They rip people off, I saw the screen say $40 at one point she gave us $25 I confronted her about it and asked for my receipt, she started with an excuse there receipt machine was broken, got rude and loud and the man behind me saw the screen as well and defended me, after someone above her checked the cameras they realized it was actually $50 she owed me, I’ve been here a few times it always feels like a scam! Not to mention how disrespectful half the workers are.
They are so nice & fast! I did not realize that the Redemption Center closed at 3pm & one of the guys took me in taking care of me immediately. He pleasantly alerted me of the operational hours. Wow!! Great place to get in & out of fast without the hassle of performing the recycling at places like Walmart.
Brought cans there a week ago and still haven't received them back! Wouldn't even count bags, they said a truck load or a car load. Lazy people work there unfortunately!!
The people in there are all very friendly, they work very hard to take care of my order it's a wonderful location for your returns thank you for being so pleasant to be around ?
Best place in the area to bring can and bottle redemptions back. They count them with machines and are quick! They are usually busy so sometimes you have to wait!
Was there on 1/24/22, never being there before and it was a phenomenal experience. 8 bags., no line, super friendly, kind and great experience of customer service from the 2 gentlemen working. Very kind, happy guys and made the experience so easy for us. FIVE STARS ? ? ? ? ? to them both!
The guy that works there is pretty personable. Sometimes there can be a line to wait. But the counting process is pretty quick, so unless the person ahead of you has a massive amount to return, its usually not too bad.
This place is a rip off. They made me leave my 17 bags (half of which were contractor bags FULL)there to be counted overnight which means I has TWO trips to the place to be able to get paid. Get there to pick up my money… somehow there were only 2200 cans. Seems strange since ONE contractor bag holds 300+ cans. Icing on the cake…the kid tried to short me $20 after that. Extremely disappointed with this place. I will never return here.
Editing to say I did call to speak to a manager and got nothing but the run around with him. He claimed my bags were full of two liter bottles even though my family doesn’t drink soda and I never buy two liters. Eventually he admitted to making a less than a dollar mistake. What a joke and a complete waste of time. STEER CLEAR.
I even went as far as to take a contractor bag full of cans to a different redemption center right before I called to speak to the manager so I would have a general idea of how many cans a bag indeed does hold. There were 312 in a bag that wasn’t even full to the top… now I’m no math expert but I can tell you that 17 bags times an average of 300 cans just doesn’t in anyway add up to 2200 cans as they claim it did. They are ripping people off and won’t admit to it.
They were quick at sorting to put through the counting machine. That was pretty awesome to watch the counting machine. It gave how many were there and the money due.
Retraction statement! The issue I had was corrected with ease and the manager there is cool easy going guy. Wait was a little long but what are ya gonna do when it’s good service!
Highly recommend and thank you to the crew that works there and has worked there. Be patient, these guys are trying to help you as best of their ability.
Do not go here unless you have an hour to spend waiting. Every single time I have come here in the last 5 years I have had to wait at least 30 minutes for a few bags of cans. This afternoon I had four bags of cans and I am going on 44 minutes as we speak. It is much better to go to Wegmans or even Walmart because even if their machines break down a hundred times you can get in and out quicker than here. The employees are nice but I'm not sure speed is their strong suit.
I just took in a big contractor bag full of returnables and a half of a big contractor bag of returnables that were previously counted just to see if my refund would be shorted and sure enough I was $5 to $6 short I should have had at least $20 or more, but I only got back $15.15 who knows what happens when you are made to wait outside your refund drops fast
This is where I normally return my empty bottles. The guys here are quick, have a great method for separation and always have a good attitude. It's not the best job but these guys dont seem to mind it.
So much faster than a can return machine at Walmart. Super friendly with a great beer selection. Also can get the kids to help me by bringing them to peaches and cream, same owner as the beverage Mart. Parking is not an issue.

Smaller store with very helpful staff in all regards, great place to take returns and a pretty good variety of local and regional beers (Iron Flamingo, Rohrbach, Upstate) as well as the common american stuff in large quantities (cases and 30 packs). Some munchies and soda in hand too ?.
All that being said prices are a little higher than the big chain stores but variety is worth it if you're looking for something other than a bud/coors/miller lite and don't want to make the trip to Wegmans (it's hard to compare to their beer selection).
Great place to take your bottles and cans. Can take as many as you want with nothing said to ya. Great customer service from the guys.. Only place we will go....
Worse place ever they are a redemption center that don't want to take back cans and bottles. They don't have a limit but they will give you a hard time if you bring in more than they want. There was no one else in the store and three employees and the manager who I believe was the owners kid was rude snotty, and liked to run his mouth
