When my car broke down, they were there within 15 minutes. They expertly fixed it and it was done by the next day. The owner had one of their employees give me a ride home so i wouldn’t be stranded. I thought being treated like a queen would be expensive, but i was pleasantly surprised by the amount on my bill. I would recommend this business to all of my loved ones.

Joel, along with all of the other workers there went above and beyond to make sure my Nissan rouge was fully fixed and the process was as smooth as ever! My car was hit by a deer and within a week they had the car fully fixed, reassured me of updates, AND even delivered the car to me! Very professional, friendly, informative, and get the job done! We had what turned out to be a small issue. It looked terrible. They looked and asked if I could wait maybe a 1/2 hour. In less than that I was back on the road. And best of all the price was very reasonable. Great service, great work. Will absolutely use them again.

Me and our friends broke down on the parkway 3 hours into a 6 hour trip. We pulled into C & M Auto Body because it was the closest place we could and they were incredibly helpful and kind. They came out and took a look at the car, let us know what they thought may be the issue, offered us a tow and pointed us in the direction of a mechanic 2 min down the road. They didn’t have to help us but lent a hand when we needed it.
Just have to share how thrilled .. I am with this Business ! Christian & Eddie & Michelle are so professional! After they did my paint job on my car it looked like brand new ! Then they noticed one of my tires was bald . They replaced my tire with a new tire that I didn’t notice, and added a front wheel alignment! I highly recommend this body shop , so if you need any type of body shop work , please drive from out of town ! Their efforts ate worth driving the extra mile !!
Made one phone call to Jacob from advance. Not only did he take care of me. he made sure that I have a rental to my liking he gave me back my car brand spanking new clean no questions asked to care of everything couldn’t be more happy amazing service thank you.
Besides Yanky from C&M is the nicest guy in the car body work business. his passion, professionalism, and all traits needed to provide the "YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS" his work is also superb. gave in the car with a complicated electrical damage which he figured out and made it work so nicely like brand new and original.
DO NOT LET C&M TOW YOUR VEHICLE. Extremely questionable billing practices here. They picked our car up from an accident at approx 11:55pm Saturday night, were closed on sunday, and then told me on monday we'd be responsible for 3 full days of storage fees. So that 5 minutes of saturday cost a full day, then sunday when I was UNABLE to retrieve my vehicle due to them being closed it cost ANOTHER day.
If this wasn't enough, when I called on Monday I was informed they would be closing on Tuesday for a week due to the jewish holidays and i could not retrieve my vehicle while they were closed. This would be annoying but acceptable, EXCEPT that I was informed I would be responsible for paying storage fees for every single day they were closed and with no recourse or ability to retrieve my car. This all highly unreasonable and unethical, there are definitely less shady operations nearby in Monroe
It is never simple to get stranded in a storm, but Yanky at C&M has provided me with the most amazing service and assistance, making the situation so much easier. There was barely any wait time to get my car towed and I got a comfortable loaner car directly to my location.
If you are looking for high quality service and professionalism, I highly recommend using C&M for all your auto needs.
Everyone I spoke to or encountered was extremely friendly and very professional. My car was getting fixed from an accident and they kept me updated as much as possible with the process! And we’re very prompt to call when my car was done. They did an amazing job! I was a first time customer but will deffinetly be going back when and if my car ever needs work again!

Being involved in a car accident was never fun, but the peace of mind C&M Auto Body II gets to their customers is exceptional!
Unfortunately, I've already experienced car accidents before, but this time is was a total different world to me, their dedicated staff came down to the accident scene with a rental car, helped me transferring my stuff over from 1 car to the other, took over my car, and that's the last thing I knew about my car accident, until a few days later when my car was back like brand new! I was checking the VIN to make sure it's actually my old car.
As well they were very nice explaining me every little detail I wanted to know.

You should never be involved in an accident, but if God-forbid you are, C&M II is the body shop you want to choose and trust!

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. My car was in an accident and Jacob was Very concerned for my well being and was more focused on my well being than anything else. He helped me with everything and anything I needed. I would highly recommend using their auto body shop for any auto body issues you may have. They will work with you until you completely satisfied and walking out with a smile!!! I wish Other body shops would take a page from C&M on how to serve their customers. GREAT JOB C&M!!!!
If you want professional and courteous body work completed quickly, use C and M in Monroe. Their staff is attentive, owner on site and repairs done as specified. The office handles everything- all contact with the insurance company! Huge time saving and relief
Although it is unfortunate to be a victim of a minor collision this shop has restored my car beautifully. As a car enthusiast I'd noticed the car was mended with near factory perfection. Chris and a few others we're especially helpful in speeding up the restoration process. If it is appropriate I wanted to thank the members who done a fantastic job on my car. Thanks to your effort.
I cannot say how thankful I am to Chris, Eddie and his team. In Feb someone hit my car while backing and I took my car to Chris in Monre. Not that he did an excellent job on my car but he made be feel so comfortable that I will have no doubt in recommending him.
Today - April 1st I had an issue with my car window that it rolled down and was not coming up. I called in the morning and spoke to Eddie. He asked me to come and show the car. I did and he too was very polite and explained to me what exactly happened to the car. He did mention that he will help me roll up the window and I can come again as there could be a part that need to be fixed. Later on he comes up saying that there is nothing wrong with the car. It was just a small piece that got displaced and he got it fixed. My car works and he did not even charged me anything. If i had taken my car to someone else they would certainly charge me for time and labor. Thanks again Eddie for making my day. You get 10 stars out of 5!!!
There are no words to describe how I feel about this place. This place is run by the most professional and personable people I have ever dealt with. They have gone over and beyond to help me and my daughters and we have had numerous dealings with them in just the last year. I would NEVER consider using anyone else no matter what.
