Went to go get my engine light check from a scanner. Young lady rudely and fast said “NO!” After another team member asked “is the scanner working?” And his response was “its not working right now”. What it seems to me was they didn’t want to assist. But i seen two scanners hanging on the shelve. Pretty sure one of them worked. Stay away from this place if you want assistance from young employees that arent knowledgeable about car parts besides what they read off them computers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. I purchased a car battery along with other items. The initial employee who assisted me was professional; however, once I completed my purchase, he went to the back of the store. When I asked if battery installation was available, I observed two employees behind the counter vaping and laughing. One of them responded to my question in Spanish by sarcastically asking, “And the tip?”, followed by saying, “I don’t work for that.” This interaction was highly unprofessional and inappropriate for a customer-facing environment. AutoZone is a well-known brand, and this type of behavior does not align with the level of service and respect customers should expect. I hope corporate management reviews this location’s customer service standards and addresses the conduct of the staff. This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing.

The 2 team members working on January 8th 2026 from around 10-11 were very unprofessional, using foul language like it’s the hood and throwing off tasks to others. I walked out and went to Advanced Auto Parts and was the staff was a lot more professional and I was treated with respect.

Recently, I ordered a car battery with a battery installation kit to be delivered the same day. After several hours, the battery arrived, but without the kit. When I questioned the delivery person, he showed me that this was the only item on the invoice. I called the store and was told that the kit was attached to the battery and everything was shipped, so I should speak to the driver. It turned out that the delivery was done by Uber, not the store, and they are not responsible for any lost items. Really? The kit was a few dollars, but if I order 2 expensive items and only one is delivered, will that be the driver's fault as well? Advice, don't use the delivery service, just pick up your orders from the store.

Went in there today to get Window wipers for my car Sunny help me out to get the right size And he even went as far as to put them on for me cause I didn’t know. I would definitely recommend this place and recommend sunny. Give him a A+ and if I could give him 100 stars I would.

My high beam bulbs weren’t working, so I visited this AutoZone branch. I found exactly what I needed, and fortunately, Gabrielle was there to assist me. She helped me replace the bulbs and didn’t leave until she made sure everything was working perfectly. She was extremely helpful, and I truly appreciate her support.

$$$$$ cash out - staff members! Store Transaction #:015524 They took my alternator under warranty, gave me a new alternator, and Cashed out the money for themselves on the returned item. now in 2025 I got to replace my alternator under warrant only to discover this issue from 12/14/22 !

I Recently Worked With A Gentleman By The Name Of Junior ..And He Was Incredibly Helpful And Knowledgeable. He Went Above And Beyond To Ensure He Understood Everything When It Came To Assisting Me. His Patience And Willingness To Help Made A Huge Difference.. I Honestly Needed The Help And He Made My Life Much Easier.. Wipers And Rubbing Compound On Full Affect 🥰😂

Whoever answered the phone was nasty. I asked if they had rims. She says riv if autozone. Does rims not have to do with autos? Mind you the websites advertised rims. 🤷🏽♀️

The employees in this store are useless. The guy we dealt with couldn’t help us find the lightbulbs we needed and he refused to do a diagnostic on the car. He said they were “too busy” and yet they did a diagnostic on some other guy’s car like 2 minutes after he said that. If you go to Advance Auto they go and find the lightbulbs for you and they don’t make excuses to not work.

No stars! Said they'd have someone to install the battery replacement and then when arriving, apparently Noo one there was capable of doing such job!! Even though when I called them, they said yes no problem! I was left with 2 kids and no one to help. Had to install myself!! Extra annoying.

Store employees are ok... it's not a bad place for supplie, my beef is with the junk parts that they seel.. it's all junk.. I keep allowing myself to be a victim... my last time buying parts here.. my last order came the next day.. but broken in three places... box was opened, damaged, old looking... they sell Chinese crap... Ebay next time.. mo matter how long the wait...

The store is CLEAN. I needed my check engine light diagnostics run to confirm that the only thing wrong was a tire with low air pressure. The diagnostic was FREE and they offer a printout so that when you go the mechanic they don’t have to charge an additional $45 to run the same test. I needed my tire fixed and they gave an excellent referral to a mechanic nearby who did wonderful and speedy repair of my tire. All my warning lights are now off.

The big Spanish chubby kid I think his name is Danny is EXTREMELY rude & will give you the wrong car parts on purpose just so you can come back 2-3 times and have you waste your time, they should give his position to someone who would really want to work. Manager and employee fool around, argue and curse infront of customers which is unprofessional. The young girl with the glasses and the Spanish Dominican guy with short curly hair was way more helpful and attentive than that waste of employee Danny.

Last month, I needed a battery replacement but not knowledgeable about cars so I went to this autozone location. At first, there was a person there who was helpful and was able to remove my car battery and proceed to charge it. I asked repeatedly if they would help me put the battery back in afterwards and they told me yes. 2 hours later, my wife went to pick up the battery and car and I called ahead to ask them to help my wife put the car battery back in. When she arrived, autozone didn’t ticket or track the battery amongst many other batteries charging (which means they don’t use a basic ticketing system which is alarming) and she had to wait 20 min for someone to find the right battery for a simple pickup. The person who helped me was not there by the time my wife was there. Furthermore, the current employee that was there was very rude to my wife. She told my wife that they won’t put the battery back in because of store policy even though they removed it in the first place. Then she retracted her statement and said because there is no one there. My wife asked if someone will be available later, but the employee completely dismissed her and said “you have to figure it out for yourself”. My wife ended up asking a stranger in their parking lot to fix the battery for us instead. Perhaps the employee was having a bad day. However, her behavior and lack of professionalism towards my wife is disappointing and I would warn anyone else to think twice before coming here to get your battery replaced. Last note, if it’s actually store policy to not reinstall a car battery that is fine, but I was told repeatedly that they will reinstall it…

What good patience they had with me, I don't know much about vehicles, it was difficult for me to choose or select my spare part, they were very patient with me. Thank you! (Another day I will comment on how dirty those who work outside leave and stain everything)

Shoutout to the associate Edwin who helped me change my headlight bulb in the freezing cold, thank you so much!!!! He did it with zero complaints and was kind the whole time. The lady at the counter was also really kind and helpful, I wish I had gotten her name. 10/10 would recommend coming to this location :)

Always has what I need in stock, but my visit today basically saved my vehicle. Well, the manager, Michelle did, specifically. Not only was she incredibly nice and very helpful, but she asked me more about my vehicle, and was able to identify a MAJOR issue with the oil my mechanic told me to purchase. Basically, Michelle's amazing customer service saved my engine. So grateful.

These guys are the best. Came in during an evening shift and was helped by David, who went above and beyond to help us during a battery crisis. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest, and what had been a very stressful situation was greatly improved with his help. Came in to the store again the next day and was again helped by a great guy whose name I didn’t get, although I believe he was a manager. Great experience, great guys. Great all the way down. Thank you!!

Ifran was great help yesterday. My husband and I always go there and we have to look for things ourselves because we don't know what else things are. There are always only two people behind the register or very busy helping others. I am glad yesterday someone was able to help us.

I ordered a part in store and called to check if it arrived. Extremely rude sales guy picks up the phone and tells me he can’t pull up my order without original receipt which was never mentioned during purchase. I asked him why would you ask for my name or number if you can’t look up the order or provide an update. He presumed to ask me how does it work when I go to Best Buy or anywhere else. I told him they never need my receipt they pull up and order using my name and verification of Id. Extremely rude and told me he can’t help me. I went to the store an hour later and saw store manager Mark. He immediately rectified the situation pulled up my order using my name. He was really pleasant and patient. I’m very disappointed in the staff. Please work on your customer service skills. I would rather drive to a different location than deal with a unprofessional staff member. I can’t wait for my part to come in definitely not returning to this store again. Just wanted to say thank you to Mark-Store Manager.

Prices are okay. Usually you have to wait for someone to come at the checkout register. The place requires you to spend 20 or more before you can use the loyalty card to add points. But still glad that this place opened up in this location and is convenient.
