I had a great experience with CARSTAR Spectrum Auto. They did an excellent job repairing my Acura MDX. The repair quality was outstanding, and my vehicle looks as good as new. The paint match and body work were done perfectly, and everything was completed on time as promised. The staff was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They also coordinated smoothly with the insurance company and the rental car, which made the experience completely stress-free for me. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.

My auto insurance company suggested this auto body shop to fix my car, and I agreed. Within a couple of hours, Vicky from CARSTAR Spectrum called me to set up a time to drop off my car and, if needed, arrange a rental, which was impressive. When I arrived, the parking lot had right up front parking. I opened the shop’s door and was immediately surprised by how clean and nicely decorated it was, as well as by Vicky’s friendly personality at the desk. Vicky and Denis introduced themselves right away and clearly explained the steps to get my car fixed. I got updates about the process by text and paid my deductible online, which was convenient. Once my vehicle was finished, Vicky greeted me warmly, which made my whole day. Denis, who was also great, walked me out, which I really appreciated, making my experience even better. My vehicle repairs look great with my interior also detailed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto body services.

Highly satisfied with the work and the staff. We highly recommend. After significant damage to my car, it appears brand new after the repairs. Not only was the repair done flawlessly, but it was done fast and efficiently.

Had repairs done for my vehicle that was met with a deer, and as frustrating as that was, dealing with the insurance, dealing with Vicky and Dennis at this shop was a highlight. Vicky is such a breath of fresh air first thing walking into the shop! Dennis was very professional, communicative and punctual! I would definitely come here again for my repairs.

What great service. From Vicki at the front desk to Dennis and his team, everyone was very friendly and professional. Received an estimate the same day which listed that all the parts were available and ready to go. Told me 7-10 business days and gave me status reports. Car was completed in 8 days. Highly recommend!!! Never had such a good experience with a auto body shop!!!

This was the most incredible experience Ive ever had! This shop really makes getting into an accident feel like a walk in the park . From the minute I walked in Vicky was the most charming person I’ve met she really is a genuinely happy person and makes you feel so relieved ! She is definitely the right person to have right as you walk in and the first face you see. Unlike other body shops, this business actually cares about the work they do and their customers. As echoed by some of the reviews shared about this shop, from the moment you walk in, Victoria makes you feel at ease with her warm smile and pleasant demeanor. Melissa who was our claims adjuster was very thorough and did an outstanding job by explaining the process from start to finish and kept you updated about the progress of the repair. She would respond to your queries right away and took pride in what she does. Binu and his brother Prince who own this place, were equally friendly and genuine in their dealings with me. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop. These folks are honest and transparent with you. None of the gimmicks that you see in other shops.

I had a great experience with this team. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I liked their business model. The branding and outward appearance of the location sends a clear message to prospective clients that this is a legit, high quality autobody and that you are going to be interacting with subject matter experts of their trade which is unlike some other shops I’ve seen that appeared more run down. I really appreciated the work they did and felt it came out phenomenal. The only thing that is driving me nuts is that when I picked up the vehicle and did a quick walk around I noticed what looked like a small white spot on the side of the car they did not do work. I was so thrilled about the side they worked on that I chalked it up to being something that was superficial and would come off after my first car wash, when it didn’t I ran my finger over the spot and realized it was an actual chip and a deep one at that. It looks like a rock chip and I just don’t know how or when it could’ve occurred. It’s either a really bad timing coincidence or occurred somehow there I just don’t know how that could’ve happened. I suppose it’s possible that I simply noticed it upon picking it up but I’m super anal about my x5 and both the adjuster and myself commented on how well preserved it was. It def occurred after the initial damage occurred. I wish I knew. I plan to stop by and have them take a look at it as soon as I have the chance. Regardless I found this business and team to be wonderful and have already recommended them. Thank you.

Very efficient, quick turn around. Took a little over a week for what took another shop 6 weeks. Vicky at the front desk is so nice and very helpful. Complete front end repair with paint, sensors, and various replacements . 2024 ram 1500.

They did a tremendous job fixing up my Tesla Model 3, which had been sideswiped all along one side. Looks perfect. The staff is super friendly and look out for you. They helped me get a rental car and return it when all done. Would definitely come back here.

I bring my 2024 model Y to do the body repair ( rear door replacement and front door repair and painting). They did a really good job. The receptionist Victoria was really kind and friendly, she did a warm welcome and explained me all the process. She even called the enterprice and arranged the rental car for me.The manager Melissa really friendly and she explained the repair process and timeline, she updated me every step ,they even fix some minor scratches on my car and got the car back within a week.

I had an excellent experience working with Carstar!! They communicated each and every step of the process of my car repairs/body work. They also helped me with the car rental. Did body work on my car through my car insurance!! Did a wonderful job.... easy and so nice to deal with. Victoria at the front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable!! I cannot say enough amazing things about this auto shop! After being involved in a car accident, my vehicle required repairs, and from the moment I walked in, I was immediately put at ease. Victoria was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She guided me through the entire process and even made sure I was set up with a rental car right away. Dennis was also fantastic. He thoroughly explained the repair process and timeline, and I was so impressed with the consistent communication I received. I was updated at every step, from when parts were expected to arrive to when the repair would be completed. When my car was ready, Victoria once again went above and beyond by making the rental return seamless. Being able to drop off the rental right at the shop and simply focus on picking up my car was a huge relief. The entire team exceeded my expectations, and the level of customer service and professionalism was outstanding. The repair was seamless as well. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of auto repairs. They truly care about their customers!

I would like to thank the amazing team of carstar spectrum auto (Mr. Dennis, Ms. Trinity and the men) for going above and beyond with the repair of my Tesla Model 3 2023. They did a fantastic job with the repair, excellent communication with insurance and with me (customer). My car was picked up later than expected but I was informed beforehand. Every process was explained and made sure that everyone involved is updated. The day I picked up my car it was charged and was even cleaned. 100% would recommend.

This place is absolutely shameful. They took almost 2 months to repair my vehicle and after taking the vehicle back all the body panels were installed incorrectly. They also made me wait two weeks to find a battery for the vehicle, which I sourced in one hour elsewhere. Paid $500 to tow the vehicle to another shop, where they also found $3000 (!!!) in additional damage which was not fixed. After all this, I will have to have the vehicle repaired all over again. Carstar charged $19k for this repair. If you do business with this place, prepare yourself with a lawyer after the fact.

LOVE this place! Unfortunately my NEW car was rear ended and I only got it three months prior. I was beyond upset. I picked up my car today and it looks as though nothing ever happened. Vicky is so welcoming. She brightens your day as soon as you walk through the door. Melissa was very informative and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I love that this place was able to help make my car look as good as new!

The staff was extremely helpful and communicated professionally. Edit: Same day when I got home: It was fine until I reached to work and realized that there were minor sounds coming from undercarriage. I expressed that the undercarriage was shredded and the front needed a fix (hit and run case), but only the front was fixed that took a little bit of time and almost cost a whole down payment to "repair" my lease vehicle. As you can see from my pictures, the undercarriage was just left. From the other picture, just a piece of plastic was cut off. Not sure what to do with this car after paying a fortune deductible for almost completed repair.....
