This was an amazing experience. Great service , nice stay, flawless body work. They were very consultative and the pricing was very fair.

Simon gave a very comprehensive and detailed explanation of the the entire repair estimate that was submitted to the insurance company. The car is showroom new and I never had to even think about it. Was put in a rental on site and I recieved updates throughout the repair process. Great service and Great results.

Excellent craftsmanship! Expert knowledge & professional customer relations! Hopefully, no one gets into an accident, but it does happen, and Art Auto Body is top of the line. My car was rear-ended, and now it's looking newer than new. I’m thrilled with the work done on my car! The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They took care of everything with the insurance and even arranged my rental car while the repairs were being completed. The team was fast, professional, and kept me updated throughout. I picked up my car today, and it looks brand new! I highly recommend them and will definitely return if I ever need any work done in the future.

Two months into ownership, I brought a 2025 Rivian R1S here (a Rivian certified body shop) with some minor scrapes along the front metal bumper, and the molding pieces / reflector on the front. I was quoted an honest price (don't expect it to be cheap, folks, get all the estimates you want), and I was promised that the car would be returned looking like nothing happened with all systems calibrated. Ary and his team did an amazing job and the car was delivered perfectly as promised. If you have a Rivian and you need body work in the area, go with Art Auto Body. The experience is slick, polished, and doesn't waste a moment. Their Rivian certification is that piece of mind you need to feel good. I hope I never need to see Art Auto Body again, but if I do need such services in the future, they'll be the first I seek.

I have been using Art Auto Body for years!! I unfortunately got into a fender bender a few weeks back. Martin and the two young ladies in the office helped with the insurance aspect of the claim reporting and the car rental. I was in and out of the office in less than an hour!! I can't say enough how great this place was. From the minute I dropped my car off, they were sending me updates on their progress. I never had to call once to find out what was going on. They had my car for 3 weeks and when I got it back it looked brand new. They even cleaned and armoralled the inside. Hopefully I never have to go back but if I do, this is the place I will go. Thanks to Simon and Ashley for their professionalism and for taking such good care of my car!!

I cannot say enough good things ablut Art Autobody! The repair teams here are truly A1! My collision damage ruined the entire back bumper and hatckback gate of my SUV. The team at Art Autobody were professional and thorough with their examination and repair assessment. They also made working my insurance a breeze. From what was a huge headache and inconvenience due to being rear-ended, the repairs were done flawlessly. Additionally, my was even detailed on the interior as well as exterior. The car looked brand new when I went to go pick up my vehicle. The service is definitely top notch! I highly recommend Art Autobody if you ever get into any car troubles near the Mario Cuomo Bridge as West Nyack is just off the bridge!

Art Auto Body is amazing. We had an accident that left the bumper hanging. They took us in immediately, processed the claim for us, offered us coffee and cookies, estimated the timing correctly, communicated by text about the timing, when a part was delayed and they wanted until the following afternoon, we needed the car by the morning, and they went personally to pick up the part and had it ready by 10. They even put gas in for us because the car was nearly on empty when they received it. I highly recommend. Car looks great. Polite. Efficient. Communicative. Easy.

The customer service is excellent. I had a minor dent with no paint damage. They informed me after repairing the dent, they would need to paint. However, upon receiving my car, the paint job was poor. It had a grainy texture that is clearly different from the smooth paint of the rest of the car. Additionally, the inside of my car smelt like paint for a week. I have never experienced that with previous repairs at other places. They were on time with the repairs but I would've preferred they take more time and get the paint job done right.

This is my 2nd time going to Art Auto Body for repairs on 2 seperate vehicles and i have to say they truely are the best. Both my experiences have been extremely pleasant. They help put me in a rental, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and called me when they estimated it would be done for pick up. My car looks great. I definitely recommend them.

Having automobiles for business and personal use I have been using Art Auto Body for many years. My latest repair (Mercedes C300) was handled as expertly as always. Their communication (by handy text and online repair dashboard) was excellent. I never had to call and follow up, I always knew repair status. The work Art Auto Body did on my former vehicle was amazing so I knew exactly where to go with my 2019 Honda HRV. Once again the body work is perfect and their service before, during and after was perfect. It doesn’t end until they are sure you’re happy. Simon went above and beyond making sure nothing was missed. Ashley who I assume is the office manager made sure every question I had was answered. She even helped me understand and deal with my insurance company. My car looks great again and my interior looks like it’s been detailed. I’m sure it was because it looks like new. If you want your vehicle brought back to its original condition, actually even better, then there’s no reason to shop around. Just bring it to the professionals at Art Auto Body.

Had two cars unfortunately in a recent accident. Both cars were repaired by this shop. My first time using them. Simon was excellent to deal with and took care of all the insurance and car rental issues. Everyone that I dealt with was very caring and took care of all my issues. I have used Art Auto Body for Over 15 Years--they have always exceeded my expectations. From the time I call them for an estimate, get a rental car, drop me home on times I need someone to drop me home, provide updates, coordinate with insurance and then give my car back cleaner than before and, importantly, fixed — just a first-class job. Call Simon or Martin if you need anything; they will care for you. I highly recommend!

I was rear ended a month ago. The back of my beautiful mustang was destroyed. Once the insurance okayed everything Art Auto Body took only 2 weeks to fix everything. I picked my car up today and it looks like the car was never touched in that accident. She looks beautiful, drives perfectly, and is even cleaner then when I took her in (the interior was in need of a good vacuum at the time of the accident lol) I couldn't be happier with the work AAB did on my car, I'm extatic! I’ve used Art Auto Body on two of my vehicles as they are an approved repair shop for my insurer. It was the best referral I could’ve received. They handled all of the paperwork and payments through my insurance plus the on-site rental company (Enterprise) made it easy for me to just grab some temporary wheels while my car was in their very skilled hands. Their work is top notch. You would never suspect my car had been damaged. And they delivered my car to me on time and in pristine condition (the car was detailed!). Simon and his crew are all wonderful professionals and I would use them again even if I wasn’t going through my insurance.
