They’re excellent, I’ve had both body and mechanical repairs done here and the Mercurio Automotive guys always put their customers first. Their customer service is five stars, Mark was able to get me in a lease no problem the same day, and their cosmetic repairs along with mechanical repairs were done excellently. I went to Mercurios because they had told me it would be no problem to bring my Dads car, who had passed away, in for an overhaul on all the things that were wrong with it to bring it back to its original beauty. I told them only new parts. Nothing refurbished or used. They agreed. 10s of thousands of dollars later I have the car. Within 6 months I was bringing it back for the very problems that they had already fixed! They would not fix it!! They said that once they repair the one part that they won't work on it again! Huh!?! Every automotive repair company that I ever used to
repair the parts or items free of charge unless the part went bad, then they would charge you! So I bring it to Cupalos Automotive & they start showing me all the things that Mercurios had done wrong, it seemed to them, on purpose! The weatherstripping around the windshield is backwards! The parts that I had replaced for the new parts were not only not new they were extremely old, like they never even replaced any of the parts they felt they didn't have to! But I have a receipt! So now we are going to court!! They best watch out for the houses!! Before I take everyone from them!! Liars! Thieves!! Buyer beware!!

Made an appointment for an alignment because the car was pulling one direction. When I dropped car off, I left a note asking them to fix a slow leak in a tire. Woman behind desk acted as if I was trying to pull a fast one on them, asking them to seal the tire. Horrendous attitude. Never gave me before and after paperwork on my alignment, low and behold car still pulled the same direction. They "resealed" the tire and charged me $25 to do it but apparently ignored the pinhole it had in it's sidewall and it was flat again in 2 days. Another shop confirmed it. Will never return.
Front desk lady was rude and yelling at people. I don’t know what’s with her but I don’t think she is a good fit at doing this job. Impatient, rude, yelling at customers, and hang up on the need of help!
