Paul and Troy truly went above and beyond not only with their bodywork, but with their service and communication. While my insurance adjuster took over a week to look at the car for an estimate, Paul and Troy were openly communicating with me and providing updates. And when my insurance company wasn't being responsive and returning my calls as well as giving me incorrect information, Paula was completely on it and was doing what the insurance company should've been doing! Overall, great experience, highly recommend and they do what they can to help you financially.
Paula and Troy did an amazing job with my Honda crv. Needed body work and a paint job on my trunk. These 2 and the rest of their team went above and beyond, speaking to my insurance in my behalf and even getting brand new factory parts! Giving my crv cleaned with a written warranty today. This high-level ethical behavior comes from its larger than life owner, Troy O'Hanion. Troy is a moving center of humanity and engineering excellence. He went out of his way to help me when my insurance company was being insensitive to me. Seeing my misery for having to wait some five weeks before the insurance company settled on his charges, he lowered my deductible charges. After the repairs were completed, I met another accident, though a minor one; he repaired my car for free. How many businesses would do that. You do not see many people like Troy. I highly recommend Troy at Autohaus Collission Center in Suffern, NY. Troy and Paula are professional and friendly and immediately inspire trust. From the start, there were issues with the insurance company. Troy knows his business inside and out including state rules and regulations. This was important in my case. Without Troy's knowledge and willingness to put in the time to advocate for me, my car would have been declared a total loss. I am so grateful to him and my car looks great!
Awesome work and service. Unfortunately our Honda Pilot was hit twice in one year - not our fault both times. Fortunately worked with Autohaus. Constant communication and superb work. In addition to overall bumper replacement - was impressed with the dent work.

I cannot begin to express how amazing the work is that is done at this place. I got into an accident early November where I had front end and rear end damage, and a bunch of internal damage so some of the pictures don't do the internal damage justice but man let me tell you, autohaus made my car look like I had just bought it off the showroom floor. It's a 2017 Honda Accord and the work Autohaus did makes my car look better than it did two years ago. They worked quickly and efficiently to make sure that I can get back into my vehicle as soon as possible. I'm still amazed at how great of a job they did. I even had a small dent on my drivers side rear door prior to the accident and they even took that out too! Thank you Autohaus very much for your hard work and dedication! I will definitely be back if I need any more work done in the future!

Twice now I have had the pleasure of dealing with Troy and Paula. Over 40 plus years as a driver and service business owner I have had lots of body and fender work done. Autohouse is definitely the best auto body/ collision center thus far. The quality of work is excellent. You really can't tell the car has bin worked on. Paula had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Troy and Paula successfully negotiated with the insurance companies on my behalf. All work was complete on the date agreed. When I picked up my car it was spotless clean inside and out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I later learned that a local car dealership uses them (understandably).
