Decided to upgrade my wife's personal vehicle. Through extensive searches and vehicle-shopping app filters, she found the vehicle she was looking for at this place (Rockland Motorsport). Unfortunately, when she called them, her experience with their representative was quite unpleasant -- First, he wouldn't transfer her to a sales person (as she requested). Then his tone & behavior was dismissive & unhelpful, and it ultimately seemed as if the guy on the phone had better things to do than assist her...despite the fact that HE insisted he be the one to assist her.

I’ll be honest, my credit isn’t great and I really thought I had no chance of getting a car. James, Mike, and the whole team at Rockland Motor Sports completely changed that. They made the process feel possible instead of intimidating, and made the vehicle feel attainable instead of out of reach. To be real, if you’ve got bad credit like me, you’re probably not walking in expecting a no-money-down miracle, but what matters is that they’re upfront, fair, and actually work with you. Bottom line: they make the impossible possible. I’m genuinely grateful to James and Mike for helping me get into a car when I thought it wasn’t going to happen. Highly recommend Rockland Motor Sports.

They are scammers . They sold us a car the next door it wouldn’t start. After getting it looked at by Hyundai.. they in formed me about electrical issues the airbag doesn’t work! The headlights don’t work properly… when u go over a bump the car radio disconnects. We went the next day to return the car under the lemon law.. they told me no. Now we are on our way to court!! Don’t blow ya tax money here you will be very disappointed!!! $12,000 now I gotta wait to get my hard earned money back. They also put a fake inspection sticker the car can not pass inspection with all the malfunctions. The heat is working they are a very bad dealership with good prices for them to come up not the customer. That is the owner he said he was not there and when asked if he was the owner he told me no. When the three drivers arrived that is when they confirmed he was in fact the owner!!! Do not blow ya money here. Save yourself the headache. The salesman he was the the man to get me tho he disappeared after the sale smh

I bought a 2024 Mustang GT at Rockland Motorsport! Both James and Mike will be the best dealership salesman and finance manager I think I will ever work with. Very honest and truthful in selling their cars! I hope I can get them as much business as possible and to spread the word. Truthfully everyone, I’ve dealt with many shitty car salesman in my life, we all have! BUT these guys are the best and so good that I just might keep coming back after I’m done with every car I own! Very helpful. Mike and James answered all my questions about the car, compared it to other cars I had drown so that I understood the possible difference in my experience as the driver, and helped me access the needed financing at a really good rate.

What an experience i had a great experience with this dealer they are very Professional and fast i bought my car and i was out of there in 45 mins great job guys i am going with my fiancé to buy a car from there next week again i trust this place 100%you want to buy a car go to Rocklandmotorsport they will help you no matter the credit...Great place to get your car i recommend them.I have bought several cars from this establishment and james is a stand up sales person very straight forward and transparent i recomend them 100 %

Initially my experience was great. I corresponded a few times with a wonderful sales woman and took the 2 hour drive to purchase the vehicle. Ron and I took the vehicle for a test drive and noticed a service steering system light on. We were told at that time that there was a repair shop nearby that they worked with that services Maserati vehicles. He stated that it would take a few days but that they would get the vehicle in and serviced. On the drive home the check engine light came on. I immediately notified Mike who stated "maybe it'll go off shortly" let me know. I called him later that evening and notified him that not only did the light not go off but that the remote starter is no longer working. Need less to say none of these issues have been rectified. Now when I call I can't get through to Mike. I've asked several workers for the owners name and to speak with the owner. That has yet to happen either. I could go on about paperwork that I've been requesting for 2 weeks but I won't. I spoke to a woman today who took my mailing address once again in hopes of receiving the paperwork soon. She was pretty adamant so maybe just maybe she will actually follow through. While the vehicle is beautiful it obviously has what I'm hoping to be some minor issues that I'll have to pay out of pocket to have fixed. Meanwhile I will continue to wait on the paperwork to see if maybe just maybe the required work is covered under the warranty. Follow up: It's been just about 60 days since purchase. I have spoken to several employees (still refusing to give me the owners name) and have yet to receive the paperwork which I was told would be mailed to me. Not only did I not receive the warranty documents, loan servicing documents, ect..Rockland Motorsports also has not sent me the NYS Registration which I was told was there in their office. I had to call the department of motor vehicles and explain to them that the company failed to mail the registration which I should be receiving from DMV sometime this week. Thank God they handled some of the required business because I did get the title in the mail. I will be contacting BBB to make them aware of the unfair business tactics that Rockland Motorsports are doing. Purposely not mailing a client NYS Registration documents should be, if it's not against the law. Again beautiful car, bad business.

Mike and James were very courteous and helpful. The process was lengthy but I had a fine time, as they were great conversationalists. I was able to leave with a car that fit my needs without breaking the bank.

I was looking for a car, I had just got my license and saw an ad on facebook for a really great car— a Toyota Camry, I browsed through the listings and found a Toyota Corolla instead (I prefer corollas. So I walked in a week later and we processed everything right then and there. It was super quick and easy! They are very negotiable and friendly, letting you know everything about the car and allow any questions or concerns you may have. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with any needs I had and I would recommend them to everyone I know!

Let me tell you !!! … I went to 4 different dealerships, was told I needed ridiculous amount down, a co-signer, and a denial. Decided to search car gurus and found them. Figured I’d give it a try one more time, because why not . I had James do a soft pull nervous to get denied again. He got me approved in a couple hours !! Between James, Mike and Christina!!!! The A - Team !!! … I’m in awe of how they went above and beyond to help me!! Words can’t even sum it up. It’s been a very rough past few months and they have no clue how much them helping me means. (And the car is soooo fly) ??
