Man, what an incredible experience at Mike’s Auto. My alternator blew, and I had to get a tow to a shop and Mikes Auto Took care of me no questions asked. I very much appreciate the honesty and transparency, which is not always the case at other mechanics. The people over there are real solid ,quality people who are very genuine and professional.

I highly recommend Mike and his crew, they consistently deliver excellent results. Mike is transparent and honest, only recommending necessary services. He prioritizes customer care, with quick turnaround times and competitive prices. I'll always take my vehicle to Mike.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! I was traveling to my friends house in PA and broke down along I-84 W NY. Had my car towed here and Mike and his crew were beyond helpful and caring! They did what they could to get my car taken care of so I could get back on the road in a timely fashion. I had a shredded serpentine belt and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive back home to Vermont. They replaced my belt and also looked over the entire car. They never fixed anything without calling first to go over it all with me and let me make the final decisions. He also advised me to replace my corroded battery for safety and to further ensure I’d make it home. His prices seemed very on point to what I had googled and it felt like his entire garage cared. It was like having an auto uncle or dad make sure I would get home safe! Upon pick up he was extremely welcoming and friendly and even showed me my old belt. He also showed me on some other cars what a worn serpentine belt looks like vs a new one so I could also visually inspect my belts in the future. Him and another mechanic both personally drove my car prior to pick up to ensure it was safe as well as running it at the shop to make sure nothing overheated or had belt issues. Before my friend and I departed he even allowed us to use his garage’s restroom and offered cold waters from his fridge. Despite a worst case scenario of a traveling break down in the middle of nowhere, it couldn’t have turned out better. I am beyond grateful I paid the extra tow mileage and that I selected this garage. I made it home safe with zero issues and you can really tell Mike and his crew genuinely care about their work and clients. He was friendly, honest, and accommodating and I felt like I was in good hands so I was able to relax and enjoy my weekend with my friend despite the car issues. I’m sad I don’t live in that area because I would absolutely go to his garage exclusively. I can’t thank Mike and his crew enough, 5 Stars isn’t high enough of a rating! Thanks Mike!!!

Mike and his crew are god sent, our car broke down in the middle of a road trip and they did everything in their power to get us back on track ASAP! Great service , really genuine people, wish i could give more than 5 stars!!

It’s a wonder why the shop ALWAYS has broken down cars surrounding it. Classy. Mike’s is good to go when you need a basic job, albeit ridiculously expensive for what he claims is top tier work as other shops or franchises cannot change brakes or do oil the way his shop does.

However, anything more complex - do not use Mike. He misdiagnosed my car multiple times. Each time it was fixed. Each time a lofty bill. Each time it wasn’t actually fixed and of course, it could be multiple things. So we give another go and spend more.

After almost $7500, I decided to get a second opinion. I gave the new mechanic no information besides the issue. He found it immediately, told me the issue and refused to bill me until I had the car for a well and we were certain he solved the problem. After a week, the car was running as it should. When I told him of everything that was done prior, he laughed and said that I definitely took it on the car. He said he wished he got the car first as everything we did was beyond worthless to the actual issue.

I booked an appointment for my mom who is elderly, and they took such amazing care of her with such an affordable price. They treated her so well and that was my fear from Virginia, and Mike assured me that she would be taken care of. He held to his promise .

I’ve been in and out of mechanic shops for and issue with my truck, every shop said something different and had outrageous prices. I found Mike’s Auto Care and it was nothing but great things. He was able to diagnose the problem and even found some other issues that he brought to my attention.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. They communicate great while your vehicle is in the shop and even did a follow up call.

I’d recommend these guys to anybody who needs their vehicle serviced.

We traveled from our home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to our daughter’s home in Chester, New York last night. When we pulled into the driveway, there was a funny sound coming from the car. We had AAA tow our vehicle to Mike’s this morning. Mike got the parts we needed, repaired our car, and we had it back by 5 PM. He and his staff were so kind and communicated with us very well… They made a very stressful situation stress free! I can’t thank them enough for their quick repair of our car.

Did a great job. Threw in a fix free of charge for an issue I was having with my driver side door. Very honest, helped me get a rebate, very speedy. There were three guys working on my car at one time. Mike took time to talk to me and address all my personal concerns and details.

I was broken down on the side of the road with my 3 year old daughter, Mike’s son stopped and jumped my car for me. He showed me what was wrong with my battery and warned me that it is very possible that it will happen again. I had just bought the car today and he told me that just from looking under the hood for a minute it does not seem to be in good condition and I should get my money back for it. I have only heard wonderful things about this shop. Very honest and trustworthy!

Mike was the best with my car!!! He was very thorough, from the diagnostic to the actual repairs!! He made me feel at ease and really had my best interest at heart. We were doing a really big road trip with our 1987’s westfalia and of course something broke… . We had the best service possible at Mikes auto care. Mike was attentive to our needs during the time period that we didn’t had a car and really took the time to do all the repairs we needed to get home safe. My daughter is finishing her masters in New Paltz NY and had her first job interview this morning when her car broke down as she arrived at the interview. I immediately googled automotive repair facilities in the area of where her vehicle was and found Mikes. I called there and they were professional and friendly and put my mind at ease that they would take care of it ASAP (being that I’m 2.5 hours away). The car was towed there diagnosed and repaired very quickly and my daughter was back on the road. Prices are extremely reasonable and the team was extremely professional. I would highly recommend this place for any maintenance or repairs you may need. Great experience.

I would give 10 stars if I could. If you've found your way to Mike's Auto Care consider yourself blessed. After a 3000 mile drive cross country, my VW was in dire need of some care. Mike replaced and aligned my balding tires, did an oil change, fine-tuned my engine and my poor, neglected VW is running like new again. Mike is not only a GREAT mechanic who keeps my car in top condition, he's also one of the kindest people I know, a person of integrity and an exceptional human being.

I had been talking to Mike and his guys for a bit about doing some after market things on my Ford Maverick. During this time I also shopped around town visiting and speaking with different mechanics and shop owners. Hands down Mike gave me the best price in town for the same exact service. He gave me the honest price without having to ask for a discount. The guys here are really knowledgeable and respectful. They do their job well. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done. He was really reliable and very easy to get in touch with and was willing to work for me to get me the best deal. The quality of their work was great! So if you're in need go visit them.

Amazing service. Mike and his team are great people. I was having car issues and towed to his shop. He was able to get me back on the road the same day and even offered a ride to work and back. Highly recommend.

Excellent place and I can't say enough great things about Mike. He's a very rare and trustworthy mechanic. If you ever need a real dependable mechanic who won't try to Upcharge you, look no further. After my mechanic retired, I thought I would never find another trust worthy one again. Mike always gives a fair price and won't keep you waiting to long for your vehicle to be fixed.

Me and my 2 babies were on our way to catch a flight when we hit a pothole which shattered the tire. I've never been to Mike's Auto but went there in a time crunch hoping they could get us back on the road and they were so kind, efficient and helpful. They got us in quickly fixes the issue and we were able to get on our way to the airport. Thank you all so much kindness and efficiency really goes a long way!

We recently moved to the area and I decided to go to Mikes due to all the great reviews. This was a one of a kind experience. Super friendly and kind. Rosa was so nice and friendly, Mike bought me breakfast. I never received this type of hospitality ever back in the city. Off of one simple car inspection, Mike has earned a lifetime customer. Mike and his team were fantastic and went above and beyond to help me when i got a flat tire traveling between Litchfield, CT and Minneapolis.

Mike found a hard to find tire the same day, and was willing to come to the hotel that my car had been towed to.

When all was said and done, he charged me very little above the cost of the tire. I thought I might be gouged under the circumstance, but quite the opposite, Mike turned out to have great prices for quality work!

When you know a good, honest mechanic it's like a birthday present to yourself every time you need it ... Mike & his team (including Rosy in the office) are top notch. Quick when it's possible, they fit me in during a busy afternoon when I needed it - I was out inside of an hour. Same day I saw Mike personally advise someone visiting on work that was needed - free of charge because it was the right thing to do in that case. I'm impressed by the expertise and delighted with the service. Keep it up, Mike's!

Turn over time for vehicle repair is excellent. Mike has been keeping my 2012 Chevy Traverse alive while I look for a new vehicle to upgrade to.

Mike and his excellent team replaced my control arm, ball joint, and rotated my tires which solved the EXACT issues with my car I was having.
