⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this shop. I got my window tint, starlight headliner, and a new headliner installed, and everything came out perfect. The quality of the work is excellent, very clean, and professionally done. I especially want to give a big shout-out to David — he took great care of me from start to finish.

Amazing service!! These guys do a really good job at what they do. Their work was quick, efficient and great quality. Beyond happy with my friend’s recommendation of PNA Autosport! I purchased there & had them install a dashboard digital receiver & backup camera. I called the day before to inquire & they said they take walk-ins starting at 9am or could make an appointment, which I did. David went above & beyond to help me pick the right model for my old 2010 car, and explain how to use everything. Amazing service! It was completed the same day. Am VERY happy with all!

Repeat customer: 1) I bought a dash cam (front and rear) from Amazon and they installed it in less than an hour, very convenient and great customer service. I bought the camera before I heard of them but they have their own options as well. 2) I was having issues with my stock rear view camera. The team did a little digging in their database and was able to find a new camera/radio system to install for me same day. Work took around 2 hrs but still quick for how much involved the process is. Great customer service and they heard me out with how I wanted the system installed. Leaving a review because it’s not easy to find an auto shop where you can feel confident in coming back and expecting good work.

Anthony, Dave, Omar etc. were very helpful and knowledgeable and had my alarm and dashcam systems ready to go in no time. They also were very helpful with ancillary issues such as my RimGuard lock installation and backing plate issues. Will definitely keep them on speed-dial!

I had my back up camera installed and they did a great job. Everyone was helpful and professional. David and Dee were great setting the appointment and facilitating the installation. Amazing shop. Anthony I think he is the owner walked me through all my options. Patrick who was the one who put up my system suggested everything on what I need and not, so I won’t overspend on parts and then walk me through all of he steps on how to fine tune the head unit after the install. The result was an amazing sound system! Thank you Patrick and Anthony and also shout out to D. I highly highly recommend this shop, these people are highly knowledgeable on what they sell and do.

I came here approximately 2 years ago to simply have LED headlight bulbs installed in my car. I brought in my own bulbs that I purchased beforehand. They recommended I purchase bulbs they had in store. They were about 4 times the price of the ones I purchased off of Amazon but I figured they would be good quality. Turns out they were some Chinese crap that burned out right after the 2 year warranty was voided. If that wasn't bad enough THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG SIZE BULBS for my car. Having the wrong size bulbs can negatively affect the charging system of your car. I recently had to replace my alternator and the carelessness of this establishment was likely the cause of that. Moral of the story is learn how to work and fix your own cars. You cant trust anyone these days.

I had an excellent experience with the PNA team. They installed a full splitter kit, an LED underglow kit, and completely redid the stereo in my Golf R (much needed, since the stock system was lackluster). They additionally upgraded my car battery and hardwired my dashcam to make it super clean. David, Anthony, and the rest of the crew were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The install time, pricing, and overall experience were top tier. They go above and beyond to ensure every customer is completely satisfied, and you can feel the passion they have for their work. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be back.

Excellent Service this shop provides they installed a viper alarm 2x already the first one I had since I got my Genesis Coupe in 2012 went back recently and installed another 2025 not issues. Than my dad wanted the Front/Side bars done on his 2025 Toyota just quality work Anthony and his staff provide. 10/10

I came to PNA Autosport for a new head unit, backup cam, and new speakers. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The original speakers they installed weren't quite to my liking, and they immediately fixed the issue by installing a subwoofer in the back for just the price of the unit, no extra cost. Would definitely recommend if in the market. Especially recommend Patrick for anything audio related. He knows his stuff!

You need modifications to your ride, this is the spot. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through their door. Like family. They always have the answer on what your looking for or what needs to he fixed. Im very picky on who I trust to work on my truck and this place is definitely one I trust. Their pricing is also great, they do not look to over charge or take advantage of any customers. Again, this place treats you like family. Check them out! Highly recommended!

I came to PNA Autosport to get my speaker system installed while I was across the street at Pep Boys getting a tire replaced. I just wanted some info about audio setups, but Dave—the front desk manager—was super helpful, honest, and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I was in good hands. They installed my new speaker, amp, and system, and I was really happy with the results. After about two weeks, I started noticing some issues—my speakers would cut out and the subwoofer stopped working. I brought the car back and, without hesitation, they took care of it. No hassle, no attitude. They diagnosed the problem, explained what happened, and made adjustments to help prevent it from happening again. I feel confident having them work on my car, and even more confident knowing that if anything ever goes wrong, they’ll stand behind their work. I definitely trust them with my BMW, and I think you should trust them with your system too. I’ll be testing things further, but I’m grateful for the warranty and, more importantly, the professional and respectful service I received here. Big thanks to Dave and team.

Came in because my backup camera wasn't working. They found the issue quickly and on the fly I decided to replace my worn out front woofers. They took care of that as well and I was maybe there for one hour. It's great when you find a company that provides quick and reliable service in NYC. They're also super friendly. Highly recommend.

From the second you walk into PNA Auto, they make you feel like family! They’ll have you cracking up, spending money — and somehow still wanting to come back and do it all over again. My husband got a couple of things done to his car, and I had CarPlay installed into mine. I must have called them about six times with questions, and every single time they were patient, understanding, and super helpful. We’re definitely planning to go back for more work! I have a 15 year old Mercedes that needed a new stereo and I also wanted to upgrade to a dash cam and reverse cam. Anthony's team expertly installed everything including a Dash kit and the microphone that came with the head unit. He also recommend a small but powerful JL amp and a subwoofer. My system is up to date and the sound is incredible.The head unit runs perfectly and is integrated nicely in my car. I also had my break-light fixed and a headlamp restoration. I highly recommend PNA service for their professionalism, honesty and great work. I had a Joying snapdragon Android 10 head unit installed which I also recommend. Just in case you have a network connection error with your android head unit when using mobile Hotspot, check that your network provider enabled hotspot and that the network plan supports it. I had to contact my provider and they added a hotspot plan and now the network connects. Cheers! Adding pictures soon

They went above and beyond to piece together what I was asking for and more. My vehicle is a 2012 Mini Countryman S that had no factory GPS, now I have everything! Id also like to thank Tony, Dee and Eva for answering all my questions when I would call and get me set up with financing. Excellent white glove experience.
