WARNING: Do not use this company! I called them after my car’s ball joint cracked and explicitly warned the driver not to tow it without proper support. He ignored me, towed it normally, and caused severe damage: a broken axle and a transmission that leaked oil. This was completely preventable. They owe me money to fix the damage, and it’s clear they don’t care about your car at all—their only goal is to get it from point A to B while taking your money. If your car has any suspension or drivetrain issues, stay far away from this company.
I forgot the guy who came out to tow us out of one of those hard to reach places in this crappy NY area, he was very competent and good as his job. He got our box truck to where it needed to go safely with no problems. Would definitely recommend! Pricing was a little high but better than a lot in the area, easy payment
They can be a little gruff on the phone, but they seem to be very competent and although I didn't actually tow my car, the driver gave me some good advice and I really appreciate it.
Never have I met a group of such unprofessional and rude dispatchers. The woman dispatcher deserves to be fired. I requested a tow at 12:45PM alerting them all charges were clear of the vehicle. They said they would be picking up the car momentarily. I contacted them again multiple times (once an hour) and got confirmation a guy would be there at 3:30. When calling the tow yard at 3:45 I connected the dispatcher straight to the Tow Yard. The woman not realizing I was on the line spoke rude comments about me and said they were not in the mood to do the tow as AAA was not going to pay them enough. What a awful business to deal with I hope AAA pulls their contract and they go out of business, or at least the dispatcher gets fired.
George(Chris) saved us and our Freightliner when our driver had a medical emergency and spent 12 days in the local hospital. These folks are amazing, a blessing in today's insane world
Need a tow give these boys a shout the best in Rockland county they have a great crew always neat and organized their trucks are always clean and drivers are excellent they really treat you like family here I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a tow they are excellent and on time
I recently had the pleasure of working with Khris, a tow truck operator at Congress Collision, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They came out to my home in new city this morning to jump start my GMC pickup. The person that came out wasn’t able to jump the truck and they still charged me for the service. The money isn’t the problem, but it’s the principle. You didn’t perform so why should you get paid? Cheers and good luck.
They were great from the first call I made to them. They came to the location where my car broke down. Had to get towed to the dealership. Was nice and helpful. 👍👍
One of my trucks broke down labor day Sunday, I called CC, these guys were there in 10 minutes, supervisor Chris and flat bed operator were professional and respectful, handled my truck like a Ferrari, thank you guys so much

This is an awesome place! I had a mechanic from another business that was dishonest and so I was a little hesitant to trust a new mechanic. I was not just surprised by Joe from Congers Collusion, I was floored by just how great an experience it was to have my car repaired by a true professional. I cannot recommend a mechanic any higher than I do when speaking of Congers Collusion. This place is worth seeking out and using as your mechanic. You will not be disappointed, guaranteed.
