Mid May of this year I purchased my first Ferris from Sosler’s Garden & Farm Equipment outside of Middletown NY. This replaces a long running relationship with SCAG which had run its course. The model I bought is the 500S with a 52” deck. What drew me to Sosler’s was the attention to detail within their showroom and knowledge of their product. Too many dealerships have product covered with dust but Sosler’s was spotless and immaculate. Great care is taken to provide the customer an experience that surpasses the others. I was never guided to a larger or more expensive mower than was my original intent. Their help was invaluable and generous with their time as it took multiple visits for me to finally put my purchase into motion. May 15th was delivery with the rain forecast to determine the best time to review the operation of the machine in detail. There again, Ray and Ray, his son, spent the time to ensure that I had an understanding of the operation of this zero turn. Both Ray and Ray, were, in short, fantastic. I’ll be sure to visit their establishment for any questions and my future garden equipment needs. My time spent purchasing this mower was well spent. Thank you Ray/Ray.

Great experience with my tractor purchase. Honest knowledgeable easy to talk to. Ray jr did not push more than I needed to accomplish my tasks at home. Some other retailers I was looking at were happy to pile all the implements in trying to sell me more than I needed I highly recommend these guys and will be using them for service and future purchases, five stars all the way!!

Recently purchased a sub compact tractor from the Ray team. Was a great experience. The entire transaction was super smooth. They took the time to answer every question I came up with treated my fiancé and I like they had known us forever. The machine was delivered on time on the day they promised. I actually think they may have been a few minutes early. Had a small issue with the machine and they came and picked it up, fixed it up and dropped it back off no questions asked. I was super impressed because it’s 45+ minutes each way and they didn’t bat an eye at coming to get it or dropping it back off. Will definitely be heading back to see them when I’m ready for my next purchase. I’m happy I chose Sosler’s.

Ended up buying a 2607 MF tractor here, all done online so I can not speak to the store, or the service. I can review the purchase. The transaction was smooth, accessories I asked for were added, the delivery to NH was quick, paperwork was seamless. They were educated on the product, answered all my questions, wish they were closer, however I would do business here in the future

This Company will provide excellent customer service. My Dad swore by them. Myself, I need to say Thank you for supporting Minisink Valley Kiwanis. We had a Tricky Tray fundraiser back in the fall and I ended up winning a shiny Red Massey Ferguson Tractor. "The Ray Team" (father and son duo who run the shop) are awesome. I am / was a first time tractor buyer, and throughout the entire process they were both incredibly helpful. This is not a small investment so I wanted to take my time and make sure that I got the right machine for my needs. They took the time to meet with me, e-mail back and forth a number of times, chat on the phone a few times, and really made sure that I understood what I was getting, and why it made sense. On more than one occasion they convinced me to get a smaller (and less expensive) implement because it would fit my needs better. That says a lot, they could have taken the extra few bucks but instead prioritized my overall satisfaction. On top of this, the Ray's were also great with my family - we brought both of our boys to the shop a few times, and they were allowed to sit on the tractors, they answered all of my wife's questions as well, and when we left (before agreeing to any purchases) they made sure to send us away with some goodies for the boys which was a really nice touch. On top of all of this, the delivery of the tractor was really smooth, they brought it right to our property, drove it down to our parking lot (it's a pretty steep hill) and walked us through the controls of the machine again. There are a number of other things they did throughout the process that we really appreciated, including getting to take a look at the machine while they were prepping it, they gave us some contacts for other services I need done around my property, and they shared a ton of knowledge with us - I'm looking forward to doing more business with this great small business.
