My car was returned to me ahead of schedule, in immaculate condition, and the estimate was accepted quickly by the insurance company. My son scraped and knocked off my bumper pulling into the driveway. We went to another autobody place and the price was through the roof. My son said let's try one more place so we went to Floral Park Autobody. So glad we did. The manager Greg is a really honest and kind guy. He saw a kid who made a mistake and had to pay for the repair himself and was so helpful. My son is such a nice person so I'm very happy he found an honest guy like Greg. I had a great experience with Greg! My car slid into a ditch during a snowstorm and had some damage to the splash shield and bumper. Greg promptly secured the damaged sections and ordered all the parts for the repair and was very kind and thorough throughout the whole process. I brought my car to floral park body shop after getting rear ended, saw that they had great reviews especially Greg the manager of the shop. I took my car in and he walked me through everything, answered all of my concerns and best of all Greg deals with the insurance company. He originally said the car would be done in about a month because the damage turned out to be rather extensive. He called me in two weeks to tell me that the car was ready. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Extremely happy with the work done on the car, looked as good as new. Would definitely recommend both the shop and especially Greg to take care of you.

My aunt suggested that I visit Floral Park Auto Body after my car was struck on the passenger side. She had previously visited them and claimed they did excellent work. I called the manager, Greg, and he immediately scheduled a time for me to drop off my car and go to get a rental. I was told to wait two weeks for my car to be ready after leaving it there, but it was ready much sooner. Greg had kept me informed at every stage. I will do business with Greg again in the future since he is the greatest and most professional auto body manager I have ever dealt with.

I found this auto body repair shop on Google and chose it based on the reviews, and let me just say I was not disappointed. I met the body shop manager Greg and from the jump I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and personality. He alleviated any and all of my concerns, gave me the steps of what needed to be done, and took care of everything with my insurance company on my behalf. Never have I encountered such impeccable customer service from any other body shop. He helped me with my rental car and kept me up to date every step of the way during the repair with personal calls and texts, and automated messages. Never did I have to pick up the phone and call for the status. When I recieved my car it looked newer than when I first bought it! Greg and crew went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! So much so that I had my wife take her car in to have hers done and referred a friend after he saw how great my car looked! I live in Staten Island and the insurance company tried to get me to take my car to a shop out here, but I was so impressed by the professionalism at Floral Park Auto Body that I decided to drive all the way there from S.I. The service here is nothing short of exceptional! I will definitely be using this shop again should I need any body work done and will be referring everybody I know that wants to get their car repaired to go to Floral Park Auto Body!

My car was parked and someone ran into it. Drivers front wheel and door was damaged. I took it to Floral Park Auto shop. The store manager Gregg looked at repairs and gave me a quote. He said if I wanted to get it repaired he would take care of everything. And that he did! He worked with Insurance company to get inspection completed and had my car fixed in 7 days. The work was beautiful! I didn’t see any dents and the paint job made the whole car look brand new. Gregg was very professional and knowledgeable. This was the best experience I’ve had getting repairs. No games, he met the time line he gave me. They even went out there way by cleaning the car. Recommend them 100%.

I am grateful for Greg and his team of Technicians for the work they performed on my Toyota 86! I ran into a bumper in the middle of the highway that I was unable to avoid. A short while later, someone scratched my door on the driver’s side while it was street parked. After visiting Floral Park Auto Body, I would never know any damage was done to my car. The only comment I have is that I was advised to file (2) claims and unfortunately, it caused my insurance to sky rocket. I would advise getting the estimate with the garage before filing the claim. If the ruling is against your favor, know claims can be cancelled or withdrawn. It would have been better to pay out of pocket in order to avoid having an at-fault claim on my record. All the same, I definitely trust Greg and his team for additional work!

Shoutout to Greg and his team they restored my bmw 7 series back to factory spec after a minor fender bender. The entire process took about a month to complete but perfection cannot be rushed. They went above and beyond to find oem parts for my car which I really appreciate. The paint job was a perfect match, all the sensors were calibrated and working properly. One job we brought the car in was for an insurance claim, and Greg diligently took care of the paperwork and kept in contact with the insurance company. At another time, we decided that they should also do a job which didn't involve insurance. It could have been difficult to get our right color matched, but they successfully did it. So, they can do it all! Their work is guaranteed and is practically perfect. Also, very importantly, your car is returned back to you very fast.
