USA Auto is a fantastic mechanical shop with great pricing. Its hard to find an honest mechanic but they are on top of the list!

Inspection stations usually fail you for everything but USA Auto only flags actual safety concerns which rocks.

Shop is spotless which tells you everything about how professionally they run this locally owned automotive business here.

They placed an improper electrical component in my vehicle, which is known to cause damage. They skirted around the issue where I had to accept the loss and buy my own. With receipts and model number, the parts company stated there was clearly an improper matching when I reached out. Much more than the owner ever would admit. I’ve Started going to another BETTER shop where they price everything at extremely reasonable rates instead of how USA auto seems to be jacking up the price of the cheap parts they acquire. From this place, USA auto, attempting to coerce repairs that are unnecessary while saying crucial issues are “not fixable”, I wouldn’t go to this place if they were the only shop in a county (p.s. the air conditioning & heating issue that is “not doable”? My new place did it on the spot like actual professionals). Save your time, money and car. Shop around for a good/ great auto shop instead of settling for being ripped off.

Ben is the most professional & thorough. He takes it so seriously and works so diligently, I thought he was the owner masquerading as a worker. ? If you want it done right, this is the spot! They’re even willing to perfect(very rarely needed)or double check on the work they performed.

I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic regarding pricing. I initially brought my car in to have the alternator replaced, and we clearly agreed on a price of $650, which I found fair. Later, I received a call saying that my brakes also needed replacement, and I was told the total would now be $800, including the alternator repair. I agreed to that on the phone — only to be charged $1,800 when I arrived to pick up my car. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was upfront about being a student, yet instead of being transparent, they took advantage of the situation. There was no clear explanation or justification for the additional charges. I strongly advise others to stay away from this shop. Their lack of honesty and integrity in handling pricing is deeply concerning. Please be cautious if you decide to bring your vehicle here.

Friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I am so happy that I found this repair shop. They have fixed a flat, changed my oil and fixed my air conditioner. They even used by car warranty. I highly recommend.

As soon as I arrived they knew I had called. The owner was very helpful, quick and in awe of the car lol. I have a Subaru solterra and I needed a NYS inspection. It was done in about 20 minutes and I paid $10 dollars for it. The service was quick, efficient and very cheap for EV.

Just had my car worked on at this shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The mechanics were knowledgeable, honest, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. They fixed my cam and crank sensors, rewired the harness, and even handled some work on the rear bearings and hubs — all done professionally and at a fair price.. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for reliable and skilled mechanics who actually care about their work.

Just had my brakes done, price was fair, and staff was kind. Did only what was needed and didn’t pressure me into any additional work or repairs. Tough to find a shop you can trust, so far, this was a positive experience.

Scam Alert – Avoid This Auto Shop at All Costs Please be careful — this place is a complete scam and should be reported. Like many others, we fell into the same trap. We had to tow a car and chose this shop because it was just 10 minutes away. We hoped they’d handle the tow and do a quick fix so the driver could just drive home. Instead, they towed the car and immediately charged us $1,500. The initial issue was with the belt, which they said was a simple fix. We knew the price was outrageous, but we just wanted to get the car back and move on. But then — after we paid — they suddenly mentioned that the radiator was empty and the car couldn’t be driven. Seriously? Why wasn’t that mentioned before charging us? In the end, we had to tow the car again to a different shop to actually fix it. So we paid $1,500 for a 10-minute tow, no real repair, and a huge waste of time. Please, please don’t take your car here. You’ll regret it..

They had my car for three days before finally checking it. They charged me $300—it was extortion! They wouldn't give me my key back. They didn't even tell me how much it would cost to diagnose my car. It's $150 a hour, but then charged me $300. They didn't do anything! Do not go to this place; they will rob you. $300 for three days of me not having my car, just to tell me things I already knew. It's crazy!

Worse experience ever. They failed my inspection. It's a newer car 2018 they said my windshield wipers were no good. It was so minor, I had my son put on the new ones took less than 2 mins. He claim my rear brake pads were metal on metal which I just changed myself took me 20 mins they weren't metal on metal. He also failed me for a tire which still has tread. He said it doesnt meet state requirements. When I push what is the size of the state requirements because all tires treads are different. The young kid got rude and said I could fail all ur tires but just did this one. Which is a lie all my tires were new except that 1. I got a flat back in October n replaced 1 and after our first snow storm this year I change front tires. 3 new tires but he said he can fail all of them? The worst service ever. All repairs were so minor except the tire which they sell he could have just said Buy a new tire now or it will fail. Took down the block and pass with only changing the wipers n pads myself NOT THE TIRE... Will report this place
