which the engine would turn over but not start and it other times totally dead nothing when I would turn the key. That was confusing me but once we got into open water I tried starting the engine with the landed back into the Killswitch and the boat start it up. I tried starting the boat two or three times in open water ran the boat a little bit and the boat was fine. Captain Steve waited so that the boat ran fine then followed me into my slip. He was totally professional courteous understanding and wanted to make sure that I would be safe until I got back into my slip. Hats off to Captain Steve. I would definitely recommend boat US service this is not the first time in 40 years of voting that I’ve had to use them and I never once had a complaint police year compliments for every captain.
We had a boat situation this past weekend where we ended up on the marsh, thank god for Jim and his crew at Reynolds ToeBoatUs. They were absolutely amazing,professional,kind,knowledgeable,and understanding of the situation and what to do. We left our boat in their hands and they treated it with the utmost care. When they showed up at 7:30 am and tried to get the boat off the marsh they didn’t just give up, they came back in the evening for the high moon tide and got our loved boat off the marsh. When we got the call we met them at the marina and they were all so amazing. Everyone of the “captains” (there were actually 4-6 boats) that assisted in the recovery where amazing.
I could not give them a better review and say if you were ever in a jam on the water I wouldn’t call anyone else and I would trust Jim and his crew.

I was in a pinch and gave these patient people a bit of a hard time getting towed from a slip. They really did come through for me, despite my B.S.! And they were pleasant about it too. Sorry and thank you! These people clearly appreciate their customers.
I'm a member for better than 15 years, and have had to use them 3 times. Most recently this morning. These guys are professional, courteous, and on time. My guess is there was no emergency so they arrived in the window given, and towed me safely to the marina. Thanks!!

If there be any negative reviews they will surely be from those who are too foolish to buy an unlimited tow package every season.
Broke down yesterday off of Fox Island. Fortunately we have coverage through BoatUS, so we called for a tow and they dispatched a boat from Reynolds. Capt. Steve was there within 20 minutes, we were back in our slip within an hour. He was professional, courteous and made the experience as pleasurable as having to get towed back can be. I can't praise him enough. While I hope to never have to use your company again, I would do so without hesitation. Thank you for making a bad day better.
This is a CROOKED boat towing company that operates under the Name of a Fine and RESPECTED company of Boat U.S.. They are WOLVES who act as sheep to come and Assist you only to ROB U!!!!!!!! Legally!!! This boat towing operation should loose the Boat U.S. franchise so they can NOT take advantage of families who need assistance. I believe in Karma. What comes around goes around and all the money they swindle they can not take with them. They should be shut down!!!! Nothing more than CROOKS!!!!
