Rob H. was absolutely fantastic! He installed a new battery for me on a very cold day and truly went above and beyond. The old battery was difficult to remove, but he didn’t rush it at all — he took the time to do it right and even cleaned everything out thoroughly before installing the new one. On top of his professionalism and skill, Rob was just a really nice guy to work with: friendly, patient, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I came into this location this morning to get new windshield wipers and Rob went above and beyond to help me! As soon as I entered the store he offered his assistance. He helped me pick out the best fit for my car and even installed the wipers! Rob was extremely professional, kind and helpful. This wonderful experience will absolutely have me to return to the store for my future auto needs. Thank you Rob!

My battery died in the Hannaford parking lot so I hoofed my way over to the fortunately placed AutoZone. The manager Kyle walked all the way to my car to diagnose and jump it. Once my car was moved he quickly replaced the battery, went through everything I would notice after it being replaced and let me know they were available should I have any questions. The possibility of my day went from difficult to easy thanks to the staff at AutoZone. I could not be more grateful!

I stood there for 10 minutes in line why the worker played on his phone. As soon as someone else came in he asked them if he could help them. I said I've been waiting in line. He walk away and help the other person. His co worker just shook his head like this happens all the time. I told him I didn't want anything because of how I was treated. I left and said thank you for not help me. I'm going back tomorrow to get his name to talk to corporate. People like that shouldn't have a job. I hope we can have a long talk tomorrow

Bought a battery tonight after it died - got a jump and drove here to get a battery /installation . I was in and out with the battery installed in 10 minutes . Kudos to the crew there !!

They had the windshield wiper blades we needed and the employee kindly offered to help switch out the rear one which is always tricky. Good experience.

I came in to get some new headlight bulbs. The staff was very helpful and when I had trouble getting them in, Julio came out and assisted. He did a great job and was very professional.

CANT RECOMMEND ENOUGH 💫 Kyle literally just saved the day! The battery in my 2020 Subaru died. I have a number of appointments over the weekend that I will need my vehicle for. I wasn’t sure how much work was going to be involved in diagnosing the issue. Kyle offered right away to come out and help, he realized it needed a new battery and changed it on the spot … all things “car related” tend to make me feel completely helpless… So thankful for Kyle and his care and compassion today - it makes a WORLD of difference to know there are people like him out there

I cannot thank Julio enough for his help. My son had just left the dealership with the truck he had purchased when we noticed that the tail light was out. After returning to the dealership and getting no assistance from them, we went to Auto Zone. Julio came out to my son's truck and helped us figure out what the issue was (defective bulbs). He even took the time to help us with taking the tail light out and replacing the bulbs. He went out of his way and we were so appreciative of his help!

Customer service at the store is excellent, but the website really sucks. Type in a specific part for specific location on a specific vehicle and the part that gave me was wrong having to drive 10 miles to the store then back to find out it was the wrong part drive 10 miles again and back that equals 40 miles for nothing so for now we’ll just order parts directly from Amazon because their site doesn’t suck

Not only.did he help me with my car problem but he was very helpful in giving great advice outside of car repair. He seems.very outgoing and truly understanding. It truly seems like he is great with people and that's a big asset for a company. So thank you again Robert for helping me this morning. Keep that smile on your face you deserve it!!

They are running a scam I just got out of the mental hospital a week ago and my car breaks down that’s my luck I take it into autozone to get it fixed they come out with a whole new car that’s not the same car I bought in I came in with a Lamborghini and left with a Toyota let’s go places having ahh car

You don't see customer service like this anymore, engine light came on, I pulled in and the staff immediately went out and plugged in their diagnostic equipment even though it was pouring down rain, the codes checked out all right, it ended up being nothing to worry about, but they still printed out a lot of helpful information for me, including a service schedule for my vehicle, just in case I have any problems in the future and he explained potential issues to me for everything he printed out, I hope I don't have to fix anything on my car soon, but if I do, I'm absolutely coming back here, I think the employee who helped me was named Julio, but my memory is fuzzy, whoever it was, you made a very stressful moment better, and I greatly appreciate it, you've earned my future business!

UPDATE February 2024: Once again Kyle surpassed expectations. Got me what I needed for Brakes and pads, along with a few other things, and got me on my way. Always with a smile and a kind word. Keep up the great work Auto Zone - you're doing it right! 😁👍🏻👍🏻 Kyle was the best. Friendly, smiled, help me find what I was looking for. You should have more employees like him. Also helped me join the rewards program as well. All-in-all a great shopping experience. 👍🏼

Had an issue with my hood closing due to a latch issue. Lucas came out to assist me with it and Kyle saw so he came out as well. Between the both of them they did a fabulous job. Something so small that meant so much. They got the latch on my hood to open up and close and now I feel safe in my car driving with my family. Would give ten stars if I could.

I enjoy going into this AutoZone because everyone is so helpful and respectful. I also was pleased to see that most of the staff that used to be in Hudson is in this store now. It made me comfortable.

Pretty good service, however it was disgusting to see the way the manager was verbally abusing his employees infront of customers. Imagine what its like when people aren't arround, no wonder they have a help wanted sign.

The light in the back of my car went out, so I went to AutoZone in EG because the customer service is excellent. The service guy, Zack, not only had the bulb I needed, but went out to the car and replaced the bulb!!! I'm very happy with Zack and AutoZone!

Buying from here has been great! Customer service was top-notch (shoutout Lucas Fox). Employees are knowledgable and very helpful. I'll be sure to come to them for auto parts from now on!

Placed an order online for some wiper blades for in store pickup. I get an email stating my order is ready for pickup. When I arrive everyone is confused about the order and they only had one of the two blades I ordered in stock. They also tried to give me some no-name generic blades in exchange for the Bosch blades I paid for. A complete waste of my time.

The customer service is great. I came in with two lights that I needed replaced and the employee helped me right away. Price matched what I needed since the cheaper one wasn’t in stock and offered to help put the lights in :)

Have everything u may need. Staff is always nice. Parts arent super high quality, so they may need to be replaced again a year later. But, for wipers, oil and other little tgings, this place is great

Usually theyre great. Yesterday my car mirror broke, bought the replacement glass (although I was quoted a different price over the phone than what the actual price was when I got there, almost double the price I was told over the phone), tried to install it. It wouldnt snap on and slipped out of my hand and broke. I called them and asked if there was anything I could do, not expecting much, but they offered to replace the mirror for me for free since I just purchased the new one, and install it for me so it wouldnt happen again. They told me to come around 9 AM today to get it replaced and installed for me. I went in today, at 9 AM, the mirror was there but the associate working was EXTREMELY rude. He almost didnt give me the replacement mirror and flat out refused to install or have one of the other associates install it for me to prevent it from breaking again. We explained what we were told over the phone and he told us "Well, you know its your fault the mirror broke. I dont even have to give you this new one, and i'm not touching your car. Its a liability." But yet we saw another associate in the parking lot installing parts on another customer's car... All in all, I was very disappointed today. Usually they're great at Autozone, friendly and helpful. But not today.

Go anywhere else. Prices are cheap and the staff is nice... but only on the phone. Once you go inside to pick up your pieces the prices are always a different price than quoted, the staff seem they'd rather drop dead than hold a conversation. My favourite part is when struggling with instaling a piece and they offer to put it on for you, but when you show up "well you know this is your fault right, i cant install that for you. Touching your car is a liability ya know"

Friendly fast and good humored. Highly recommend these guys when you need something. They ran my CEL code, told me what it was, what the urgency was and different possible fixes - offering no false hope, just a personal recommendation on how they would approach

My car broke down in their parking lot. The people they were very helpful and friendly. They had the parts in stock and they were very reasonably priced. I was there for about 2 hours borrowing tools from them installing the new parts that I just purchased. I will tell everyone to shop there because of their kindness and their good pricing.

My old car was grateful! Up until recently i had a 2003 Mitsubishi. It had 164K miles on it and I had a few things happen that took me to the people at Auto Zone.' New battery, head lights, help with windshield wipers. When i go into a car place I start talking by saying, "Hey i'm a girl. I know nothing about this car stuff!" To their credit the people who helped me there were patient and reasonable. I trusted them immediately and they were so great. They put in my new battery and the head light. My old car was pretty beat up and sad looking but no one made a face or talked down to me. Now i have a nice new car and even if I don't need to go there as often, my rewards card is in my wallet all the time and I know if i need them, the people at Auto Zone will help me. Thanks guys!
