Freeman's is amazing! I got stranded from out of town, and they were able to source and replace a tire in <2 hours so I could make it to my next destination still ahead of schedule. So grateful for them!

Always polite, honest, fairly priced and efficient. I have used both the Monroe and Harriman locations and the staff and quality of work have been great.

Polite and friendly. I had a laundry list of items that needed to get done & they did them all. They let me know what was causing my dummy light to stay on, made me aware of price & asked how I wanted to proceed. Excellent scholars!!!

I called the right place to help me with a blown tire due to hitting a pothole on Rt. 6. Although the the tow service was overwhelmed with all the calls for towing work due to the inclement weather, the dispatcher understood my location and didn't want me to have to wait two hours on the side of the road. She was able to contact one of their operators who was close enough to come and tow the car to their tire shop. The shop workers were great. They got a suitable replacement tire and got it installed the next morning. They were friendly and caring and the price was less than I expected. They said they would phone me as soon as the car was ready and they followed through with a call. Very happy. Thanks!

I went in for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. Excellent Service. Everyone at the Harriman location was so friendly especially the young lady at the desk. From my initial phone call for an appointment all the way to the day I had service, she was very kind. Thank you Freeman's.

Pretty good service, waited a bit longer than expected, but they took me same day, so nbd. $60 to mount & balance 2 tires, a bit more than I would like to pay, but not the most expensive in the area. I like that they tell you what work you may need done after completing the service you came in for.

Freeman’s let me know I would be needing brakes sooner than later after having my car inspected. When I finally got around to scheduling this appointment (during the holiday season), they got me in as soon as possible. I needed an oil change as well at the time. I asked if they could take care of that for me too and they did. I was told my car would be ready by 1pm … and it was. I appreciate Freeman’s excellent customer service from start to finish, and that’s why I keep coming back!

Freeman’s is the only place I bring our cars. The location is perfect, I am always able to book an appt when I need it, the woman who checks me in is friendly and efficient. My cars are always serviced as requested. There is never a hard sell for more work. When I do ask a question about additional or future work, I trust their judgement.

On Monday, November 10, my front passenger tire kept losing air despite filling it three times, and I had to get my mom to an important doctor’s appointment. I called in a panic, and they told me to bring the car right in—they’d squeeze me in fast. Chris and the team found a nail in the tire, removed it, plugged it perfectly, and had me out the door in under 30 minutes. I made the appointment with time to spare! What stands out most is how they treat us like family. My father and brother were both in the auto business, so we never worried about repairs until they passed away. Since then, Freeman’s has been our go-to, and they’ve been nothing short of amazing to me, my mom, and my daughter Isabella. Patrick, Chris, Sven, Dennis, and the entire staff are honest, helpful, patient, and always explain everything clearly. Reasonable prices, top-notch service, and genuine kindness every time. What really impressed me was their attention to detail—while working on my car, they noticed that my brakes were worn and could become a safety issue. Instead of just leaving it, they gave me a courteous call to explain the situation and suggested the fix. I really appreciated that level of care and communication. It shows they’re not just doing the job, but genuinely looking out for their customers. Freeman is always so accommodating. I had an appointment for an oil change and had a medical emergency and what able to make it and I had to reschedule for a few days later and I still wasn’t feeling well and had to reschedule yet again. On the day of my service, I was running a little bit late and wasn’t sure if they would be able to take me. They said I may have to wait a little bit, but they would get it done. And sure enough they did. I love the reminder messages that they send when I have an appointment, They are efficient, trustworthy, and friendly. I never feel pressured, but I always feel informed.

I called last minute to get my inspection. They had several appointments available to choose from. They were able to take my car in early and called right away to tell me what was needed for my car to pass inspection. The work was finished quicker than I thought and I was able to pick it before they closed for the day. The staff were all professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Freemans !

Freeman’s inspected my vehicle and recommended certain maintenance services I should have done to my older vehicle. The staff is very professional and courteous. They did not pressure me or scare me into believing I needed to have work done to my vehicle urgently. Freeman’s has worked on all my cars and I have always had good service and have had no issues with my car after they have serviced it. I would recommend Freeman’s to anyone who need auto work done.

Had a nail in one of my tires and a slow leak. Need the car the following week to travel into south Jersey. Brought it in to the Harriman location when they opened on Saturday morning. They had the tire repaired in about half hour and I was on my way! Been going their for many years and they have always been very accommodating.

At 5 o'clock in the afternoon i realized that i need a wheel alignment emergency. Went online and chose the text us option. Within a couple of minutes I was set for an appointment the next morning at 10 am. The whole process was super easy and convenient. I was out of the shop by around 10:30. Super friendly guys and amazing atmosphere. Will definitely be back for other stuff soon. See ya!

I went to Freeman’s for the first time on Monday and to my surprise it was one of the cleanest services I have ever seen. The staff is absolutely courteous and polite. And Service was done quicker than I ever expected. I recommend Freeman’s to anyone that’s looking for a service Station or tires.

Amazing people. Had a simple cut valve on my E350 rv(small 21ft) Did 9 shops before ending up at Freeman's. They did it quickly. Rolled out a jack and did it there, on the spot. It was hot! 95*f. Removed duallies repaired it and I was on my way. No hesitation, excuses or whatever. Thank you for an outstanding experience.

Freemans does excellent work they were able to fit me in their schedule same day. I would highly recommend them if you need expensive aftermarket rims mounted as 4 other shops that I went to claimed that they would scratch up my rims and not be responsible for it.

First time going for an oil change and the car having over 100k miles and they put regular oil and not high mileage. Second time me going they did a full synthetic high mileage oil change because I asked for it, Not only that they broke the oil pan that day and never told us. Apparently they notified me about the issue when I went for the first time but they actually didn’t because I never receive neither documents or warning about the oil pan being damage which for what I investigated it was freeman auto and tire in Harriman, NY who did a awful job and damaged it which now I’m paying the consequences instead of them they broke it and never told us I have both invoice and noted here in the invoice mentions or shows the issue they supposed said the car had . They don’t want to take responsibility in fixing it and for that If I could rated them 0 stars I would. Not coming back to this location neither the one in Monroe, NY never.
