This is the worst place ever, keep a eye out for the office women answering the phone. She is very nasty, rude and obnoxious. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen.. We need help for businesses who want to truly help people in bad times.

Do not use this shop! They lie about return dates and rude to the customers who are bringing business to them.

Rich is wonderful and so is the lady in the office. Friendly, and as a women they treat me fairly. Always they make time for YOU and they’re in good spirits. My wife and I were in a jam with a thrown belt on our van on a late Saturday afternoon. Rich (at least I think that was his name) was quick, professional, and reasonably priced for an emergency flatbed service to our home. Definitely recommend him for any auto emergency tow and recovery service!

My husband and I were very grateful that Richard was next to us during the 4th of July fireworks spectator area when we could not get our son's handicapped car chair to go back inside the car. He went above and beyond to purchase and deliver the wrench we needed and help us remove the seat so we could get our son home in a safe and timely manner.
