AAA assigned them to me, they had me waiting in the freezing weather locked out of my car for 5+ hours. Had to call AAA multiple times because they lied about showing up amd not seeing me.
I would sincerely like to apologize for my unprofessionalism yesterday. I’m sure the company is a good company and does good work. My issue with them was over a phone call and the unprofessionalism of one of their employees and unfortunately, judging by the way that that gentleman talk to me I could clearly tell that he is some form of management and that’s how he treats the employees there the gentleman that stood up for him the owner kind of went on my page and fired some shots dug up old post smeared my personal business when I’m a sole proprietor, one man not a big corporation like them so at the end of the day, my problem is with the individual that answer the phone who didn’t even bother to ask me whether I was a licensed adjuster or just a photo inspector and laughed at the fact that I was a third-party inspector trying to come up in this world with all the disadvantages that have been laid out for me, but I digress I strongly suggest that this company trains their employees on how to properly manage and deal outside vendors workers businessman anything is a proper way to do business
James and his team are very professional and courteous. Received phone calls updating me on the status of repair. Got my car back before promised date. My car looks brand new. Would definitely recommend Congers Collision.
My experience doesn’t live up to any of those I read. They seem like they offered everyone else great service but me. I made a AAA call at 8:30am and never got picked. I was left in a cold car for over 8 hours. The dispatchers were rude ladies and ruined my holiday spirit. Hope you’re treated better.

Definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PLUS. The service was dispatched through AAA. The other night, had a starter issue. Before I even hung up with AAA, Keith called me. He was extremely polite and friendly. He received my info and basically within 5 minutes, the tech was on site. I explained what happened and we both knew it was the starter, we tap started my car and away I went. Obviously, replaced starter next morning. My second time using AAA and CC, they are ultimately fantastic. Very intelligent techs as well. Friendly and willing to assist 100%. Yesterday Congers Collision was awesome!! I was 19 miles into a 25 mile bike ride and a bolt in my bicycle broke making in unridable. Thankfully I have AAA who believe it or not has bike pick up as a covered service. AAA connected me with Congers Collision who was amazing! Picked me up quickly, got my bike hooked up on the back of the truck and delivered home. Both the dispatcher and driver were so kind! Highly recommend!
I needed a tow and Khristopher was amazing! I stress with anything to do with cars and he put me at ease and was able to move my car in no time. he made such an amazing impression of this company. I highly recommend them.
Unfortunately , I had to use my Collector Car Insurance roadside service for the first time .

I was caught in the rain yesterday. Started walking to Congress Collision about 2 miles away. Cousin Nick comes to the rescue, not only to help me get out of the rain but with a bottle of ether to turn my tow truck on I don’t know if I should just call him next some people call him super Nick, but God bless him.

My experience with Congress collision is nothing but amazing. Such wonderful staff. And the work that they do is phenomenal. I recently had to have my car towed because of an accident and repaired. I had a great experience with Congers Collision and I highly recommend their services. While I sat at a traffic light another driver ran into the driver side of my SUV damaging the rear driver side. Congers happened to be one of the companies the insurance company recommended and after reading all the reviews and researching other collision companies I'm glad I decided to go with Congers. They took excellent care of my car. I purchased my car brand new prior to being hit and I must say I'm impressed at how it looked once I got it back. The prices were reasonable, the service and attention to detail was outstanding, they also provided a free wash and detail upon me picking up my car. Husband hit a deer doing 60 with his alumiduty. Front end was smashed and scratches everywhere. Congers made it all look like it never happened. Truck came back absolutely perfect. Friendly staff and a nice waiting area with a coffee machine.
My car got scratches and I wanted to get a quick fix. I came in and the gentleman with the beard and glasses helped out. When I told him I needed to have it done quick due to work, he promised to get it done in a day.
To my absolute surprise, he called me the same day evening. When I came to pick up the car, he reviewed the job with me. They had also given my car a mini detail cleanup.

My Tesla was side swiped in a hit & run I was sent to these guys an it couldn’t have went better. Not only did they make the car perfect again the price was amazing they even got my windows tinted while car was being fixed. I hope to not need body work again but if I do I know exactly where I’ll be going.

After I hit a huge pot hole and damage my suspension and wheels, I was stranded right outside PA!! I was told by someone to contact and use Congers Collision for towing and repairs. I gave James a call and he took the job in seconds. He drove all the way down from Rockland county to Trenton NJ to pick me up and safely towed my baby back to his shop and then brought me home. Since I had Allstate and he is an Allstate insurance shop, he reassured me he will be taking care of the whole write up from start to end. Now, I was worried that any shop will be able to take care of my BMW since it is with a signature color Sepang Bronze Metallic. I hoping he will be able to fix my car without any issues and he sure did. He was able to locate the extremely hard parts in a timely fashion and did some touch ups to the paint of my car. One of main concerns was matching my paint but they reassured me that they will have no issues matching the unique paint on my car with the state of the art machines they have. The paint came out flawlessly. I was so happy for James and the team. Since then I got two cars fix by James. You will not go wrong going to Congers Collision
