Car went dead and I knew it was either battery or alternator. Stopped by and had a great experience with Jose who really went above and beyond to diagnos and help me out

Wish I had gotten the guy who helped me name so I can give a proper shout out. This morning I went in to the store and had questions about car wash products for the first wash on my 72 OPEL in over 20 years. The guy who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and very forth right on value. The results speak for them selves thanks again!

Store Manager Hailey is outstanding. She kindly used the stores OBD-2 reader to detect why my check engine light was on and then printed out the report for me. She also replaced my windshield wipers and was a pleasure to speak with. 10/10 service!

Excellent service-I needed a new wiper blade. Adrian assisted me in finding the correct size. He even put the wiper blade on. He was kind, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Goshen Auto Zone😄

I called three days ago to ask for a 10" gear puller.... They assured me they had one that went up to 22". I called again this morning to confirm they still had it and they said yes. I drove over an hour to get here and they don't have it. Completely unacceptable customer service. Go somewhere else. Now after over two hours of driving I'm going to have to order the part and now won't be able to do the work that needs to be done.

I just went to AutoZone in Goshen with a problem & complaint that I had from my visit to AutoZone in Middletown. Haylie understood exactly what had happened, looked up the needed part and replaced the incorrect part. She is efficient & friendly. I was going to tell all of my friends to never go to AutoZone but because of Haylie's professionalism, I am leaving a stellar review for the Goshen store. The middletown store needs an undercover boss to see their treatment of customers.

I came to auto zone in Goshen because my right headlight was out ,and I needed a lightbulb when I walked in I was so nervous because "I'n just a girl" and who was going to help me with install .Then I met Adrian who greeted me with a smile and told me he was happy to help on this cold Winter day . I will be returning for any other quick fixes on my car.

Excellent customer service by both young men working particularly by Adrian. He recommended and discussed 3 different products with me, retrieved them from the shelves, and even helped with my brake light bulb. Courtesy is not dead amongst our youth. Will absolutely return.

I am a big fan of the "Big guy" Liam there. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in there with my kid, who was excited about getting parts for his new 2006 Prius, and he was there making it a pleasurable experience! This guy needs a RAISE!

Jose v was so helpful! Jose was able to test my rav 4, diagnose the problem and then he was able to explain the different types of products that AutoZone sells and recommend an affordable option. He even took the time to install the new product and tested to make sure everything was fixed and that was the only issue my car had. Thank you Jose for making my bad morning a great one!

Haleigh was a great help on the phone, and had my battery quickly changed when I arrived. I am grateful for her help and pleasant personality.

I had a lovely experience with the knowledgeable staff yesterday. Specifically, Jay, who went the extra mile by helping me attach new windshield wipers. I will be returning any time I need auto products and would recommend this location.

I have been there other times with good service. Today I had an issue where my key remote won’t work and the key light was staying on. Stop in told this woman the issue she mentioned they don’t do diagnosing any more. I asked for new batteries for the remote to see if that would help she put in the battery I paid walk out to the car and my remote still didn’t work. But obvious the remote was not the problem. I went back and told her the remote isn’t the issue so I want a refund back. This woman was nasty to me tell me oh really oh I look like the type I asked for my receipt and battery and she gave them to me and told me I have to come for my refund after 12pm. I let her know that. $9 will never break me. I don’t know about people anymore. I will no longer do business with Goshen Auto zone. They don’t even deserved 1 star.

Went in to have my check engine light diagnosed, the scanner said the catalytic converter needs replacement. The gentleman recommended Cataclean, and said that’s what mechanics use. He instructed me on how to use it. Within 15 miles the check engine light was gone.

I went into the store this morning and there was a gentleman inside by the name of Henry who did the electronic check for the engine light that was on in my car and when I came in Jay saw the results that Cat Conv. issue. Jay suggested that I try Cat a clean prior to a garage check. After driving the car approximately 50 Miles and stopping for lunch when I got back in the car the engine light was off. both these guys are experienced at their job and a very customer oriented great guys to have on your team.

Staff went above and beyond when I stopped in for a replacement part and had an issue bringing up my purchase. Everything was professional and Ben, I believe his name was helped me out and did everything he could to have a satisfied customer. I will go out of my way to come here instead of a closer autozone.

Went in lady working was rude has no customer service experience, walked out went to another autozone to make my purchase they where very helpful in the middletown location the lady in the goshen location was extremely rude told me auto zone does not help with what i was asking for which they told me in Middletown they do and could help me as i have had done for years this lady has no business in this store i will never spend my money here

Best AutoZone in goshen I loved coming here . The experience coming now is so much better than before. Way to go!!! to the the staff and great job

Everything here is so clean and the I see there is a new manager better than the last . She is so welcoming and I love coming here.

We had an arctic blast last night that sucked the remaining life out of my dying battery (and also me but that's beside the point t). I just moved back to Goshen so I ran up to Autozone. This is the morning of 12/24/22. There was a very helpful young man there named Adrian, I think. He was very friendly and helpful, pulled the battery I asked for. Speedy transaction all in all. He was a Saint for swapping the battery for me in 5 degree weather and was positive and provided great customer service through the whole thing. I would have tipped him if I had extra cash on me. Take note Autozone, this is a fantastic employee and an asset to your company.

My husband & daughter took my car to inquire about a battery that was put there a week ago, Crystal was extremely unprofessional, rude & lacked communication skills to say the least. She belittled them for not fully understanding what was going on with my car. Crystal not everyone has your “expertise” in cars. YOU SHOULD’T belittle your patrons this way! Management should address this issue & make sure this doesn’t happen again with other customers.

Have been to the Goshen location numerous times. Have been attended to i think the person's is Al or Blanco very professional and well mannered. We'll come again.

Horrible place walk in to store the girl that works there standing out side not a hello or can I help u . In store 5 min the girl still standing outside looking at her phone did find bulb. Then finally a other guy came over checked the computer for the bulb then was to lazy to show me where it is . Told the kid to come over and show me I told him was that to hard discussing place

A young man named Yves Ander. Was helpful from the time I walked in the door with info and service. He helped me cobble a part I needed that worked. As the dealership D/C the part. Thank you again for your excellent help.

This Autozone is great. The staff is very helpful and the place is never too crowded. They always have what I need. I came for some oil and an oil filter for my car and the gentleman at the register made sure I had the right filter after I came up to the register with the wrong one. He went and got it for me. And if you're doing your own oil change they will take back the old oil to dispose of it. I would recommend this Autozone to anyone looking to buy anything car related.

Yvander was a helpful and polite person. He went out of his way to install headlights, diagnose the root cause of the problem, and went above and beyond. Ask for him if you stop by, and he will help you out.

Went to the Autozone in Goshen. I have told my daughters for years, if you need something for your car go to Autozone they stand behind their products. Don't be afraid to spend a few bucks for the best it's worth it in the long run. So i bring back battery my son in law who is on active duty bought in Ga before being deployed. They paid $160 for a gold. Lest then a year later her truck won't start and i suspect the battery. I walk into Autozone first question whats the phone number it was bought under. I give them my daughter and my son in law cell phones. No luck. Thats it that is the last of the conversation they will not honor a warranty on an 11 month old battery? Manager says call corporate. I call the number on the back of the loyalty card. A gentleman from the southwest calmly tells me sorry can't help you. Call you son in law in Afganistan or wait for him to come home. He is deployed my daughter needs the truck. He says you can always buy a new one and when he comes back we can talk about a refund. I can't trust you to find the warranty on the one we have and you expect me to trust you on a refund. When i finish on the phone the store manager says hey. We can't do it because we don't know if he stole the battery. So this is what the world has come to? Our heroes steal batteries. Wow
