Left message about a Porsche I was interested in. Matt responded the very next morning,He described the car and It sounded great, I told him I had another Porsche to trade. I went to the dealership and Matt looked over my car, He offered me a very fair price for my car as well a good price on his car. When I picked up the car Ben spent time with me going over every detail of the car,Ben noticed the Xmas Modulual was missing. Matt is AMAZING!!! I am a used car dealer in NYC. My company purchased a car from European Auto wholesale. I went to pick up the car from the dealership because it was only 30min away from my store. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by a young man who helped me immediately. I was getting ready to leave and noticed that the rear camera was not working on the vehicle I purchased. Matt overheard the conversation I was having with his sales rep and jumped in and told me not to take the car. He would first fix the car and then give it to me when its a 100%. I was shocked this is a wholesale transaction (NOT RETAIL). Matt personally called me with in 3 hours of me leaving his store and told me the car was fixed. I went the following day and picked it up. Took a flier on this dealership around 5 mos. ago buying an '06 Porsche Boxster without taking it to the mechanic first because I live 200 miles away. Great experience all around in the purchase process, and 5 mos. later I'm very happy with the car, which turned out to be in excellent condition. The dealer even proactively replaced the brakes for me without my asking. Highly recommend.

I had a short list of sports/exotic cars to test drive before deciding on what to purchase ... Matt had a beautiful acura nsx that was high on my list . His employee went out of his way to move several cars so the nsx could be taken out for a test drive . He answered every question and gave us a FaceTime showing of the car so we knew exactly what we were seeing before making the 4 hour trip down. Matt and his team at EAC are fantastic! I purchased a vehicle from halfway across the country and Matt was great about ensuring any questions or concerns were answered. He would quickly send over any photos or videos I asked for to help ease any long distance purchase stress. I requested a pre-purchase inspection and he facilitated transportation to and from the mechanic without any questions asked. Would highly recommend as Matt is very particular about the vehicles he keeps in inventory. We will be back!

I was referred to this business by someone who was an acquaintance of mine. I live on the West Coast, and would never buy something sight unseen, let alone a Jaguar or any vehicle for that matter. I rolled the dice, and was walked through every step from The beginning until the end. The process was extremely simple and most importantly all the paperwork was correct. Motor vehicles a breeze! It goes without saying, that I was shocked to see the vehicle in better condition than the pictures. This transaction restored my faith of buying things on the Internet, let some sight unseen.

Being an eBay and Craigslist user for 24 & 25 Years I initially saw the AD and figured "Here Goes, but why not." In all my experience of buying cars it's generally for every thirty you see, one person is honest. You have the "Car Flipper" who swears he is the Private Owner, the guy who tells you it only needs a switch (of your choice) and the transmission is slipping, but thinks he can sell you once you are face to face - and the list goes on. Bottom line is people lie and Frankly it wouldn't Matter to me if I didn't invest long car rides and other peoples time. When I go to look, I go to buy. Matt allowed me to Pepper him with questions by Text, Email and Phone for a couple of days prior to ensure I wasn't wasting a trip. I will admit I wanted a New Mercedes at the ten year old price, so yes I do repeat myself. Not once did he balk or rush me off the phone. He simply told me the car isn't perfect, but for the price we agreed on it's a heck of a deal. He even walked around the car and sent me additional Photo's of the imperfections that were in the listing. It's like I had a Virtual Tour, prior to committing to a 5 hr day of Gas, Tolls, & two peoples Time. He showed me what he paid, and lets just say I wasn't a customer he is going to retire off. That was about as honest of an answer as one could give and the answer matched the car. It was exactly as Photographed and this is not some "Car Flipping" used Car Sales Spot on the side of the road. It's a 50,000 sq ft Warehouse with some very nice cars, and a full scale operation. He lent his Mechanic to me to question at my disposal. His Office Manager could not have been nicer, and I needed her to explain the paperwork situation to me like I was a two year old because I simply couldn't get it through my thick head. As much as the above may have sold me, it was my final experience with Matt and Co. There was 3 Photographs of a missing Switch on one of the many Power Seat Buttons. I was aware of it and planned to purchase it off eBay in the future. I didn't even mention it, yet he had his Mechanic find one and put it on for me before I left. Maybe a $5 part showed me this guys Integrity. Bottom line him and I had conversation like two regular people where the topic of business and sales really was at the bottom. I think he had other customers who were waiting, but my time was made to be of equal value. -Steven

I bought a 2016 Mustang GT350 from Matt at EAC. Great deal, the car was everything it was supposed to be and keep in mind that I bought this car sight unseen-I am in Oregon, they are in New York. I had seen it on EBay and had to have it. Matt took the time to walk around the car and point out every tiny flaw so that there would be no surprises. He made sure it got loaded onto the trailer and I got the car shipped to me, and it is an absolute blast to drive. I am 100% satisfied with the purchase and Matt was great to deal. with. Also, at Matt's recommendation, I used Marty Levy to broker the shipping and that guy was on it. He made sure it was loaded right, made sure the trucker knew what he was doing and was up front about the open transport drawbacks. I got the car, dirty from the drive but 100% intact. Thanks to both of these guys. You always hear about internet scams and horror stories, never about the great deals and good people out there. This was a great deal with good people. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a low mileage beautiful 2000 Porsche Boxster S from European Automobile Co. and had for a few days when I found some physical issues I had prevented me from enjoying this excellent car. I dealt with Matt through the entire process and took title of the vehicle so it was mine, end of story. I would not advise anyone to try this as outcomes may vary but when I told Matt about my situation, and had only received genuinely great service from the beginning, he had every right to say it was my problem so good luck, but instead did an amazing thing, he invited me in, helped me out and offered to take the car back! I was more than relieved I was completely blown away with his understanding and putting the customer first even before the sale! I will be a future customer and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation as they truly are a cut above and unparalleled in their field. Matt earned my business and my respect!

Matt is a straight shooter who helped me buy a beautiful 2002 Porsche 911. This was a long distance purchase so communication and honesty were of the utmost importance. The car is spectacular, everything he described and more. Not only that but Matt had this 2002 upgraded with an IMS BEARING replacement, new clutch and rear main seal, plus new starter and replacement leather seats. Above and beyond what any other dealer would ever do. I will be back in the future when I am ready for another dream car. The distance from Ohio is no barrier when you deal with an honest salesman. Owning a business for 36 years taught me many things. One was that you can't please some people no matter how hard you try. Over two weeks of talking, negotiating and picking up my new/used car from Matt, I can say he was was most professional, friendly and fair! The car he represented in the advertising was described very accurately. As can be had in any business deal, we had a couple of issues pop up. Matt handled them to my satisfaction in all cases. In particular, he told me if he couldn't locate the second key fob for my car, he would send me a check for $200. I received the check five days later! I will definitely consider European Automobile Company when it comes time for another car!

I have bought cars from more than a dozen different dealers. Matt and team are by far the best!! Absolutely trustworthy, reliable and fair. I bought a Porsche 911. The motor hat leakage problems which I had repaired at Porsche after the purchase. Matt immediately offered to compensate although there was no legal obligation. Where do you find that kind of fairness today? He is my dealer for the future. Really great. My best recommendations with five stars!!!

I have just had the pleasure of purchasing my 3rd car from this company, and I couldn't be happier! My salesman was Matt, who I have used before, and he treated me very well. He was kind, professional, and very easy to deal with. I have purchased a Mercedes GL, Porsche, and most recently a BMW X5. Their dealership is hassle free, and every car was as advertised. When I arrived to pick them up, they were fully serviced, and cleaned to near showroom condition. I have referred many friends there, and all of them were as pleased as I was. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Matt's the best car guy around, period. I just picked up a G-wagon from him, great truck. This is the 4th car I've purchase from Matt over the years and I would never trust anyone else. Any car I'm looking for he either has or he can get it. Prices are always great and I've never had an issue with any car after buying. Matt's team is also very knowledge and helpful. If you're buying an exotic or just looking for a good car there's nowhere else to go then EAC.

I hate buying vehicles. Everything about it. Contacted Matt on a pristine used Land Rover priced well below comparable vehicles within 500 miles of my home in Baltimore. It was still under warranty but I asked Matt to drop it off at the local dealer for a full inspection prior to my 4 hr trip to buy it. He gladly did and the vehicle inspection came back remarkably clean. I was able to negotiate $900 off the price with a $500 down payment prior to arriving. The car is beautiful for a great price and the entire process was extremely smooth and easy with no surprises. Matt easily has a few million dollars in high end vehicles in his shop and moves good volume. He wants to make a deal. Can't recommend this company enough.
