I’ve never had an issue with this repair service. Every time I go there, I ask for what I need and they get it done. Prices are comparable to other places but the service is trustworthy
Unbelievable customer service with highly skilled mechanics! I brought my Ford Explorer here with a mechanical problem that no other shop could fix! Not only was the problem fixed so well, the staff was so pleasant, transparent and communicated with me the entire time! I cannot say enough great things about this shop!
This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. The woman at the front reception needs to take classes on business ethics and proper customer service. Your customers are the lifeblood of your business, so treat them that way! They should always feel valued, heard, and supported whenever they interact with you, not dismissed or talked down to. Keeping your conversations respectful, polite, and genuinely helpful makes the difference. This place fixed one thing and broke another thing in my car. And then refused to repair what they broke. Truly not a place you want to take your car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
Service is terrible..went in for a alternator and a belt repair...left with pouring oil that they denied they did...no oil leak where car was parked before repair...after it was fixed...oil everywhere outside...they denied it...but the same area where the work was performed....DO NOT TRUST THEM
I've dealt with the younger looking guy working there (30s-40s) and he was great. There to help. From my experience with him, I give them a good review

This is the absolute best auto mechanic shop in the world. I have owned a Mercedes for eleven years, only took it to a Mercedes auto shop. I was ripped off royally, my vehicle was not repaired, but I was charged. Took it to Uniondale auto, and Alex, Chris and Jerry are the best in the world. They are professional, their prices are excellent and they know their stuff. Thank you guys, no one else will ever work on my vehicle.

My NYS Emissions/Inspection tag was expired. I stopped at four (4) shops before getting to this one. I even left my number with one of those shops and they never called me back. This shop was able to do the inspection on the spot. The service was courteous. I really appreciated their help and immediate service.
Beware if you're using a credit card that there's a slight up-charge of like $1.30 on top of the Inspection cost ($37).
Family owned and honest. Saved me money by correctly diagnosing my cars problem. I had misdiagnosed it and was ready to install an unnecessary part at a greater expense. They've saved me money twice on 2 different vehicles. Thanks guys!

After having a negative experience with another shop that was price-gouging and telling me I needed repairs I didn't need, I brought my car here for new struts and tires. Alex was extremely accommodating, gave me a very fair price, and was able to have the rather complicated repair (the back seats need to be removed for strut replacement) was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Alex and Uniondale Auto Care for anyone who's tired of being ripped off by typical mechanics.
We are from out of town and had a car issue while visiting in February. After reading google reviews, we decided to head to Uniondale Auto Care, hoping for the best. These great guys took such good care of us and our car. They treated us like we were locals and frequent customers, when they could have completely taken advantage of us knowing we lived 1000 miles away and were in a tough spot. Thanks to everyone in the shop, we were quickly on our way with our fixed car and we were charged a very fair price. These guys are honest and have so much integrity - they run a great business.
Had an issue with my vehicle and found Uniondale Auto Care. I loved that they were a family owned business and were able to work with me on taking care of my car problems. I had my car back within hours and no fluff you would get from other mechanics trying to get more money out of you. They also threw in an oil change for next to nothing. I'm defiantly returning!
Came here years back and was a waste of time. They work on your car one minute and then jump to another car while wasting your time. Dirty and filthy inside. Never solved my problem.
