I went into this store for a new battery for my car. I asked the employee if they do the free battery replacements which he said he did and that it would be easy and quick 5-10 minutes. I waited inside because it was incredibly windy outside. Over 30 minutes passed and he finally came back inside. I could see that he was at the hood of my car for 30 minutes from the window. I asked if everything was ok to which he said yes I’m good to go. Later I’m driving over a bridge and my engine is smoking. I pull over and see that my coolant hose which is right next to my battery is broken. I called the store twice to let them know. They told me the district manager would call me back and took my phone number down. I never got a phone call. At this point this was several months ago. I had to pay $200 to repair my coolant hose. My engine hasn’t quite felt the same since. Wish I never walked into to this store to begin with.
Malik was very helpful! He helped me reach all of the goals that I was trying to accomplish. I will definitely return back to this location of autozone because of his helpful ways. Thank you!
Malik was very helpful. He installed my windshield wiper blades quickly and efficiently. He changed the battery in my key fob. He provided service with professionalism and a smile.
That dude Eric or whatever his name is needs to fix his attitude this isn’t a one time thing this has happened multiple times where he has givin me extremely nasty and rude attitude and remarks
Excellent job by Eric B! Courteous, Professional, and very Hospitable - I came in for a part on my Honda Civic and it wasn't easy to find. Eric was patient and persistent until he did, at the same time being very friendly and didn't make ne feel like just another customer. Thank You Eric!!!

I had such a great experience with Manery García! When my car battery died, he was extremely nice, patient, and helpful. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and got the job done quickly. He went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful situation really easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness—highly recommend his service!
Eric is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I went in to make a return because I purchased the wrong light bulb. I didn't hv the paper receipt but used my rewards number. He said he had no way to return it and I needed to get a store credit that way the store doesn't loose money. I asked another employee named Barry for assistance instead and he was awesome he was able to locate my transaction using my phone number, the date i made the purchase and the last 4 of my debit card I used. While Barry was helping me Eric made a comment that he will not give cash for a no receipt return which was rude and embarrassing because i never asked for cash i just wanted it back on my original form of payment......Maybe Eric should take some training from Barry on customer service and how to use the features the company provides on the register or stay in the back.
Came in this morning with some car trouble. Poor guy didn’t even get to walk through the door before I began to dump all my car troubles on him 😂. But Malik was very kind, very patient & charming. He got my car up and running in no time. Thank you so much!
The associate there named Barry did a quick and efficient job with recognizing the issue with my headlights, got me the right lights, and even did the install, all within 10 minutes. Made the whole thing a breeze. Store is a chill environment and they know what they are doing
If all of your employees are like Barry, Friendly, Attentive, Knowledgeable, and Determined to help customers leave satisfied and having all trust in the work they do, then give them a raise‼️ This was my first time at this location but it will become primary AutoZone.

Mr.C is amazing!! Not only did he help me install my air filter in my car during his lunch break (not to mention the fact that they don’t even do air filters anymore but he still showed me how anyways) but Mr.C figured out the actual issue with my AC. Turns out I needed freon. I went to another AutoZone prior to this location and was brushed off. Mr.C went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my car’s AC. Barry was just as amazing too!! He informed me of all the freon they had at the store and even came out to show me how to use it. Fixed my AC issue completely!! This location is 10 miles from me but so worth the drive! Will most definitely be coming back here from now on. Thank you guys so so much!
Mr.C took time off during his break to help my sisters and I with my car’s AC issues. Helped us figure out the issue and taught us how to fix it! Barry was also a great help and aided us in using the Freon. This autozone is not my nearest location but I will be returning to this location from now on! Amazing customer service!
Cornelius was very helpful. He keep me laughing the whole time. Great customer service. I recommend others to visit the location in Uniondale. As a women going into this location I didn’t want to walk inside but to be honest I’m truly happy that I did. Thanks for taking your time and having patience with me.
Cornelius attended our every need in this store he kept us smiling and made sure we got exactly what we needed he definitely shows what real customer service is he also made sure to find out what parts that weren't in stock at his store I could get at a nearby store A1 service

Words cannot express how professional and hardworking Eric is. If I had a million dollars I’d give it to him. He goes above and beyond for customers. On numerous occasions I have came in autozone clueless and he guides you all the way! He even assembled my windshield wipers in the rain! Outstanding service from Eric, 10/10!
Eric and Cornelius are amazing!! I came in a pinch to get my mirror replaced and Eric kindly went to my car and Try to see if the replacement mirror fit and taught me how to do it. I’m very grateful for this experience please please visit this AutoZone. It’s the best in New York in the state!!!!
I would definitely recommend this Auto Zone Store #4724. The store representative Devon was very helpful in explaining the different types of brakes for my Ford Explorer. Not only did he take the time to explain but showed me other options also. I will definitely return to this location for my future car needs.

I needed to replace my windshield wipers on my car today during the snowstorm. I went to this location and a young gentleman named Barry was awesome. He took off my existing wipers and put on the replacements for me in the parking lot. That was a huge help for me because honestly I have no idea how to do it. What a wonderful, pleasant and kind young man he was. In having a conversation with him I knew this was a very mature and responsible individual…..thank you Barry for your help and you are going to do great in life.
