Had a fantastic cut and experience with Mya for my first cut at Rococo's. After almost 20 months of hair neglect, Mya did a wonderful job bringing life back to my hair. I'm very much looking forward to returning.
I got a haircut for the first time in a while and my hair dresser did an amazing job on my hard to manager hair. She also told me some tips and recommended me great products to use at home that transformed my hair for the better.
This is a one-off review. Let's start with the atmosphere...warming, inviting & friendly. Hat tip to the interior designer or designers...attention to details makes for the ambiance. Now, about my cut? BEST cut ever! (Since we're being honest, the cut I received prior to this latest one, from my go to for the last 15+ years, left me disappointed. Nevertheless, I still stand by my statement...Rococco's was the best, ever.) Some time has elapsed since this cut, yet it's grown in ?, reminding me how good a cut I received. As for pricing...it's competitive, if not slightly below avg. Sadly, I will not be returning, anytime soon.
Went to salon because it was friendly service stylist destroyed my hair, the ends are dying and part of the top was falling out because of the treatment I got at rococo‘s!!! Double bleached my hair when she wasn’t supposed to. So unprofessional need to train your stylists. YES I WAS A CUSTOMER! Awful awful service you destroyed my hair!
Didnt know they had a barber till recently so figured I would try them out since I like to try and support local businesses. Better quality cut and experience than the big places with competitive price. I am definitely pleased and my son and myself will both be going here from now on.
