Scammers. My car had flooded in Home Depot parking lot during the rain storm .This place gave me quote to junk my vehicle for $490 based on the car having no missing parts and has cat converter . Upon arrival to tow the car they lifted the car and started taking pictures then was told by the driver my car has everything he just need to double check because they are looking for specific type of cat converter. So not only they have came and wasted my time they try lowball me and offering 150$. This is not honest business, and just take a look at the owner response below instead of taking accountability, the owner Nick start making lies.
** I have originally posted review just stating “scammers”, but after seeing this owner LIES, I had to explain in detail what happened and I had to post a video and a picture of the car condition.
I spent several weeks trying to schedule an appointment to have a door dent repaired. Twice when I called I was told "the girl who does the scheduling wasn't in so I would have to call back". Two other times I was told they would call back in half an hour and they never did. Granted it was around the holidays but it happened TWICE. The final insult was when I called back only for them to say they could NOT perform the repair for the dent despite having already provided a quote for it. All in all, the service at this shop is horrible.
Absolutely not trustworthy! You bring in a car for an estimate and they tell you one price and a start date and then fail to schedule for 2 weeks, then redo the estimate and mark up the price six times and still can't schedule. Go with a body shop certified by your manufacturer if you want competent work by people who know what they're doing!
That absolute worst, thieves not so much to dispatcher but the drivers. I had a deal with a scrap yard for a certain amount of$. The driver called and got my deal cut in half. Real grime ball. I hope what comes around goes around
These guys looked out for me & gave me honest options (not just what the insurance jerks pushed for).
The owner told me the shop has been in his family for decades & he still runs it. That's a + for me too in a time when family-owned businesses are becoming more & more scarce.
