Took a Car without properly notifying owner or police of the incident, And dumped the front of the car into the ground covering it in mud and scratching it at their "Lot" Which was a tiny fenced in square packed with cars. Guy on the phone was disrespectful about everything, Charged a crazy storage fee for all the days that the owner wasn't notified it was even taken. The guy who was accepting the money was a complete idiot and couldn't even figure out how to open the gate lock we had to do it for him. They also go through your car and steal stuff out of it, Multiple items are missing and stuff was left opened, Obvious signs of going through it.
Ron was super fast and helpful! He helped get us off the side of 84 after I got a flat tire from a pot hole. Got there in like 20 minutes and got us to mavis super fast!!!
This company were callled by AAA when I broke down on 87. Melvin came out and was super courteous and helpful. Great experience, especially for a first time tow and woman travelling alone. Highly recommend. Thank you Freemans and Melvin :)
Living in Norfolk VA for the military. Needed to find a reputable mechanic to help my grandmother back home. My grandfather always swore by Freemans so my grandmother took her car there. They were able to do all the work needed, and change the spare tire. I actually made a mistake and didn't realize the car had aftermarket tires, so I told her to get the wrong tire. Freeman replaced the mistakenly ordered tire free of charge. All in all an A+ experience. Thank you guys for taking care of my family while I'm out of town!
After blowing out a tire on the Thruway, these guys rescued us quick, and the wrecker was helpful and friendly in a moment of real stress and danger. THEN they repaired our camper with two new tires on the next working day. We had no prior experience with Freeman's, but they treated us well and it was a huge relief. Price was fair. Thanks to all the guys there.

I had a very difficult situation where my car wouldn’t go into neutral and was in the garage. Also there were tree branches near the garage that wouldn’t allow the tow truck to get close enough. Mike the truck operator was able to figure out the situation, get the car out and on the bed. He took the time to make sure the job was done properly and correctly.
Mike is a real professional, and I’d recommend him any time!

Freeman's was fast and professional. They were able to tow my large dump truck to a transmission shop exactly when they said they would!
They went into the engine to change out spark plugs which they charged 600+ to do, (SPARK PLUGS!) then rather than calling me to tell me that a hose needed to be replaced in the same area, they gave me the car back and wrote it on my receipt. This was done so that if I wanted that hose replaced, they’d have to go back in and over charge me AGAIN! And when I refused to do business with them again, the tall goofy looking guy behind the counter, called me an idiot…Low class, poor service and scam artists!! Customer beware
My car broke down in the middle of nowhere and AAA connected me to Freeman’s for a tow. Herman assisted me, and towed the car all the way back to New York City! He was a very nice and friendly guy, and even had knowledge about what might have caused my car to break down!
I just used Freeman’s towing service and I had the worst experience! They are nasty over the phone and rude to deal with. I paid them in advance yet they left my car without towing it just because the driver had to wait a few minutes. This is unacceptable and no way of doing business!! They could’ve added a waiting fee charge and I would have gladly paid up but instead they chose to be completely inconsiderate and act like villains. Make Sure To Stay Away From This Company. Their service is terrible!!!

Wife hit deer. Brought car to two places for estimate in Monroe. Freemans was over $800.00 less than the other collision place in Monroe. We dropped the car off and the car was ready on the day they said and the price was exactly what was quoted, not a penny more. Unfortunately for me, I am using them again now for my car, as I had a small fender bender. Would recommend them to all my friends. I dealt with Steve and found him to be a very honest person. No better feeling to know I have shop to go to that I know I will not be taken advantage of. Ken Rosenblum
I recently had an accident and was worried how long it would take and who I could trust to repair my car. We have four cars that are expertly maintained by Freeman's Auto and deciding to bring my car the Freeman's Collision was the best decision I could have made.
They were of course friendly and courteous, but beyond pleasantries, they knew what they were doing and in a few days, my car looked like I just picked it up from the dealer. So if the time comes for anyone out there, and you're worried who should you trust, remember to contact these guys. You will not be disappointed!
