I’ve been coming here for almost 8 years, but things have gone downhill fast under the new ownership. Their attitude is terrible and customer service is basically nonexistent. Prices have nearly tripled in the last couple of years, and they’re not even clear about what they charge. If you’re thinking of saving money by pulling your own parts — don’t. You’ll likely pay the same or even less for new parts elsewhere. This place has turned into highway robbery.
They called twice at 8 am two days in a row and still haven't picked up the car. When I called to give them another chance, they lied to me. Don't bother using Myers.
Was charged 101 dollars for two headlights with bulbs. Which is about 40 dollars more expensive than a whole set on Amazon. Will be returning them and see how that goes. After seeing some reviews of others trying to return, not hopeful.
Definitely not what the place used to be up charging for warranties on parts you’ll never be warranting horrible selection, compared to what it used to be
One employee was very impatient very rude felt the need to rush us to check in he had a very poor attitude and Customer service part was absolutely trash even when I came back in to purchase items he was the same way with a customer on the phone the other guy wasn't horrible but could do a little better with customers
Worst customer service ever! My engineer died and I wanted to junk my car to get money towards a down payment of a new car. The car broke down in an area I’m not from and when I gave them the direction (1-2 miles from the circle K on route 11) they told me that without an exact address they couldn’t come get the car and basically hung up on me. The car was towed by police and now I owe as much for the tow from the police that the car is worth in scrap. So basically their refusal to work with me on knowing the “exact location” just cost me to get nothing from my car because it’s gonna cost $300 to get it out of the tow yard from Towmater towing (which is way overpriced) or I have to surrender my car to them for the bill. Thanks for nothing! Do not go to this company if you’re in an emergency situation because their policies are ridiculous and their customer service is horrendous. Telling the man on the phone 2-3 miles from the end of route 11 before the turn to circle k , is actually pretty good directions for someone who isn’t from the area and there were no mile markers, seems like pretty good directions to me and it seems like laziness to want to do their job to help a customer. Kind of ridiculous to charge people money to go into the yard, without having any information on the cars other then year make and model. Came without tools to check out would have gladly come back with tools and paid the entry if I knew they had what I wanted. Most yards dont do this. Taking my buniness elsewhere.
They have priced their way out of a customer. I priced a transmission. They were $100 more than any where else. My son races thunderstock class, I purchased 2 hub assemblies. They cost me more than double what I paid at another yard. The guy at the register tried to talk me into a warranty on already overpriced parts.
If zero stars were possible they’d get that , worse place ever to work with . Bought a fender charged us a warranty we didn’t want said we could return it went to return it next day because it didn’t work as a “vehicle match” like there computer stated ,they wouldn’t take it back said it wasn’t marked when it very clearly was . The manger was terrible very rude all other employees were also very rude will never buy again all the cars they had u cannot salvage anything from . This place is the biggest joke nothing but a scam .
This place is the most unorganized unkempt filthiest pigsty of a mud pit they call a you pull it lot. Do yourself a favor and go to Vince’s in Marcy. Actually have the cars organized. You can lay on pavement if you needed. It’s a much cleaner salvage yard.
There prices way over board....IF you don't tell them you don't want the warranty they automatically charge you for it...lots of people have started going to other places..because the staff are nice and prices are reasonable....check your recipes when leaveing the east Syracuse junk yard ...don't get scam...

Damn , all the money you guys get and you seriously charging for relays? What a rip off charging basically the same amount for brand new parts, time to take these guys off the top list, we have plenty of other local yards to use, sad to see what this place used to be and what they are now, definitely trying to monopolize off the fact they are the closest to Syracuse, I'll drive further out now to support a different yard , thank you
Really great group of people who are always willing to help out. Once you get to know them, they will go out of their way to help you get the parts you need.
Rob is wonderful. I think I may have been a PITA for a couple of days. My 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee was sold on a Thursday. The gentleman was coming back Friday to pick up & pay. Three hrs later, I hit a post and needed BOTH driver side doors. I was beside myself. Rob worked hard to find me both doors and what a price!!! They have not been delivered yet but once they are, I'll update as to condition of doors. Thanks Rob!
If I could rate this place a .5, I would. The worker that was there on Sunday was beyond lazy, scrolling through social media while we spoke to him. This place absolutely refuses to tell you when they don't have a part, forcing you to drive there, pay a $2 admission fee and then ALSO sign you up for a program with the information they force you to input without serving you a terms and conditions. (They're essentially taking your info and selling it)
I wouldnt come here, just use EBay.
My thanks goes out to the staff for keeping the place well organized and always being both approachable and professional. This is my fav yard in the area, and well worth the extra travel time to visit. A++
To address the elephant in the room, no, I cannot in good faith ignore the possibility I'm the reason the 1999 Honda in lot 192 became possessed after I bled all over it while trying to remove a seized caliper. My sincerest apologies to the families that were affected by my negligence, and I promise to do better in the future.
Excellent location with a huge inventory of all types of vehicles. No admission fee to enter and they have 50% off customer appreciation days which is amazing. Gotta get there early to secure a wheel barrow if you will be needing one though lol as they get used up quickly! Employees were fantastic and very helpful. Only thing that I wish they had available would be current price lists on hand to grab. Other than that I've always come here and will continue to do so
I had a car I wanted to sell them. I called and described it, they quoted me $545 and said they'd pick it up but I'd have to come down to get paid.. I said Okay that's fine.. all that went smoothly until I went down there to get paid. The guy had $475 written in the corner of a piece of paper and low balled me. I felt like it was a bait and switch tactic. All the listening ears from the other employees in the room all had little comments about how 545 sounded like it was too much. They said I could take $475 if I wanted to get paid right now. It was unbelievable. They already had my car and I felt like I had no recourse. I said fine, took the lower amount and left the place upset. It wasn't a good feeling.
It's hard to make a deal with these people. I tried to buy a lateral arm about 10 inches long. The guy tried to charge me for a trailing arm.
I declined. Another time I tried to buy the two short wiring harnesses for a pickup box lights and a trailer wire plug. The same guy wanted 95 dollars for them. I declined. He said he can't change the pricing. Then he noticed a sea shell I had found in the yard and made up a price for that. I declined. I don't think that's on his price list.
I have shopped there in the past, and have always been able to reason with the counter people. This guy seems to have less automotive knowledge.
The only reason I went back was I in the area. Next time I will skip visiting this yard.

Update:
I bought the same parts in better condition at Rt.34 U-Pull-M for under $10.
It's way better dealing with counter people who can fairly price a part that isn't on the computer screen.
Don't waste you time. lazy and unprofessional staff. Woman in check out seemed to be sick and wasn't wearing a mask. Instead doing her job, she was talking to another staff. She doesn't know how to work with customers. It looks like a cashier's job is too difficult for her. Also I was told on a phone that a vehicle that I needed was in yard, row 65, I spent 2 hours driving to find out that row 65 is empty.
Overall this place is just okay. Good selection of vehicles that are nicely spaced out. Everything is a set price even if the condition of the part is not so great.
