Came in late after my resonator just snapped in half. Ordered in advanced online got a sweet discount, but the real treat was the late night crew going the extra mile to pick these parts for me. I came in 10 minutes before closed and they worked together to get me my parts. The best!

Got what I needed here. It’s just like many of the other stores, they have a large selection of generic and branded parts. I needed a filter for my Honda and was successful in purchasing one. No problems, it’s easy to recommend a store like this if you need auto parts.

Went for wipers on Nissan Note. Wipers ready when I got there and salesman installed them right away. Great experience, as alway.

Outstanding customer service! Thank you Evan!!!! Had a terrible experience at the Delaware Avenue location in Albany. They refused to honor my battery warranty. I called customer service, was put on hold and they refused the customer service rep. The customer service rep then called this location and Evan was extremely helpful. He stated there was a battery available to swap out. Battery was swapped out with no issues. This location is further from where I live but I will definitely be taking my business here from now on. Again, AVOID the Advance Auto Parts on DELAWARE Avenue if you want your warranty honored.

Excellent service! My car was sometimes struggling to start, so we stopped by to get the battery tested. The employee was kind and so thorough in explaining what the device was testing, why, and what it meant. In the end, I needed a new battery, which they installed for free. It was an easy, hassle-free experience and I never felt pressured into buying anything. Would absolutely go back!

It was a decent visit they just can't get the parts for my older truck so I can't give them a five reading even though it's not their fault

The manager Steve littell was extremely unprofessional and very rude. I simply asked for help and he said he was to busy to help me and had another employee help me after waiting 10-15minutes until the other employee Eric was done with a customer. Eric approached me and I stated “ thanks because he’s clearly to busy to help” and that’s when Steve flew off the handle. There was nobody else in the store since I arrived but he told me I’m pressing my luck and he will refuse to service me and that I needed to go. When asked for his card he threw it at me and refused to give corporate nunber. Eric remained professional and carried himself as if he was a manager. What a disgrace by Steve himself he should be ashamed.!

Ni customer service skills can't look up the right parts. No knowledge of automotive the only rely on what tge computer says

I needed a battery and got in there and out within 20 minutes and they installed that for me on a Sunday amazing service and I want to applaud the 2 employees that were there good job

They took my order I have never received my part I waited about 3 days and then I received it no one told me they had to order the part no one called me back anything very very poor customer service I would never go back there I'm going to AutoZone from now on

We were able to find our windshield wipers(ALL 3!) for a cheaper price than you would usually find @Wal-Mart. This location always has a great selection of Well Stocked products & offers fair prices on all of their various Name Brand & Generic versions of most of their items so you're never stuck having to buy a super expensive part or accessory you may be looking for & of course the Replacement parts you NEED to have immediately! Clean store friendly, confident, informative, knowledgeable & experienced staff! I truly recommend this location over any other advanced or other autoparts stores for your next visit to buy Auto Parts

All the "Joe's" were very helpful. Came out with me to my vehicle. Looked at what I needed ... Have me some helpful advice and what I needed and how much it was. Came back out and installed my windshield wipers...Always a pleasure going in... They guys there don't treat me like I am dumb just because I am a girl...LOL.. thank you Joe

Surprisingly excellent customer service they will go out of their way to find what you need or get it for you as quickly as possible offering installation on many normal wear items on a car pricing is usually competitive

These people literally have no idea what they're doing.. I don't think I've ever received the right parts even though I order them online and the website says they fit my car.

Awful customer service. The employee was not useful at all and rude at times. Was looking for a simple universal part and made the experience unpleasurable will be sticking with the Auto Zone down the street from now on.

Staff always attentive and on point. Prefer this over a certain competition store in the area.

The counter staff were very helpful but the items I wanted were out of stock. The manager, Joe, was both unhelpful and clearly disinterested in ensuring a satisfying shopping experience. He was unwilling to get the items from another store or swap out an equal in-stock product.
