Woeked out well for me. They had on the shelf a radiator hose for my 99 Buick, which for a 27 year old icar is mpressive. Zero wait time, freindly, and knowledgeable staff, was worth the 45 min ride to the store.

I went in for a flat tire asking if they repair them. I waited 10 minutes and then they were trying to sell me something to seal a hole in the tire not very helpful.

Great shop, very helpful and professional staff. Carey helped me out in the early morning when i needed a new battery, very knowledgeable, made sure I had everything i needed for the part and set me up.

I’ve been your customer since 2018 and have owned cars for the past 20 years. Today, the guy at the front desk tried to explain that my 3-month-old battery draining to 0 every morning and needing a jump start is normal for this weather. Really? Are you guys doing the same thing every morning with your cars? They made me wait for more than an hour just to say they didn’t know and refused to replace the battery. Out of three employees, only one was actually working while the other two were just hanging around. This store has a great customer base — please don’t lose it because of a few lazy employees.

This place is in dire need of customer service training. I’ve never agreed with the customer is always right but to give people an attitude for a simple transaction such as a refund is a clear indication that the staff here (not all of them) need to have a chat with upper management. I hope Taj the district manager sees this and I don’t get an automated response. I’d love to have a phone call with you about the unhinged sales manager working at this store. There is no need to treat people like they’re beneath you. I’m sure Autozone shareholders would love to hear about the lack of focus on revenue and customer retention. To the manager on duty this evening, your name will make it to upper management and not for good reasons.

Can’t trust a word any of the employees here. I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent, careless group of people in a supposedly “hub” store. They told me the Commercial Department closes at 6 PM — but if you’re not there by 5, they’ll treat you like an inconvenience for showing up at all. Then they gave me the wrong parts. When I went back to exchange them, I got attitude and was asked why I didn’t come during commercial hours… maybe because when I did, they couldn’t get it right the first time! To make things worse, the two managers in the store had no idea how to process a commercial return. They told me I could return it at any other AutoZone — which turned out to be a lie, because the next store confirmed otherwise. If you value your time, sanity, or basic customer service, avoid this location completely. These people will waste your time, lie to your face, and make an already stressful job even worse.

I placed an online order amd there was an issue with the way they split up the transaction for delivery so my bank flagged part of the transaction. I immediately spoke to the bank and had them remove the flag and attempted to Contact this location as this was the store fulfilling the order. The first time I called, someone picked up after several rings, answering with auto zone, please wait for service (never got to speak before being placed on hold) No one ever picked up so I hung up and called back .The same individual picked up and attempted to do the same thing only this time I immediately spoke and told him he already placed me on hold for 15 mins and no one got back with me His response was something along the lines that we are really busy and so I told him the purpose of the call and he said I have a customer and to hold. I am typing this review as I sit on hold which has now been for over 25 mins This is terrible service

Bought a battery here. They sold me a completely dead one. I brought it back and tried to exchange it. Asked them to test it and they only have dead batteries in the type I needed. They sent me home with the last 5th battery and told me this one was good. Also dead. So im going back to my normal store. They also were clueless when I had battery questions. This location hires unprofessionals who dont knownthere stuff.

Genuinely the worst customer experience I have ever had. My battery had died, AAA told me to replace it immediately, and I came here expecting a basic swap for a Honda CR-V. Instead, I was met with staff who acted like literal children, completely unsure, scared to touch the car, and stalling like they were hoping I’d just leave. We had to get the manager involved just to get the guy to check the battery. Even then, they refused to replace it, claiming it was at “70%”, right after a jump start, while the battery was visibly corroding at the contact point. They were clearly understaffed, untrained, and had no urgency or professionalism. I wouldn’t trust them to fill up windshield wiper fluid, let alone handle anything important. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

The guy was very nasty and the guy was very weird. I’m supportive and not didn’t answer. Didn’t answer the questions at me and that’s other person too. She was in the store just now and the guy was like inappropriate too or he was a little weird a little wacky to think he should get fired too, and get yelled at and get fired.

I want to thank the staff at the Levittown location. Aaron was kind and professional. I came in 10 minutes before close, as the tired mom I am, asking him to read my battery. He not only did that without complaining he also took a few minutes extra and helped install a new one. His mama raised him right. I hope his boss sees the quality in Aaron as an employee come raise season.

I had the absolute worst experience at AutoZone in Levittown, Long Island. The worker named "Chico" was incredibly rude and showed zero customer service skills. Instead of being helpful, he acted like I was inconveniencing him just by asking a simple question. On top of that, the staff there has no idea what they’re talking about! I was given completely wrong advice about a car part I needed, and it ended up wasting my time . Honestly, I wish I could rate this place a 0 because that’s how bad the service was. I’ll definitely never be coming back here again. Avoid this location at all costs if you value your time and patience.

NOT 24/7. They need to fix their hours. They claim to be open 24/7 yet everytime I’ve called to confirm before driving there they ALWAYS say the “system is down and doesn’t work” from 11pm-5am. I called at 11pm a few days ago to be told the system is down 11pm-12am. Called again a day later at 1am to be told the system is down from 1am-2am. Called again a few days later at 2am to be told the system is down from 2am-3am. How is this considered 24/7? Also one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had at an autozone. People who answer the phone have had an attitude every single time i’ve called. One time he even just hung up the phone on me?…

I have mixed impressions about this store. Some people are very helpful and kind and some people acts like they don't see you. They don't answer questions or any replies to any greetings. The store manager is incredibly rude and acts like I am on his mercy to enter his (home) maybe!

Mrs. Poonam, the assistant manager was super helpful. I went there without knowing what to expect. But the experience was pleasant. I did my car inspection, oil change, battery replacement etc. She took her time and patiently walking me through with everything & also gave me additional discounts. She was very courteous at the same time friendly. I will rate my experience as 9/10. I will definitely go back again.

This place has such great service. Came in for a checked engine light issue and needed a new battery for my car remote. They were able to help me with both issues. Amanda helped make sure I was taken care of and it was an overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

This place is slow as a snail, waiting 20+ mins just to pay for something. No employees to be seen and line gets longer by the minute, and they’ll just walk pass by as if no customer. Avoid here if you can.

Edit 9/30/2021: I'm changing my review to five stars because when I needed a group 35 AGM for my 2003 Honda Accord LX, they had an odyssey performance group 35 AGM that dropped directly in. They provided the necessary hand tools in order to complete the job successfully. And the service from management as well as staff was phenomenal. So while it was two stars before, I'm happy to report that this facility has upped its game. Original review: Two stars because this place is enormous and has a vast amount of items. My main problem was a lack of knowledge in items and differences between group 24 and group 24f battery. Also, very difficult to ascertain the maker of AutoZone batteries (ie: Johnson Controls, Exide, etc.,) to make sure the quality is up to snuff. (And this includes the AGM-based platinums).
