I was satisfied on all points. The nice looking bald man, sorry forgot name, kept me updated 100% during body repairs from accident. He answered my questions with simplicity and addressed all my “picky” concerns. Conclusion: Lancelot, my car, got an amazing new suit of armor and looks younger. Glad they are local.

I recently had my car repaired at Mid valley Collision. Chris was great and very professional. I showed him the damage, and he explained what needed to be done to restore my car. The repairs were completed in the time frame we discussed, and he worked directly with my insurance company on supplemental work not included in the insurance company's original estimate. The car looks great. If this unfortunate event ever comes up again, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it back to Chris / Mid Valley again.

This is much later than it was supposed to be but I need to give all of the high praise to the team here at Mid Valley. They have been a GODSEND for my car and my sanity. Last August my car was hit by a MTA bus, and they very swiftly fixed the mirror cover that came off and got the color match to perfection! In December, my car was almost totaled by a drunk driver who hit it while it was parked, and not only did Chris assist me with efficiency and professionalism, but he helped me SAVE my car from being sent to the junkyard. He made my car go from totaled to looking brand new. Chris and the whole team made magic happen and allowed me to keep my car. I have nothing but words of praise and gratitude for this establishment. Chris and the staff at mid valley collision made the process of getting repairs done on my brand new Bmw seamless, efficient and fast. They took me through the process every step of the way, dealt with all the insurance issues on their own to avoid me going through a hassle or wasting any more time on the phone needlessly and also insured that I had a loaner car immediately. We recently used mid valley collion for the 3rd time and we were very pleased each time...Manager is a real nice guy, and prices are fair. Each time our cars were hit in pkg lot. The most recent time they even vacuumed the inside and it looked great..they do excellent work.
