A&W's repair receipt states "Payment is expected at the time of completion". Obviously, their trial and effort repairs that DO NOT work are expected as well........but not by me! I am very disappointed and will stay away whether or not I am reimbursed for paying for what was not done. AVOID A&W!! Poor quality !!
First time ever going to A&W in Goshen and they just earned a lifetime customer.
My fuel door wouldn’t open on my 2015 Nissan Rogue. I went to Nissan first and they told me it would be $200 just to “diagnose” it. Mind you, I literally got gas the day before.
I left and came here because someone recommended them. They took a look at it, popped it open in minutes, and didn’t charge me a dime. I gave the guy a Red Bull as a thank you because that’s the kind of service that deserves appreciation.
Most places look at you like a dollar sign. These guys actually helped.

I was told that this place is great with subarus and I was told correctly. The prices are fair and the people working there are straight forward, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will bring my car back next time it's i have a problem that's above my ability
Now that they hired another worker, the repair rate is now more than Subaru Service Center. He is charging $176 hour. From $125 hour. Recommend all go to 86 Auto in Middletown. His rate for labor is $125 hour. So sad, I had to place 1 star to post. They deserve no star.

I have forester with oil issues. I was looking at another website for that recommended them for handling Subaru’s well. Very honest shop with informative employees that I would recommend especially if you have a Subaru.
Great, professional diagnostic, work and warrantees. Wladec the owner had patience not only to diagnose and repair my 2016. Subaru Crosstrek, but as well to educate me on the matter. They replace the center differential on my standard 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. If you are an owner of Subaru vehicle, you will be glad to patronage their shop. Thank you!

This shop was a godsend. After my catalytic converter was stolen off my Prius when in NYC, I had a really rough time finding a shop that would work with me to install a catalytic converter shield as recommend by my insurance company as I'm frequently in the city and my model of Prius is a high target. Originally I had an appointment with my Toyota dealership and they were incompetent and said they would not install it to my request. I called around to about a dozen other shops until I found this one. They were super friendly and helpful. Even though they were super busy and booked out for a month, they were able to squeeze me in early one morning to install the shield so that I was able to drive into the city for work with my Prius with a little less apprehension. The rates were really fair too and almost half as much as I was going to pay for the Toyota dealership to try to install it before I lost confidence in them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair and honest repair shop.
Wally, Wayne & the team at A&W are extremely friendly, knowledgeable & talented, they know their stuff, prices are reasonable, they helped me with my 2011 Subaru Legacy when no one else would or could, I now bring both cars to them, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
