They are very good but $140 to balance two tires is way too much

Dan is one of the most honest business owners in the area. Not only are his prices amazing but they will not try to up sell you on in needed services I found this place when I had a nail in my tire they fixed it for free and advised that I would not need a tire. Thanks guys

These guys are the best! Had them mount and balance tires for me and the car rides better than new. Most shops don’t balance tires as accurately and carefully as J&J does!! My father has been a long time satisfied customer and they will definitely be getting continued business from me as well in the future.

Best repair shop around!! The entire team goes above and beyond to make sure all of your problems are fixed and most of all you feel so comfortable! Everyone is so detail oriented and truly care about the work they do!! They explain everythig to you and are so proffesional. On top of that they are fast and efficient. I trust them completely with my vehicle and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Traveling from Florida to Ithaca for my daughters graduation. All hell broke loose with my timing belt and water pump. Dan and his crew took my vehicle and made an uncomfortable situation very manageable. Brooke in the office was great. She is the one you pay. Lol. All in all. If you live near this service station - use them. Very very fair on pricing and terrific mechanical skills. Heading back to Florida today. Thanks J&J.

Went here the other day, thought I had a nail in my tire. The worker took it out and the tire was shot. Didn't have the money for new tires so Danny hooked me up and gave me a used tire for free. Just paid the tip to the worker who was really cool too. Everyone there was awesome. I'll be back in the future.

I ordered a Porsche Crest for my boyfriend last year for Christmas. He didn’t put it on until March and unfortunately by August it had completely faded. I sent a couple of emails asking if this is normal and the only response I got was asking if the car was kept in a garage. I don’t recall reading that this was required and wouldn’t have bought it if I had. The car is only garage kept like 50% of the time.

I had a mirror that was broken and a friend recommended J & J. I was truly impressed at the way Danny, the owner went above and beyond to help me replace my mirror. He is professional honest and fair in his prices.

Danny and Sammy are the best, not only for what they do (knowledgeable, professional service done with an eye to keeping the costs down for the customer while never skimping on necessary repairs to keep my vehicle running safely) but for what they NEVER do - namely upsell the customer for services and parts the car doesn't need. I had taken my car elsewhere for an oil change that was a very good deal on Groupon, and there I was told my car needed several other fluids changed and that my timing belt was about to go. They pressured me to get it done on the spot, but I took my car to my beloved J&J instead. Not only did they do the fluid changes for less than I'd been quoted at the oil change shop, but Sammy was able to ascertain that my timing belt was in excellent shape and probably no more than a year old, thereby saving me several hundred dollars. There have also been times when I've taken the car in and they have performed a service like putting a new transmitter in my AC system and when I asked what I owed them, I was told, "Don't worry about it. We happened to have the part lying around and we aren't going to charge you." An honest, thoroughly competent mechanic of complete integrity is a pearl beyond price, and the good folks at J&J are a treasure.

I’ve known Sam for years and I finally needed to get some work done these last few months and I brought my car straight to his shop! Sam & Danny have been too notch with the customer service they give and it really does show with all of my friends who’ve recommended coming here. Now I can’t think of taking my car anywhere else when it comes to anything!

I've been using J&J for years for all different types of repairs. There is a reason they are always busy. A fair, reliable, knowledgeable staff that works with you. I've always felt comfortable with the price and service I've received. I recommend this place to everyone in the area that needs repairs and maintenances.

I went here with a screw in my tire. The woman behind the desk came out & said leave right there and within 2 minutes the mechanic was repairing the tire. Very professional & great service. Highly reccomend !!!!

Danny is the best! His loyalty to his customers is AMAZINGLY PRICELESS. My car would not start and he drove over to my location to diagnose the problem. Needless to say, I had the work done at his establishment because he is reliable, honest and efficient.

I’ll be honest the customer service wasn’t the best. And the worker who fixed my tire that had a nail in it wasn’t exactly in a good mood I guess. But they did it super fast and for literally nothing. I tipped the worker five bucks just because. But I’ve been charged $35 for the same thing at other places so overall I’d recommend JandJ

Danny is awesome! He is the only mechanic I will go to. After failing inspection a number of times and countless hours at another mechanic, he was able to figure out why my check engine light was on. He is trustworthy and reliable! Thank you!

Highly recommended. Danny Put 4 new tires on my car, he did it so fast. I always get nervous about getting ripped off and they really tried to save me as much money as possible. Extremely professional. They truly Care about their customers.

I replaced my Nissan's rotors, break pads and 2 new tires... These guys are honest and they priced the labor and the items decently... I did not feel that they over priced the work or tried to fix things that I didn't wanted or didn't approve of... They called me before making any additional fixes. They fixed everything in a day worth of work... I would highly recommend you give them a try before finalizing elsewhere...

J&J Auto is as honest as they come! All of the mechanics are great at their job and also they are as nice as can be! Sammy and Danny are really professional! If you have to take your vehicle to an auto shop this is the place to take it!

They guys are great. They even installed a tow bar that no one else wanted to touch. Best service garage around in town. Won’t go anywhere else.

These guys are the best and most honest mechanics I've ever, ever worked with! I drive down from over 40 miles away to have them do work on my cars. Dan is an amazing and honest guy. Customer service is amazing. From NJ so it’s a bit out of reach for me but I trust their work. They are very informative and very helpful. Always a job well done.

I always come to this shop for all my needs. I travel a little over an hour, for even the smallest things. They treat their customers with great professionalism and make sure they explain everything and answer all necessary questions. Highly recommend!

Not a bad mechanic shop, the quality of their work is good. The shop manager is very friendly and he does his best to take your vehicle in as soon as he can. There have been occasions where they've impressed me, and occasions where they've left something to be desired. In one instance, they went out of their way to fabricate an exhaust bracket for me, which saved me $40+ to buy an aftermarket one. Though the last time I picked my car up, I found the driver seat, steering wheel, and door to be filthy to the point where I had to spend an hour shampooing and wiping it out. Since these guys are friendly, their prices are decent, and I'm confident in their work, I'll probably give them another shot next time I need some work done.
