Gunther was FANTASTIC. really nice guy easy to work with. I dont think I've been in a dealership ive been more comfortable in. Their cars are fantastic and insanely clean. I would not hesitate to go back to them next time.

This was my first time dealing with Seth and Gunther from Palisades Auto. I contacted Palisades Auto on the weekend. Seth called me on his day off and we easily came to an agreement. The next day I was on my way to his shop with my trade. He was true to his word and even helped me unload my traded motorcycle and load the new one on the trailer. Gunther quickly completed the paperwork and I was on my way back home. The whole process took about ten minutes and Seth even called to make sure I made it home safely. This was probably the easiest vehicle transaction I’ve been part of. Thanks Seth and Gunther for an outstanding job. I’ll see you when I’m ready for my next bike!

Best vehicle purchasing experience I've had, hands down. Gunther, you are the man. You have performed above and beyond my friend. From the 1st time I spoke with you on New Years Eve night, I've felt at ease. You've taken care of everything. Walked me through the process (more than once, and patiently I might add) and made sure any and all concerns or questions i had were addressed promptly. Getting your dream car isn't an every day event and I'm so glad I found it from you brother. If I buy another vehicle, I'll be using Palisades. You've earned my business for life. By the way readers, I'm 720 miles away and I feel this strongly about Palisades if that tells you the level of service I recieved. ????

I purchased a used motorcycle with Gunther as my salesman. To say this was the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience would be an understatement. This was a easy and forward process and no tossing you around; a very far departure from other places I have visited. The process was explained and clear with the deal quickly reached while both parties were happy in the exchange. Calm like two old friends making a deal and I will be sending anyone interested to them again in the future and possibly myself when the need arises again.

Seth and Gunther was by far exceptional. They were professional and paid very close attention to detail before my husband and I pulled off the lot w/our Honda Pilot. Definitely a dealership I will be coming back to for next vehicle and have already referred a few friends to ask for Gunther!!!!

I was searching for a very specific truck to replace one I owned that was totaled in an accident. I was fortunate enough to have found the one I was looking for at Palisades’s. I live 200 miles, a four hour drive from Nyack so my first step was to check the trucks availability. I received a response from Gunther right away and he helped me throughout the entire process like a pro. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He facilitated sending me videos of the truck so I could hear it while running. He went underneath the vehicle to take videos of the areas of concern to me like the frame and in-between the box and cab looking for rust. I didn’t want to travel all that way before I was absolutely sure it was in as nice as the pictures on the advertisement looked. He understood my concern and went out of his way to be sure I was confident enough to make the drive down. Once I decided to buy it contingent upon a satisfactory test drive, Gunther offered me a means of financing. Although I had my own means, he and I discussed if his options for financing and interest rates would be better for me or not. Once I made my decision he worked with my lender directly and made it a very smooth process. When I got there all the staff was friendly and most welcoming. They had the truck washed up and fully ready to test drive. I wasn’t sure I could be there during Gunther’s work hours and he even offered to come in early that day. I was there less than an hour, they had all the paperwork ready to go and even recommended an awesome place for lunch on the way home! Thanks to Gunther and all the staff at Palisades’s. You made what could have been a stressful situation a pleasure. I will always send people to your site if they are looking for a specialty vehicle and are willing to travel. Thanks again guys!

Me and boyfriend had recently purchased a car from here and everything went very well. Adam was the one that sold us the car and he is very nice and cool! Very professional and got the car for a great price and the car runs great! There cars basically look brand new! Very good condition cars!! Would highly recommend seeing Adam!

This experience was better than one I have had at any dealership. It felt more personal, it was quicker, more to the point, and no BS. Truly felt like we could trust Adam and Seth from the start- but as we got to know them more and more it was evident that they seemed like family! If there’s anything at all wrong with your car they are happy to talk and take care of things ASAP. They also help explain the process and any issues with ease. Anyone could understand! I first called to see if the vehicle I was interested in was available and Jesse answered right away and let me know it was. The moment I arrived he copied my license & let me test drive it with my friend while he helped other customers. The car was clean inside and out, no rust etc and it drove perfect! I then spoke with the general sales manager Adam and put a down payment to hold it until the bank approved me. Adam answered any questions and concerns I had & was very reponsive with calls and texts and did everything he could to get me the car at the rate I wanted : )

Adam helped me out sooo much. Gave me an honest deal and went out of his way to accomodate me. This experience was significantly better than any of the local experiences I've had. I've bought 6 cars locally and this was hands down the most satisfied I've ever been with a dealer, will return in the future and recommend friends. He made a same day deal during memorial day weekend on a Saturday. Everyone keeps asking me if my car is brand new and it's a 2013... They know what they are doing.

Seth of Palisades Auto Sales is the opposite of what you expect from a used car dealer - and that's a good thing! He even brought our vehicle to our mechanic to get it checked out. We had an excellent experience buying a car from him

I would give more stars if that option were available but Seth was exceptional. He’s very personable, understanding, friendly, and most importantly he doesn’t judge a book by its cover. He’ll treat everyone with the same level of respect and most importantly trustworthy!!..it’s hard to find those qualities at an auto sales location but he definitely has it all. I will say this was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, ever. Seth and Wally made you feel like old friends, they were very open and honest about the Jeep Liberty that I bought. The price was fair, and the car runs fantastic. I could not be happier, I hope to do to business there again.

I can honestly say this was by far the best (and most fun) auto buying experience I’ve ever had. Right from the start Adam was great to deal with. He’s very up front and honest and no pressure tactics whatsoever. I was very impressed with the condition of the auto we purchased. Without hesitation, Adam took care of the one minor issue that came up when the car was checked out by third party service technicians. He did a great job helping me surprise my son with this car, which was a replacement for his previous car that was totaled in an accident, and played a big part in creating a moment my son will never forget! I had a great experience and would recommend this dealer to everyone! I purchase a vehicle on line from Palisades. You always hear horror stories about online purchases but not this time. Everything they told me about the vehicle was true and they were very accommodating to meet my schedule since I had to travel to pick up the car.

This is an early review based on my experience with Adam. If your looking for a trust worthy dealership then look no further Adam with Palisades is your best and only option. I just bought my Town and Country today after months of researching the car. I found Palisades and Adam who formerly worked for Chrysler literally knew everything there is to know. He was absolutely personable and easy going. There is no hassle, no shim shamming and best of all for the ladies out there Adam does not undermine you. I am beyond satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended! I just purchased a used BMW from Palisades Auto Sales and they were a pleasure to deal with. I truly appreciate when a salesperson is attentive while not being pushy. Adam and Seth sold me my 2007 Prius, it had 238K miles on it but was rock solid! He was open about what was wrong with it and what it needed, I bought it. They were so easy to work with a so nice. When the Cat Converter went a month or two later, Adam even offered to go half on repairs and I didn't even have a warranty with him. I tried buying another car from him, but unfortunately due to my financial situation I couldnt get approved, but this was a while ago, I think he works with more banks. Get this, when I was trying to get a car from another dealership, Adam spoke to me over the weekend just to help me make sure I was getting a good deal and making sure I wasnt getting screwed over from someone else. You guys are great, really trusting too! Keep up the awesome work!!!

Great place to buy a car ! No hassle or BS. They had the car I wanted, I called to confirm it was still there, it was and I was assured there would be no surprises. So I took a chance and drove 150 miles to see it. I felt comfortable immediately ! Adam and Seth are a hoot! More importantly they were upfront about everything and like Adam said, there were no surprises. Adam arranged my financing and got me a great rate(I did my homework) He was very patient with me as it was my first solo buying experience. I would give 10 stars to Palisades Auto Group!!! We bought a 2004 Volvo from Seth and we love it. We traded in our Lexus and financed the car. He gave us a fair price for the used car and there was never a point dealing with them that I felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. Overall the service was excellent and they were great guys to work with. I personally find it rare to meet honest people like this in the car sales business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

My Fiance and i were looking to purchase a used car, our sales person, Adam, was over the top, not just reviewing all of the purchase options pros and cons, making suggestions really helping the buying decisions. He took extra time to go over everything and contact different banks to help us with some credit issues and make sure that we were able to drive away with the Lexus my fiance fell in love with. Adam reviewed all the high tech features of the vehicle and went over everything to make sure it was in tip top shape and that we were satisfied with the way the vehicle ran and looked. If I could I would give them more stars. This is my second car I have purchased from them in less than a year. They have been the best dealership I have dealt with. Adam and Seth are great guys. This was my first purchase from this dealer and I was very pleased with Seth and his team. My vehicle was recently totaled and I was looking for a suitable replacement. Palisades Auto Sales was about a 45 minute ride from Long Island where I found the vehicle that was perfect in price, condition and servicing. When I first inspected it, Seth the owner was very forth coming with no pressure sales pitch. He gave me the time needed for me to inspect and come to my own conclusions related to next steps and my results. Any vehicle short comings that I noticed Seth was forth right and was able to have resolved. I was free to take the vehicle for a test drive and it met all my expectations consistent with Seth's representation. I did not hesitate to put a deposit for purchase and schedule my next visit for pick up. It has been a week of ownership with the vehicle with no issues and I am very pleased with my overall experience and transaction. Great experience!! Second time I've done business with these guys. Found them when I needed to sell my daughters BMW last year. They were fair and paid me on the spot with no BS!! More recently I purchased a convertible Mustang from them for weekend fun car.(I deserve it...I'm retired). The car is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The transaction was smooth and pain free.
