I had an outstanding experience with BMG Motorsports, and I want to specifically recognize Nicole for her exceptional customer service. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Nicole took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all questions thoroughly, and made sure nothing was overlooked. Her communication was excellent, and she genuinely cared about making the entire process smooth and stress-free. This level of professionalism and attention to detail is rare and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend BMG Motorsports, and especially Nicole, to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

Nicole is amazing. Her attention to detail is second to none, and her commitment to providing her customers quality service is *chefs kiss*. I dont like when people touch my bike- much less work on it - but i trust my baby with the folks but at BMG implicitly. 12/10.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid BMG Powersports if you care about your motorcycle, your money, or your safety. After an accident, I had my bike towed here instead of Gold Coast. Huge mistake. I provided upgraded parts for the repair, and they tried to pocket them without reimbursing me or applying them to my repair bill—telling me to “take it up with insurance.” Shady behavior from the start. They were supposed to replace items like my Barkbusters with the exact parts listed in their own quote. Instead, they installed a cheaper version made of flimsy material you could literally bend by hand. When I asked them to fix it, they ignored me. I ended up replacing it myself. Their workmanship was careless at best—partially stripped bolts, loose components, and handlebars still torqued from the crash. I couldn’t even be sure the bike was safe to ride. And after eight months in their shop, there’s no excuse. Eight months, and they still pressured me to take the bike back unfinished—missing decals—promising they’d mail them later. I refused, because that’s what they were paid to do. Once they got the part in stock, they botched the install and had to reorder it, delaying things even further. Worse, they didn’t replace parts they were paid to replace and caused additional damage during installation—likely when they installed the cheaper Barkbusters. When I pointed it out, they deflected, claiming the new damage happened during transit. That makes no sense: the bike was secured only by the wheels, and there were no other signs of handlebar impact. Meanwhile, they repeatedly reassured me the original damaged part from the accident was replaced—it wasn’t. They were 100% sure they had done the work and 100% sure they didn’t cause new damage. They were wrong on both counts. Eventually, they said they’d cover a replacement—even though the part is only sold in sets—but months later, I still haven’t received anything. After multiple emails and calls went unanswered, I finally got in touch with the owner, who was rude, dismissive, belittling, and tried to minimize the entire issue. A truly disgusting human being who does care about his customers. What a class act, this guy. He told me I was overreacting about a “$15 difference”—when in fact, it was over $50. Sounds like he’s hurting for money. For me, it was never about the money. It’s about principle—and more importantly, accountability. They caused damage, lied about it, and refused to take responsibility. He then asked me what kind of compromise I wanted—as if I was asking for anything more than the bare minimum. Why should I have to compromise for their mistakes? Classic gaslighting. He said he sent a check to cover the missing part, but honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if it somehow “gets lost in the mail” again—especially after he reads this. That’s the kind of people you’ll be dealing with. I had a cross-country move to manage and no time to keep chasing this shop around. I gave them every opportunity to make things right. They didn’t. BMG Powersports is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and in my opinion, borderline negligent. They will damage your motorcycle. If you value your bike, your time, or your sanity—take it somewhere else. If you want shoddy work, inconsistent communication, to be lied to, gaslit, and strung along—then by all means, this is the shop for you. P.S Yelp has a more accurate rating than Google reviews.

My experience here was so bad that it took me years from my last visit to write about it. Like others have stated, Brendan (the owner) is rude, condescending, demeaning and if you are a consistent customer like I was you get the luxury of gaslighting as well. Before I delve into the myriad of issues with Brendan, let’s just be clear that he will certainly respond to this review and try to convince readership that he did nothing wrong or that he wished for a different experience or somehow turn it on me, the customer. It started in 2017 when I was denied financing with BMG. Brendan called me and started picking out portions of my credit report asking me questions like- “what happened in 2013.” I told him I did not need to explain these personal things. He got mad and condescendingly said “well I thought you wanted to buy a bike.” I asked if his questions could change the financial outcome and he hung up on me. This is where the grudge began. I got a loan elsewhere and bought a lightly used t120 from Hermy’s Triumph in PA (go there they are the best!) and brought it to BMG for service for the following 3 years. I will admit, I don’t know a ton about the maintenance so I rely more than the average person on my mechanics to be informative. Brendan does not like any questions. I was told once, because I had a question about a confusing charge, that I “make everything into an ordeal.” I was always trying to keep my questions at a minimum, not wanting to have to deal with his snarky, rude responses. It was more drama to ask the questions than to just accept his every word at face value, like he expected. I have talked to other riders who have had similar experiences and if you scan the bad reviews, you will see a theme with Brendan. One rider had a horrible story with an odometer replacement and shop negligence, also claiming that Brendan turned the situation on them and took no responsibility for the issue. Though I have talked to male riders who had issue with BMG, there is a noticeable theme of misogyny in these reviews and in stories from others. I make it a point to steer all my female riding companions away from BMG. I have also put in a formal complaint with Triumph Corporate.

This dealership really fell off. Brendan has no customer service skills nor does he present himself as a decent person. Just a bitter jerk that can be bothered to do his job. Thankfully there are other dealerships out there. Buh bye Brendan.

BMG rocks! I bought an old and abandoned Vespa ET-4 and they went over it from top to bottom. New spark plug, drive belt and roller assembly, tires, battery and muffler. Changed the oil and filter, gear oil, drained and replaced gas. They even cleaned out acorns from the mouse nest in the front cover of the kick starter. And other minor deets. It runs beautifully now. Thanks, BMG!!

I stopped by today 6/24/25 with interest in a beautiful pre-owned 2015 Suzuki Boulevard M-109R B.O.S.S. Brendan(owner) worked with me on my trade, which was very fair and I excitedly bought my "Dream Bike"!!! I would definitely recommend BMG Powersports!!!

Been motorcycling over 40 years, BMG Powersports is the best dealership I've dealt with. Brendan will treat you fairly (and I've bought 5 bikes from him) and Nicole is super helpful in getting you the right bike or gear for your needs. Top notch techs as well, I highly recommend this dealership!

Bought a BMW from Brendan who was very professional calm and placid, he came through we negotiated a fair deal and everything went smooth, I even brought my family with me to take delivery of the motorcycle, thank you Brendan I consider you as a friend now.

Great job working on my Piaggio 3-wheel vespa. I went to other places that had no idea how to help me fix an issue with the wheel stabilizer locking up, but they were able to actually help me. I'm grateful to have my bike back and for their professionalism and good communication. This is my new preferred mechanic now.

I have been going in and out of this shop since they opened and really have not purchased much other than some apparel but each time I have gone in the staff the owner all are filled with great personality's, I am proud to say I just purchased my 1st Triumph Speed Triple this weekend 3/4/16 and looking forward to a good relationship with BMG Gene is outstanding and knows what he is talking about when it comes to bikes, the Owner Brennen did his best to make my deal work for me and took the time to explain all the details All the staff @ BMG are Great! Keep up the Good work guys and God Bless your Business at BMG Highly Recommend Looking at this from back in 2016. All still applies Brennen and his team just get it done, Dealership is as nice as it was several years ago and Nicole is a great addition to the team. I just purchased my 5th Bike from them. When we motorcyclist need a quality Triumph, Aprilla or other non Asian motorcycle dealer than as I, you trust the BMG dealership. You will find Nicole the service advisor/manager to be a top notch professional who is extremely knowledgeable and very dependable. I purchased a used factory "loaded" Toureg with 11.6K in February 2022 which was nearly due it's 12K service. Not knowing who to choose I looked into their website and found the service request page. Stating my desires I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick response and quote. Everything went well and finished up under the quoted price! A word of caution they have many machines on display and many more in every corner of their property, so try and stay focused!

Excellent place to get your motorcycle inspected. You can either make an appointment online on their website for the service or call and ask what is the next available time slot available and they will do their best to accommodate. It was a slight wait to get attended, but I was eventually and the inspection was swift and prompt. Questions asked: Do you have your registration & do you have stock exhaust. If you have everything according to NY DMV guidelines, it will be quick. It costed me $6. The place was clean and well kept. I will be a returning customer for sure!

This is my second Triumph from this place. A small dealer and Brandon calls back almost immediately. I got a great deal on the 1200, and Brandon was able to get as close as possible to the price for an out of state dealer. I tried doing a deal with a local Triumph dealer in NJ, but that was a mistake. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. If you're looking to buy a bike, and BMG supports the brand, this is the place.

What a great experience! BMG had the pre-owned Tiger 800 XCA in stock that I was looking for. Brendan and Nicole assisted me and thoroughly went over the bike in detail. When I returned to pick up, the bike was ready, detailed, and its upcoming service was completed. A+ to the team at BMG! I'll be back for sure!!

Love this place It’s very rare to find an Indian British motorcycle, such as Royal Enfield in the orange county. But this dealership have exactly what I was looking. The staff was so casual and so helpful no words to explain that specifically NIcole, who went beyond her reach to provide all the assistance.

It's hard to find a motorcycle dealership you can trust. Many aren't up front and don't give you a straight answer. Here, that's not true. I've been here several times, and each time I was helped with no nonsense straight answers. They found the issues and fixed the bike for a very reasonable cost. Last time they ate the cost after looking at a repair for over an hour. Also, they work with my time frame and don't make me leave the bike with them for weeks. This is the dealer you want to work with. I drive over an hour to come here and won't go anywhere else. Top notch.

Great place and one of the few dealers around that doesn't resort to shady sales tactics or market adjustments. A well kept showroom and friendly staff. Picked up my Tuareg 660 from here hassle-free.

Great motorcycle dealership. Just look around the showroom and you’ll understand that they have a true passion for motorcycles and scooters. I found them through the Aprilia on dealer locator and I’m so happy I did. Their prices are very competitive and we received a one on one experience was a refreshing change from the warehouse, high pressure dealers I’ve purchased from in the past. My wife was a little nervous about the seat height of her new Tuareg 660 so they made some adjustments and Chris gave her some solid advice that put her mind at ease. We couldn’t be happier…. Ok, maybe if they had an espresso machine in the showroom…. But seriously, I highly recommend BMG.

Great place to buy a motorcycle! Gus the salesman was friendly, inviting, and informative. He made the purchase of my new 2021 Aprilia 660 rs so easy it was like going to the store to buy a gallon of milk. The owner Brandon made the experience of signing the paper work a breeze and was very helpful with all my questions. This is a 1st class motorcycle dealership and highly recommend them!

I love BMG. I’ve been on bikes since I was a kid, worked on bikes & cars at friends shops, owned / operated my own little shop, and have built, owned, and ridden various kinds of bikes. When I found out that MotoGuzzi came out with a Bobber and then a Sport model on top of that I was over the moon. Guzzgogs are my favorite of all bikes and this shop had one. I rented a trailer and made my way up there not sure what to expect. I met with Mike who was 100% respectful and kind. It can be downright aggravating at times being a woman buying things like bikes and trucks, but all of my fears were alleviated after talking to Mike. He didn’t undermine my intelligence and treated me like an equal, I felt comfortable immediately and trailered the bike home that day. That was in 2019 and I’m still in love with my bike.

I feel like 1 star is too generous. To preface my review, I’ll have you know that I’m newer to riding and have an old bike currently but I’m passionate about the hobby and have decided that it may be time to upgrade. I’ve been looking at Triumph adventure bikes online for some time and decided it was time to head to a dealer. I chose BMG because of the good reviews and it’s proximity to where I live. Brendan, the owner and the salesman I spoke with, totally deflated my enthusiasm I had for buying a bike. First, I told him what I was interested in and that I had prebuilt two models online. He claimed that the 900 Tiger GT Low can not come with a heated seat, when I built one online with that feature. I tried to show him on my phone and he walked away to his computer disgruntled. Like I said, I’m passionate about this hobby and I did my research. After that, Brendan wasn’t as pleasant. Brendan did have some good tips and presented me some other bikes that I could be interested in, but overall, I found him pompous and condescending. I would not recommend him or his place of business to anyone. I expressed my surprise to others I ride with, and come to find out, others have had the same, if not worse, happen to them.

What a great dealer.. from the salespeople, service and up to the owner, buying a bike here was a great experience. They were never pushy, just very helpful. I’ve bought at least 12 bikes in my life and this was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had. Great selection of bikes and gear. The owner Brendon closed the deal and gave us a great deal on a trade in... I will be buying from them again. Highly recommend.

Not sure what the business model here is regarding service appointments. 5 times I called these folks trying to bring in my Triumph for a tire change... each time I was told by Gene (who I presume is the service mgr) that he needed the ok from the dealership owner Brandon before he could schedule my appt. Of course, Brandon was always busy, not in the store or just plain old couldn't be bothered to call me back. Finally took my bike to another shop to have the tires but on. They may have also lost a potential sale, as my sister is considering buying a Speedmaster, but with my experience she is now leery of dealing with these folks.

My experience at BMG was excellent. Brendan was able to make me a far better deal on a Triumph Thruxton R than any other dealer I spoke with could, and he threw in free installation of all accessories I purchased. I purchased the bike over the phone and e-mail and he was very helpful in responding promptly, answering every question I had, and getting me all of the necessary paperwork through the mail. When I arrived to pick up the bike, he even had my phone mount and heated gear wiring installed for me. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a new bike from the guys at BMG. I was impressed by the knowledge and service of the entire staff and Brendan (the owner) made the entire process painless and quick. He gave me an extremely fair price and put no pressure on me to purchase at all. Definitely recommend this shop for anything regarding Aprilia; they seem to be the most knowledgeable of all dealers I've visited.

What a great shop. I called at closing yesterday and Gene, the lead mechanic, really took his time explaining what the first service entailed. From the owner down, they really make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Definitely will be doing my service here. And it's a beautiful shop stocked with some nice gear! Updated review. 2/24/17 Just traded in my thunderbird for a t120. This place is a great shop. The owner, Brendan, is super chill and not your typical pushy sales guy to the point that it sometimes seems like he could care less if you bought a bike or not! Haha. Everyone there is super helpful and very knowlegeable. This is where you want to buy/service a bike.

Gene Madigan is a hardcore motocross guy, is ridiculously passionate about riding and it's obviously he knows his stuff. Brendan (the owner) is professional, straight to the point and service is at the top of his mind. I visited two other local dealers and I went back to BMG the same day and picked up an Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail. I've been in Polaris Razrs but Arctic Cat is my new favorite brand.

Excellent Place and very nice people. Bought a motorcycle from BMG this week and what a wonderful and hassle free experience. Brendan, the owner is a very helpful person. You can ask him hundreds of questions and make hundreds of calls during and after the purchase and he is happy to assist. He just got customer for life

My experience with BMG triumph was nothing less than spectacular! From the moment i walked into their showroom I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The owner Brendon was extremely knowledgeable about all models of Triumph. I had asked to see all their stock of speed triples and he showed me each one and explained the differences between each year. After he quoted me a price, we talked about trade in. I had done some research on book and he came in over book on the trade. I had gotten wholesale prices at other shops! That sealed the deal and much to my surprise, the price he quoted me was too high, and came in under that as we made the deal. The he blew me away and asked if i wanted to take the bike home today! I had to wait a week at the last place. BMG Triumph has a customer for life !
