I have been taking my cars and trucks to RCT for years now he takes cares of all my vehicles , not damaging my rims from 22's to factory painted also doing my vehicle repairs , maintenance and alignments. I highly recommend RCT I would not trust my cars with anyone else.

This shop is great. Brought my car in after getting some work done at a different shop and the car didn't feel right even after getting an alignment with the shop who did the install. Brought it to RCT and they were extremely informative and go the car dialed in and drives way better than before. Highly recommend!

The BEST alignment specialists out there. If you love your cars and your passengers, leave it to Ryan and his staff to keep your car running safely on the road. They were very thorough and explained in detail the critical adjustments made to keep my car running optimal again. Everything was set to OEM specs as if it just rolled off the assembly line. I ordered tires from an online discount tire distributor and had them shipped to RCT. The owner Ryan called me when they came in and I drove over and the tires were installed while I ate lunch at a restaurant next door. The price was good, they also disposed of the old tires for me. I was surprised and grateful to get a call from Ryan after I got home to let me know I had left my credit card behind. I recommend this service to anyone looking for a good priced, quick, easy tire installation.

Was recommended to come to this place and was happy with the original installation of my tires. I do not have a lot of time and have 4 vehicles so I don't drive much. Finally was able to get the vehicle up to highway speeds and noticed vibration which usually means the tire was not balanced correctly. Called to make an appt to go back to fix and was told they only guaranty for 5 days? I generally don't write reviews but this left a bad taste in my mouth. Considering they are not the best price and I general don't mind paying more money for service. And I purposely went out of my way to go there because of recommendations. But this is not what I got. They really should've made an exception since not everyone has time to rectify problems within 5 days and this is due to poor balancing. I only put on 100 miles in 3 weeks total time. Only for this reason I give 2 stars.

I brought my car here for an alignment, and they damaged one of my axle boots. After calling and speaking to Ryan, the owner, he acknowledged that it was their fault but regardless he would not help me with the damage to my car and would "work with me on the next alignment." Instead of actually taking responsibility for the situation that he acknowledged his shop had caused, Ryan recommended I bring my axle to another shop to get a new boot at my own expense, and said he would not help me whatsoever in repairing the damaged axle, even if I supplied the parts. To add insult to injury, the leaking axle boot has flung grease all over my brand new suspension parts that I had installed just before the alignment. I really used to love this place, but frankly this is very unscrupulous behavior and will probably not come back after 5 years of being a customer here. Update: Just got home to find that the other axle boot was also melted the same way as the driver's side one. With labor, this is ~$1500 of damage to my vehicle, and they are not helping me with any of it. Old Review: Best tire shop on Long Island, true specialists who will get you serviced quickly with high quality work.

Got recommended by countless people to go get my brand new wheels mounted at rct. Unfortunately they managed to damage all 4 brand new wheels and don’t want to accept responsibility for mounting damage. I have proof that the wheels were perfect before install and now of multiple circular scratches. Avoid this shop if you don’t want you brand new wheels ruined. Even the entire outer edge is damaged hack job.

Recently had all 4 tires mounted and balanced here at RCT. 2017 Mazda CX-9 needed new tires. Ordered online and had them sent to the shop. Had an 8:30 appt, arrived maybe 10 min early and they greeted me right away and within a few minutes the car was in the shop and up on the lift. The whole process took about an hour. My only complaint, I guess, is that there is no real waiting/seating area. Just a small corridor where the check in/out window is. At least its glass that separates this area and the shop, so you can watch whats going on. Other than that, the guys were friendly and work done well (no issues that I can tell - has been about 2 weeks). All in all good experience, and would use again if I needed tires or an alignment (or whatever other services they provide!).

My best friend took me here. He has a Corvette like me. I just wanted to check my tire balance, and possibly an alignment for my 2005 C6 Vette. I was willing to go for the alignment, but Brian said to check out the how the car rides first, then decide. Needless to say. The car ran perfectly, and he was right, I didn't need the alignment. I gotta there about 10 mi before my 9 am appointment, and the car was on the lift by 5 minutes before 9 am. A real pro shop, I'm impressed. John T. Queens

Had a vibration issue at 70+ on my brand new tirerack package (18" with Michelin Pilot Sport AS 4) that was supposedly road force balanced... Just took it to RCT Performance to get it redone, and was super surprised to learn that all 4 wheels needed to be adjusted and weights added. The balancing was way off. My vibrations completely disappeared and now I literally can't tell if I'm going 60 or 90 MPH... You don't realize how significantly off something like this is until you feel perfection. Highly recommend anyone in NYC that needs a to have their Tesla aligned or balanced etc. to visit RCT Performance in Westbury Li. Guys were very professional, and knew exactly how to work on teslas. They treated my car like gold. They used Jack pads for the lift, adjusted proper tire pressure, used a torque wrench on my lugs <3 , and most importantly, treated me and my car with respect. Shout out to James and Doug for being honest, high quality mechanics!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Brought in a fairly modified car for a pre purchase inspection. Shop was clean and organized, Employees were courteous and knowledable and even brought us underneath the car to point out several issues, and also several things that were right. Shop also provided a ballpark estimate on the cost to have small issues rectified. Overall a great shop who really know their stuff. If i lived in the area, I would definitely frequently use this shop.

Have been using RCT since 2015 and Ryan's shop has always been prompt, courteous, reliable, professional, and very up-front. Every time they installed new tires and did road-force balancing, the outcome has always been positive. Recently, I had Doug do the four-wheel alignment and it straighten things out. I'm extremely satisfied and yes, you do get what you pay for.

Brought my Full Fat 2016 Range Rover to Ryan for front brake rotors, pads, sensor, oil & filter change, NY state inspection on Sept 2020. Couldn't be happier with their work. Discovered them last year when I bought tires at Tire Rack, they installed, balanced, and aligned. All while you wait. Very professional. Couldn't ask for more. Afterwards, I brought my BMW X5 for an alignment too. RCT Performance is now my "go to" for automotive services.

I came here to get new wheels & tires put on my VW GTI as well as an alignment. As soon as I pulled up, they put my car up on the rack. They had my car done in less than an hour. They did a spot on alignment and now my car rides very smooth and super straight. I'm extremely pleased with my overall experience here. I will definitely come to these guys for anything else I need from now on!

I changed all the suspension components on my BMW E46 M3 and my alignment was wayyyy off. I called RCT Performance at about 8AM and got an appointment for 10:30AM the same day. As soon as i arrived they were ready to start working on my car. They got my alignment in spec and 11:15AM I was on my way home. They were professional and the price was fair. I'd recommend. Give them a try.

This shop is exceptional with all your needs. Came here for an alignment first time and I was immediately on the rack as soon as I pulled up. Recommended I replace some worn parts (no pushy sales, just professional recommendations). Came back few weeks later to have them realign the car after replacing suggested parts (tie rod ends: which indeed needed replacing) And also had them install the rest of my exhaust. Excellent service and very knowledgeable techs. Highly recommend this place!

I had a shop install a set of coilovers for my car, since then my suspension has been making clicking noises in the rear, the shop told me it was normal but I wanted a second opinion. A friend of mine highly recommended RCT to me. I came here because I was experiencing noise from my rear suspension, initially I had the mindset that I would come to RCT to get the noise diagnosed and it would cost me $$$$ to fix the issue. When I arrived I was greeted by Ryan who listened to my issues and then explained to me the steps he would take to see what the issues were. Ryan test drove my car, and then had me do a test drive with him to point out to him the noises. Ryan and his crew put the car up on the lift to access the situation. They revisited some bolts to ensure everything was bolted down properly found nothing out of the normal. Ryan took me aside showed me, and explained to me, my suspension setup and why I would occasionally hear these noises he was very informative about it and what he explained to me made a ton of sense. On a side note my dust boots and bump stops were banged I asked Ryan if I should replace them. Ryan was straight and honest told me no it wouldn't be worth the labor to it would just happen again up due to my car being low. Honest staff, clean shop, knowledgeable.

Was recommended by a friend and am happy with the mounting, balance, and alignment on my 2011 335i. No scratches on my new wheels from the mount. Ryan, Kevin and the crew seems real nice and took care of their customers. Kevin took the time to explain in detail the issue after alignment is complete. Price is not too bad either. Definitely recommend.

Whether you need a simple alignment/tire change or suspension work done to your vehicle, Ryan and his crew won’t steer you wrong. Him and his staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I brought my 15 Altima to have coil overs installed along with new tires. Alignment, new tires, coil overs, and rear fender roll took about a little over 3 hours to install. Very amazed. I thought I’d be there for a good 5 hours. Although Ryan mentioned that I did not need to roll my fenders as I am no where near scrapping, I had it done anyways just for peace of mind. Car handles so much better. More stable at highway speeds, less body roll, and tighter on turns. Again big thanks to Ryan and his crew for making it happen!!!

Top notch service I called RCT for a alignment and Ryan told me to come in and he would take care of me. I drove from queen to his location and he took me right in and had me out asap. The shop is clean and organized Ryan and his team are professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend RCT to anyone for alignment and maintance.

Had a really good experience at this shop. I have an 16 M4 and it’s not a car I trust just anyone working on. I brought it over to this shop to have them take a look and the owner Ryan was knowledgeable and honest. He gave me a ballpark figure and told me he’d call me with exact pricing. Once we spoke, I asked him if I could try and find slightly better pricing online instead of paying BMW retail pricing from a local dealer and He was totally cool with in fact he encouraged it. I really liked that he was honest about that. It went along way in my book! We had correspondence over the next couple of weeks, me asking questions and Ryan doing the best he could to answer them etc. He told me to call him once he got the parts. Finally got my parts, called him and he got me in right away. Took a walk down to the Starbucks and waited for the shop to call. Once the car was ready he didn’t just hand over the keys he explained what was wrong, showed me the previous part that needed replacement and went over the final bill in detail. I had 4 tires that I ordered from Tire Rack balanced and mounted on my Audi RS5 at RCT Performance in Westbury, and had a 4 wheel alignment performed. Service I received was courteous and professional, and pricing was fair. Car runs perfectly straight and balanced. I dealt with Ryan who very knowledgeable and personable. Overall a great experience, and I will be back to RCT with my other cars.

Great place, i got my tires wrapped on my te37sl, balanced, and installed without any issues. They even squeezed me in their busy morning schedule. Great people, definitly recommend coming here.

These guys were very helpful and actually listened to me about the problem I was having with my tires purchased and installed elsewhere. Nowhere else ever in my 25 years of driving and working on cars has a owner or tech wanted to know about the symptoms and problem to help diagnose the issue. They also helped a great deal with getting my tire issue resolved with the dealer and manufacturer . As for the the negative reviews. .. why would you have your tires shipped to a place and not install them there? That is the purpose of the service. The prices are fair and far below any dealer . I recommend RCT to all my friend and family.

Have been a customer of RCT since 2010. Ryan and James are courteous and honest. They explain exactly what they will be doing and are upfront about what the cost will be. Have never been given the hard sell on anything there, but one year when I was having winter tires mounted, they explained the benefit of getting a wheel alignment done. I'm glad I did so. You can do business with these guys and know that you will be treated fairly. They have an integrity that's hard to find these days.
