Was told by Rallye BMW that I needed a new radiator after replacing a hose 3 months prior. They quoted me an outrageous price of $6,000. I got a second opinion with NYBIMMERS and was told that a hose was at fault. Saved over 5 thousand dollars. Can’t thank these guys enough for their honesty, fast and efficient services.

Had an oil pressure light on but the oil level is normal. Brought the car and a new Rein oil pressure sensor to the shop. Michael changed the sensor for me FOR FREE, and insisted not to charge me a penny. This is really not necessary. Thanks so much for your kindness, Michael! Will bring the car back to this shop for any other issues. Professional service. Highly recommended.

I needed to fix a brake light bulb on my 2015 X3 and walked in without an appointment. Not only did they gladly diagnose the issue, they had it fixed in 15 minutes and didn't charge me a dime for parts or labor. I was referred by my mechanic friend to come see Adrain. Brought my bmw m8 over to them because of a coolant leak, which by the way the dealer wanted over 4K to fix which was crazy. The guys did a fantastic job figuring out the issue and fixing it for a very reasonable price. They even went out their way to fix a leaking tire that I forgot to mention to them. Highly recommend this place.

Very Satisfied, had got my 2 axle replaced on my 2016 bmw 535xi in a timely manner. No surprises, got the job done, definitely recommend anyone looking to get auto maintenance done. Will be back in the future.

This is the place to get your BMW serviced! Adrian was able to diagnose and fix find my issue (short circuit) in half a day for 20% of the cost another “Bimmer” shop was trying to charge me. He’s obviously very knowledgeable and as straight a shooter as you are going to get. He’s my go to guy from here on out. Tip: Because of his knowledge, he’s in demand aka busy. Communication and patience is key. You may have to drop the car/keys off in the secured dropbox for a couple days. Just ask ahead of time what the process will be. Again, top notch service. You won’t be disappointed!

I wish I would’ve found this shop years ago. I have a 2010 BMW 528xi with 155k miles. Adrian is very knowledgeable and professional. Fast, no nonsense service. No upsell, no drama (and for those of us with older cars, no saying that the car is on its last leg, so why bother fixing it). He diagnosed my car’s issue immediately and resolved the problem (which my local mechanic was baffled by) in no time. He texted a video as he was working and communicated efficiently by text along the way. This is the only shop to go to.

Avoid this place and the RUDE owner at all cost, the owner is a completely rude and unprofessional. Took my car for throttle actuator job and gave me the run around about not having time and to call him the week after and when i did he became belligerent in the phone and hung up. I should’ve known not to take my m3 to this amateur when after running a diagnostic he had no idea how many actuators m3 s have. Save yourself the aggravation with this place and go to a competent place. Will be filing a consumer affairs report as well.

Charged me $200 for topping coolant and changing oil which he didnt, now 2 days later the cars telling me i need more coolant and now my hood is smoking. I call him and he tells me bring it next week, he is too busy. Great business!

Called to see if they could adjust waste gate on rear turbo on N54 335i. The guy said straight up no. This is a case of another mechanic that wants to make money off uneducated drivers. Rear turbo is easier to get to but I don't want to touch it honestly even I know that is the one rattling. What this was is they don't want to do work for educated car guy playing and somesi, the second he heard me say n54 I could tell he checked out. They want to do work for an idiot that they can over charge, that is how they make money Too bad could have made an hour labor for adjustment that doesn't take that long and I would have gladly paid it.

This is probably the best “auto” experience I have ever had, I would rate this 7 stars if I could! Great service & reasonable prices! I'm a real BMW enthusiast, extremely picky about who works on my car and let me tell you, these people are above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Adrian and crew! NYBIMMERS will definitely be my go-to from now on.

Adrian is the man!! Flawlessly retrofitted my M sport steering wheel with paddles on my base model 535i. Reasonable prices and great service! I will be back soon for more projects.

I recently had my power steering pump replaced locally with the same groaning noise occurring two weeks later. Adrian took a look at it and replaced the pump and resevoir as well as thoroughly bleeding the system. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I haven't had problems since. With older bmws (esp out of warranty) it is important to have someone knowledgeable diagnose and fix the problem properly. Or else it's going to cost in the long run.. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from NYBimmers. I brought my car there and it was fixed properly and now the car runs smooth and has no check engine light!! I have had several excellent experiences with NYBimmers, which I found looking for well-recommended BMW mechanics. In Summer 2013, my BMW X5 was jumpy, accelerating at the wrong time and sputtering. Because the estimates were pretty wild, I tried a few shops that didn't have enough BMW experience and wasted some money. NYBimmers diagnosed the problem in short order and fixed it for a fraction of the dealer estimate. Now 6 months later, the problem remains solved. Also, because my car was burning a quart of oil every 200 miles I had them replace the VANOS gaskets and the crankcase gaskets. It took a few weeks to see results, but now Im up to 500 miles/quart. (I know that still seems like too much, but the X5 is a notorious oil-burner) NYBimmers has the training and experience on BMWs and charges a fair price. They use diagnostic software which is irreplaceable. The combination is to deliver dealer service in a faster, reasonably priced and reliable service. UPDATE 2015: I continue to get great great service here! Just had to fix another X5 service light for the engine. UPDATE 2016: NYBimmer replaced the CCV in October 2015 which further reduced oil burn. I have not replaced any oil in over 1500 miles. If you have CCV problems, which many X5 do, hardly any mechanics fix it, because none of the error codes or sensors directly indicate to it. ONLY a good mechanic does this repair.

from the first time i called Adrian when i got my bmw, he was the right guy to go to. he is kind man with a good sense of humor and has always been only a phone call away. he diagnose your problem and literally tells you when to come pick it up and the job is always done extremely professionally and on time as promised...with the best reasonable prices on long island, he is an honest mechanic and thats not very common. and there is solid reason why this shop has a 5 star rating on every review website!!!!!! customer since 2014

A while back I had some idle issues with my car and my regular mechanic did not stick to the time he said he would check my vehicle and something had always caused a delay. I took a chance, googled, found and called NYBIMMERS. From the minute he picked up the phone, Adrian was honest, direct and respectful. He told me to bring it in. He found my problem within minutes and fix it extremely quick. Adrian is not over priced, he won't sell you anything you don't need, he is straight to the point (no sugar coating) and when he says I'll take a look at your car at 9 - unlike most places Adrian is there waiting to fix your car at 9. All hands down I recommend Adrian to anyone whether they are born and bred from Queens or come from outside of the boro. Adrian and his ENTIRE team are the most respectable, efficient, down to earth group of men you will ever meet and they know what they are doing when looking at your car and finding out what is wrong with it. They work fast and hard. I strongly recommend NYBIMMERS and his team for any car problems you may have.

I don't usually write reviews but I was so pleased and impressed with my experience at NYBIMMERs and working with Adrian that I felt compelled to write a review. I did some research and found Adrian's shop (which happens to be near bye). Previously, I took my car to several repair shops for numerous engine code faults. The places I took it to could not even figure out what was causing the problem. Meanwhile, Adrian was able to diagnose it and expertly fix it in a few hours. He knows BMWs inside and out. I was really impressed with Adrian's shop, with his work, and his integrity. My impression is that Adrian is a whiz and his passion for BMWs and cars is clear. When you couple that with fair prices and honesty, this makes this shop outstanding in my book. I plan to continue working with him and will provide updates. Based on my experience so far, he is the best around and I highly recommend him.

I took my E60 M5 to NYBimmers when it developed the dreaded limp mode. I was greeted by the owner, Adrian who was able to quickly pinpoint the problem to defective throttle Valve Actuators. This is a rather expensive repair but they gave me very fair price for the parts and labor, which was a significant discount over the price charged by the dealer. The work was completed promptly, as promised. In my previous experiences with independent shops, it's hit or miss when it comes to the service or price. My interaction with NYBimmers proved to be great one and I will be returning for any future preventative maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend them. MotorSportFan

I have been taking my BMW X5 4.8is to NYBIMMERS for almost 4 years now. Adrian is the best at what he does, he can fix any BMW and have the car running in no time. He is very honest and isn't like other mechanics that will tell you to fix all these extra things that don't need fixing at all. Over the years I've been very pleased with his service as well as the pricing nothing outrageous like what you would pay at a BMW dealership. If your looking for quality and honest work you have to come to NYBIMMERS. I been to many places for previous BMW cars I've owned. Once I found this place I never went anywhere else.
