Excellent service. Very helpful when trying to assess what size dumpster to use for a clean out and super easy to schedule drop off and pick up. Extremely helpful in the past with construction debris removal. Plus help on what items are accepted and who to contact for anything they can't accept.

Good thing for you I didn't call the police for your idiot driver taking it and your smart girl on the phone who won't give me her name. Nonetheless, I'll be watching you when you pick up my garage from now on.
Ok, this next rant is more personal. I hope Any of our neighbors in Rochelle Park are listening.
The garbage is picked up here on Tuesday and Friday. This morning, our trash was at the curb. One full sized can and one half sized can, both full. The small can had been used for trash from my shop, and whatever non kitchen trash. When I went out to collect the cans, there was only one. The brand new small can and it's lid were gone. The can was white with hand painted flowers on it. Clearly a garbage can, not garbage. I called the town DPW, and they gave me the number for Sterling Carting. Not sure where they are located, but they have an 845 area code. I called them and told them what happened and a young lady who could care less told me on the second call that they mistook my can as garbage. I said so what are you going to do about it? She said nothing, your loss, done. So I'm here to complain about Sterling Carting and their irresponsible, unprofessional and inconsiderate actions. Now I have to get a new can, but I surely won't be putting it at the curb.
After contacting them about if we can bring decking to the site, they did not mention that they do not allow hand unloading one hour before closing. That information is also not on their website. So be aware that they will turn you away at 3pm during the week and 11am on Saturdays.

DOES NOT FOLLOW TOWN ORDINANCE and picks up before legally allowed to. Contributing to noise pollution as early as 6:15 AM in residential area. Company denies this and continues to ignore the law. Would not like to give any star if could.

Business is all about relationships. If you have a problem or have a question they’ll take care of it. I don’t shop price I shop value, so I’m not in a position to talk about price. I first met the owners when they applied for a variance to open their business and what they said they would do then , they did. That alone is valuable. Give them your business you’ll see the difference
We used Sterling while we had our roof redone. Great service! They had good communication with us and great pricing. Even the gentleman who came to drop off the dumpster was great, we have a low hanging tree by the driveway and he made sure to not clip any branches with his truck. Highly recommend!
