i highly recommend this place, the staff/crew were amazing from the first phone call, to dropping off my vehicle and keeping me updated on progress. When i get my car they went above and beyond, by cleaning the inside and out, my headlights looked brand new, i will have to ask what they used to clean them with, i know where i will be taking my vehicles going forward. excellent above level service and execution.
We had a great experience. I was in an accident and they made it painless. We were kept informed, the repairs were done quickly and well. They returned the car clean and EVERYONE we spoke or dealt with was kind and helpful.

I highly recommend this business. A+++. I was rear ended at a pretty good speed and took my car here for repairs . They were very professional, honest, upfront, and kept me updated about the process continually. They also asked if I was okay (genuine concern, not the fake kind) after the collision, which I appreciated as I was a bit shaken up.

My car was wrecked while parked - the entire driver's side ripped through with the most severe damage on the rear. The team at Nanuet Collision Center did their absolute best to work with my family on what could be addressed with the insurance coverage provided. We did pay a bit out of pocket, but the job was SO well done! Turn around was fast, the work was beautiful, clean and precise. The team is also extremely pleasant and good to work with. Hands down recommend.

I live 45 minutes away from Nanuet Collision and I chose to take my car here to get body work done. Why? They’re reliable and they’re affordable. I cracked my front bumper. They gave me the possible options of fixing it or replacing it and the prices. As for the quality of work, I am posting before and after pictures… see for yourself. I will continue to drive 45 minutes to get any future work done on my car here. Enough said.

They are all very professional, friendly, accommodating, and especially detail oriented. When it left the shop my car looked better than it did before I had damage to it. Old scratches were removed; stuck on SAP that had nothing to do with the reason for bringing it in was completely removed. The car was not only fixed properly, it actually looked like a brand new car when I pulled out of there. They kept me updated along the way as well. Thank you for your great service.

Two years ago, my car was almost totalled due to being rear ended. Nanuet Collision did an absolutely wonderful job fixing it for me. I was hit a second time more recently and did not hesitate when choosing Nanuet Collision for the repairs. My car looks perfect and they even cleaned it for me. Fantastic people and great service. I first came to Nanuet Collision after I was rear ended in February, the process was seamless and the work was beautiful. I needed some small tweaks (mud flap) after repairs and they got it resolved pretty quickly. So of course when less than 90 days later someone damaged another part of my car it was a no brainer to come back to Nanuet Collision.
The second time around has been disappointing. My new bumper which they installed in February was scratched during the new repairs and is now visible. They tried to paint over it and buff it out but the scratches are still there. There was no other solution offered - I asked if the bumper was detached they said yes I pointed out the marks and the paint and buff was all that was done. Please keep in mind I returned the rental before receiving my car so this was not a situation where I could say fix it and tell me when to come back. From drop off to pick up I feel like I was hounding them for updates and now just to get the final paperwork. I'm definitely not pleased the second time around. I got my car 8/10 it is 8/24 and I'm still awaiting final paperwork. I'm not sure if they are overbooked, overworked, or both but customer service has clearly taken a backseat. If they can get back to the shop they were in February I would recommend I'm sure all of their customers would greatly appreciate it.
Nanuet collision is great. This is the 2nd time using this shop. The staff is very professional and do an AMAZING job. They put my mind @ ease with the way they handled my claim.
Got run over by a tractor trailer in Houston. I didn't want to hang around Houston so limped the car back home. When I called Nanuet Collision, I was just going to get an estimate and make an appointment for the work but the guy noticed my wheel was cracked and the tire was damaged and decided it was safer not to drive it. He took care of everything for me. He called the rental car place and actually drove me there. Nanuet Collision told me about how long it would take to get the parts and repair my car. They called me a couple of times just to let me know how it was going. Then they called to say the car was ready. I went to Nanuet Collision and they showed me the car and explained everything they had to replace. It was beautiful! I would highly recommend Nanuet Collision. They were kind and professional and the car looks and drives like new.

The staff is awesome. Daily updates on the status of the car. Car was done on time, cannot tell if the car was in a crash( hit a deer). Plus, good conversations during the waiting time. I highly recommend Nanuet Collision.

Nanuet Collision works very hard to make a bad situation as much of a pleasure as can be expected. They communicate everything from the time your car comes in (and will arrange for a tow if you call during their business hours), during the estimate with the insurance company, as well as throughout the repair process. Periodic texts update you to the repair progress. The quality of their work is nothing short of excellent. I have referred family members to them as well.

I had a door on the drivers side that got damaged. Other places took the info and never returned the call. They said they cannot locate a door for a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. I went to Nanuet Collision after waiting in vain for a place nearby. After 10 minutes they said they can get the door. Because they are good, they are busy, so it might take a day longer but it's worth not worrying about and you save time searching in the first place. I strongly reccommend them when you need auto body work.
