If I could give 10 stars I would! Truly the kindest people ever. They take pride in their work and they truly care for their customers. When they say the work is guaranteed they MEAN it. They make getting into a rental car through enterprise seemless and handle most conversations with the insurance company when going through a claim. I will never take my car anywhere else. Hard to find honest, kind, hardworking people.

I brought my Esclade in for repair & the team at Center Island Auto Body did a phenomenal job. They were easy to work with, professional & timely. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work on any of their vehicles.

Just picked up my car today and I am blown away by the repairs and how incredibly nice everyone was to deal with here. I was dreading getting my car repaired after an accident and found them through geico. I dealt with Matt and he was so incredibly kind, easy going and professional. Enterprise car rental met me there with a rental and it was a seamless transaction dropping it off as well. They went above and beyond with the repair, they also cleaned my car inside and outside (it was a mess) and even put air in my tires! I highly recommend them. It's so nice to have found a reliable and more importantly nice company to use in the future!

I recently had my car repaired at Center Island after an accident caused by a driver with Geico insurance. I was initially unsure about using the other person's insurance, but choosing this preferred Geico shop turned out to be the right decision. Mike and Matt provided excellent service and support throughout the process, and the repairs turned out great! I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto repairs!

I highly recommend Center Island Auto Body! Today, more than 2 years after repairs were made to my car, they replaced a directional bulb without any questions. I have used them on 2 prior occasions for repairs and their workmanship is always outstanding and the staff exhibits utmost professionalism.

I just could not be happier with Sal and his crew at Center Autobody !!! You don’t see good work like this now days!!! Sal is the most professional honest guy I’ve met in a long time. From the moment I walked in Sal and his team were courteous knowledgeable and overall very easy to do business with! do The quality of his work is top notch! My car was returned to me in impeccable condition, looking like new !!!! The turn around time was also very impressive and Sal kept me updated throughout the entire process. We are so happy with the work we had done. We had a fender bender and you’d never know there was ever a crinkle in that fender now. Everyone was super nice and attentive to our concerns.

I needed work done on my car after my bumper cracked. Center Island Auto Body was recommended by my insurance company and I am really happy with the service I received. They did great work on my car and they made me feel really comfortable. Everyone was so nice. Overall, this was a great experience and I will definitely use this shop again if I ever need work!

I have had work done twice here and the work is perfect. They are friendly, explain everything and have perfectly matched two different metallic paints which is not easy to do. I am confident that their work will hold up and they guarantee it. They ordered parts from the same dealer I purchased the car from. Glad to deal with this long-standing very reputable local business.

Great shop. Everyone working there is a seasoned pro and they use the best quality materials. Repairs are done correctly by real technicians not cheap laborers. And really respectful gentleman.

Good morning , This review is wayyyyyy overdue !!!! (Sorry) I went to Center Island Autobody after being in a car accident and needed a car repair ! The damages to my car were pretty bad , I drive Subaru Crosstrek and I got it just few months back and I was sooo upset that I was hit, but it doesn’t matter no one was hurt and that’s the most important part except my CAR !! It took over a month to finally have the other driver admit fault and insurance to be liable for my damages and that’s when I found Center Island . The first person I met was Mr.Jack and he was absolutely amazing !!!!! Very professional , explained everything well and took over with dealing with the insurance and how they will go from there and he assured me more than once he will take over and everything will be ok .. much appreciated.. it took the shop less than two weeks to fix the damages to my car and they did an amazing JOB !!!! Can’t say enough how beautiful my car looks . I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to the entire shop for being very welcoming and hard working and taking such good care and amazing job on my car !!!! I never write reviews but this deserves one. I can not say enough about their customer service. The staff there is great, super courteous, accommodating, all around good people. They made everything easy. Their office is clean and very organized which tells you they care. Highly recommend this auto body shop.

I had the most wonderful experience with them. Mike was so accommodating, he explained everything to me and gave me r the best price possible. Truly a great bunch of guys and very honest, which is very rare these days. I give them 10 stars!!!

I have had the good fortune to have Center Island Auto Body work on my vehicle. The work has been top notch with results par to my vehicle coming off the showroom floor. The work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Chris, who did some detail work was outstanding. The finished work was amazing. I truly had the best experience with Center Island . My car was brought in after a front end collision. Jack was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. There was a great amount of attention to my needs and the many questions I had. When Jack was unavailable, Mike was able to take great care of me. I met Matt when I picked up my car. He repaired my car. He was also very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The Bolger family (owners) truly lived up to what they say “they treat their customers like their own family.” Thank you again!

My brand new 2022 Honda was in a accident with rear damage, the person that hit me insurance (Geico) took responsibility, they provided a list of Auto Body repair places covered by them and I chose this place based off of ratings, reviews, and it being close to my job. The customer Service I received from Jack Bolger when I walked in the door was Great! He made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands. After they inspected my damage he reached out to explain in details, emailed me the estimate which included all parts to be replaced, cost, pictures, etc.. 9 days later my car was ready and they did an AMAZING JOB!!!! I was very happy and am very pleased with them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Thank you to Jack and His team!!! ❤️❤️

I came here after an accident and was basically turned away because they were "too busy" were going to make me wait to come back in month even tho I told them the damage to my car made me feel uncomfortable didn't even look at the car to order parts to have them ready for when the car would of gone in so I got a better shop recommendation form my insurance company and they looked at my car right away told me they were ordering parts and to bring it back when they came and they fixed the car within two days of bringing it. So glad I didn't waste my time waiting a month to bring my car here. They should of been more professional because now they lost my business forever. Never turn away a customer.

Had an issue with the sensor on my door after my car was fixed. Brought it in and in 20 minutes they had it done and working on par. The employees are so respectful. Work is guaranteed as long as you own the vehicle. Excellent service.

Very professional service. Quick assessment of the damage and expeditiously scheduled and completed the repair. Car was back to like new status upon completion. Would definitely recommend them.

I moved to NY from VA Aug 2020 & experienced this snowstorm Dec by running over snow & it ripping out my fender liner by my tire. It was my 1st time choosing an auto body shop in ny & Center Island Autobody was the first that popped up on Google. The reviews were just too good. I made a call & decided to come in. The man took a look & finished it in about 45 mins. While I was waiting in their nice ambiance of an office, I felt I could trust the shop. The people there are so respectful. He came back, handed me my keys, showed me the finished work & didn’t charge me! God bless people like this. Come to Center Island Autobody, you will not regret it ❤️

My wife brought my wheelchair accessible van to get an estimate to get my side skirt glued back on. She spoke with Mike and they fixed right there on the spot. They only charged her 25 bucks! I haven’t needed an auto body shop in 30 yrs...someone scrape my bumper. My Ins company directed me to a place near them. As I was driving there... I spotted Center island which was close to hone... I stopped by ... guy was real nice and honest. I dropped off my truck... done in one day. Didn’t lose time from work. Truck came back better than when I left it!!! Got nothing but love for this place!! Highly recommend them

I seldom give reviews, but these guys really deserve it. Our daughter’s car was hit on the right side, (no one was hurt, but the damage on the side was significant) Anyway, we decided to take it to Center Island Autobody after reading the positive reviews. Let me tell you, They did not disappoint! My wife and I were treated with respect and Jack was very honest and explained the whole process to us. They also worked well with our insurance co (Geico). We got the car back as promised (within 2-3weeeks) And it looks like, the accident never happened. (Wow) I truly and highly recommend them, especially if you’re around Nassau county Long Island. Matt from CIA is amazing! I aquired a small dent on the hood of my new car which was really bothering me. I got a quote from the dealership for almost $600. Another Quote from JT Auto & Truck for almost $450. CIA has done work us in the past so I went to them for a quote as well. Matt took a look at it and told me.. not a problem.. that he would take care it. MATT DIDN’T CHARGE ME A DIME!! His exact words were “We are honest here, I’m not taking your money. That was nothing”. Please visit this shop before going anywhere else.. you won’t regret it. Thank you so much Matt.

Full service shop for all your repair needs. We have been using Center Island for years. Jack, Mike, Matt & their crew treat your car like it's their own. They take care of all the insurance issues and car rentals as well. Nobody wants to get in an accident, it's just great that the crew at Center Island are there to ease the pain.

We had occasion to have rather extensive front end work done on our car recently. The service was so prompt and well done! The estimate was quite reasonable and all the parts reasonably priced with their labor being done in a timely manner and also at a fair price. My car is better than ever, nicely done and quickly too. I would recommend Center Island Auto Body highly and often.
