NJV is great. I brought in my old 2016 Hyundai in for some general repairs. They had me in and out in one day. Light bulbs, muffler issues, check-engine light, oil change, inspection….They tightened up my old beast and now she's running great. It's reassuring to know I have a solid local garage nearby.
Avoid this company at all costs!
If you’re looking for a mechanic or towing company that overcharges, lies, and leaves you worse off than when you started, congratulations—you’ve found them!
I made the mistake of calling this company when my car broke down. They quoted me one price for the tow and then hit me with a completely different (and much higher) charge once the car was already on their truck. They also insisted I pay in cash, which seemed shady, but I was stranded and didn’t have much of a choice.
Once they had my car at their shop, the upselling started. They claimed I needed repairs I knew were unnecessary—like a new transmission for a car that was perfectly fine before breaking down. When I declined, they suddenly became less “available” to fix the actual problem and delayed the work for over a week.
To make matters worse, the repair they did perform was poorly done, and my car broke down again less than two days later. When I tried to contact them, they ignored my calls and emails until I threatened legal action. Even then, they refused to refund me or fix their mistakes.
Shady practices, horrible customer service, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this nightmare of a company.

Hijacked my car from accident scene and hauled it to there yard just to make another buck although I begged the driver should wait two minutes till my collision truck comes. This is what I had to deal with right after crash with bloody bruises. Zero sympathy and a bunch of scumbags. They should lose the highway license. Will report
The worst experience ever. Never had so much trauma from a towing company till I got introduced to NJV. The lady in the desk area seriously needs help. She’s not ok, she don’t know how to treat her costumers. I don’t recommend coming here unfortunately
This place deserves to be shut down anyone who is seeing this do not I repeat do not trust nor let anyone call this towing place unless you want your vehicle to be seriously damaged to the point your vehicle is not able to turn on and be drivable, owner is very unprofessional, I really thought my vehicle would be in Good hands but that was the worst mistake of my life😣👎🏼
Was extremely thankful to everyone there! They towed my smoking jeep that had broken down 4 hours away from my home to their auto shop. They told me very quickly what was wrong with my vehicle, and even though they were busy and about to close they fixed my car in just an hour so that I could get back on the road and get home safely. They were very helpful and thoughtful! I really appreciate them and recommend them to anyone in the area who needs their car looked at or fixed!
Brought the car with complaints about noises from front suspension, had a call that mechanic found nothing, paid diagnostic fee and noise is still there :(
Why didn’t you tell me right away that I can pick up the vehicle with a tow truck??
Why have you made me pay $2400 for storage and you lied to me that you cannot release it without a release form from the police department??

Brought my car in to fix a fuse on my horn after a dead battery. The lady at the front desk was beyond rude on the phone and spoke to me like I was stupid. She talked over me and gave me a huge attitude. Purely based on her, I will never go back there again.
Excellent repair shop, the owner is 1st class, takes care of her customers, and willingly accommodates them, the mechanics take care of your car as if it were their very own. And they do towing.
Two times now I was able to walk in and leave with a solution! Colleen is sweet as can be! Love this place and definitely going to be my go to mechanic! Thank you guys!!
Great Auto center. They 24-hour tow is always nice to have locally. The prices are fair and the labor is good. Service is quick and they are great at communicating what you need.
