I’m seriously so impressed with Eben Ezer Auto Repair Shop! They fixed my car perfectly — every detail was done with so much care. And the best part? They even washed it before giving it back to me! It’s rare to find people like Hector and Luis who take that much pride in their work. I just have to say how grateful I am for the amazing job they all did. Definitely five-star service all around!
Price is cheaper than other garage around and so is their work. I did my brakes from him a 9months ago, it was making noise from the day 1. When I mentioned it to his brother or cousin about it, he looked at me like I did something wrong. I didn’t wanted to argue cause I didn’t wanted to make them feel bad.
A year and 10000 milage later when I went for my state inspection, his own mechanic told the brakes are not in good condition. Instead of saying that he did a bad job, he started to tell me stories about this and that. I have warranty on them, if they need to change he could have told me and I could have replaced them if they are defective. Later I found out now that they probably didn’t even change my rotors at all.
The owner pretty much gave me an attitude after everytime I went there. No respect or courtesy towards a paying customer whatsoever.
I called him today and let him know that I can change the rear brake and he can pass the state inspection. He was still acting like he doesn’t know me even though he remembered that I needed two things to change. Kind of contradictory behaviour. I told him about his attitude and he hung up phone on me.
Whole thing could have avoided if he just told me to bring or buy the proper equipment to install the brakes at first time.
Overall, disappointing services and horrible customer service for a fair price.
Cheaper than some of the nicer looking places around. I went months ago for tires, and now for oil change and inspection. During both visits, they came in cheaper than alternative.

I took my truck to this shop because of a bad transmission and ended up dealing with a nightmare. I paid $6,000 to have the transmission replaced, but when I picked it up and drove it to work, it was clear they hadn’t done the job – it drove exactly like before, as if they never switched the transmission at all.
When I brought it back, they assured me they’d “find the issue,” but that turned into months of zero communication. I called them every week for updates, only to get the run-around. After three months of this, I told them I wanted my truck and a refund, but they refused to cooperate. My truck ended up stuck in their shop for over a year!
This mechanic not only scammed me out of thousands but also wasted a huge amount of my time. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your money, time, and vehicle. Absolutely NOT recommended.I ended up paying him to get my truck back .
This shop is great and always gets me in and out, as a woman sometimes it’s hard finding a mechanic you can trust, but I always recommend them to anyone I can!
My wife's Mini Cooper had issues which repair shop owners said can only be serviced by Mini. Someone from the neighborhood told me to give Eben Ezer Auto Repair Shop a try. They fixed all the issues with the car and after many miles of use thereafter, the car runs better than ever. Thank you!
Avoid. Replaced brakes and rotors without telling me when old brakes and routes had just 3000 miles on them. They seem nice enough, but I’m not sure how many people here actually know what they are doing. Besides that, it’s a neighborhood eyesore with stored cars all over the street and sidewalk.

I got recommended to this shop they had my car for two months nothing got done … I took it for one thing and they end up doing other
things that they weren’t supposed to.. eliminated the radio and add it more miles to my truck legal to do that…. I wasted my time on this shop .. this shop is not professional … eben ezer auto repair bad service …
They are the BEST I met Luis when they were behind Auto Zone, they always have time to listen to U & help out Daniel is the mechanic that works on my car ALWAYS have time to squeeze u in
Best place to get work done on your car, owner always answers your questions and calls, always very professional. Love these guys… 8 year costumer right here ! Thank you guys
My coworker recommended me to them they put anew clutch in but didn't bleed it out when i drove my car i heard noise from the flywheel i knew my clutch wasn't put on right and they don't communicate and let me know my clutch assembly pedals were bent will not come here again
Called on a friday no appointment, car temp. Was hot took me right away drive me home and was done Saturday Luis was so accommodating and fair. Will definitely be my go to repair shop from now on, definitely recommend.
We are so glad to have found Hector's auto repair shop. He is technically skilled, and he is also very kind. It's great how patient and respectful he is. We feel that we can trust our car with him. and we would recommend visiting his auto repair shop.
Good guy they never over charge me, ive worked in a shop before so i know whats good. Theyre great, i trust them with my classic cars and my race cars.
I dropped off my vehicle at 9am for an A/C repair and when I returned 9 hours later my vehicle was not touched. The shop manager Luis told me they couldn’t find the parts. I took my vehicle back to Ebenezer repair again the following day and six hours later Luis gave me the same reason why no one fixed my A/C. Two days of wasted time with this place. A phone call or an apology could have gone a long way. The funny thing was when Luis asked me to bring my car back on the third day.
Good Honest Mechanic Shop.... No words to compare to the other shop... Now this is gonna be my personal mechanic shop from now on... He never over charge me!!.. price is good..... keep it up Luis... good man....
