Never have price that you see online. Prices online says $35.00 i go to get this item I'm told it's $150.00, I show them the ad with the price, I was told that is a internet glitch that's not the price. Ratings wise, 0.

Very very knowledgeable and good at what they do, had time to dig into finding the part for my 30 yr old Ford truck, and answered my question when zi showed them other parts I purchased from the Advanced chain of stores .

The female Manager atAdvance auto parts 2 Jericho Turnpike does not allow more then 2 gallons of used motor oil, I called the mineola location and they said the limit is 5 gallons per day. Meanwhile, this female manager at the 2 Jericho Turnpike location tells me I can only bring 2 gallons per month. So I called the corporate office and made a complaint against her she acts like I’m taking something from her. I’m only following the rules of recycling used motor oil.leave it to a woman in charge and it goes to her head

Very bad quality parts . I purchased car Quest premium Gold brake pads one side didn't even last 2k miles not even worth changing time and other side hardly only 4k miles then i have change to oem i went to store to tell them parts are bad quality they what they can do . I am not going to buy again.

Had exactly what I asked for ....if it doesn't fix my car I'm still blaming them anyway thoooooo....customer service is excellent

I bought ez car refrigerator cane , it looks like , it had not full gas in it , i asked him, he replied should be 1 pound in it, but its not, for make shure , am wrong or right, i bought one more cane after that , relize the weight difference, guys carful when you buy something

I just bought a router and brake pad for Car. Quest only recommended advanced auto team after one month router and pads make big noise I never seen like this bad quality just throw money without any reason 👎

I was in need of a jump starter and this box was already opened, the cashier didn’t know if this was a ‘plug in and play’ so I insisted him to get someone to show me if there are any indicators that tell me if the battery is low or if it needs charging. The guy who came in to answer was so rude and used filth on me too. I had to remind him that this language shouldn’t be used on customers. I was in need of help and not wickedness. My question was genuine and all I wanted to know was if I can use it on a car that’s stalled. He said he’s not allowed to open the box when it was already opened. The time and date are on the receipt and whoever monitoring reviews can have a look at the incident.

Definitely have more products in stock than AutoZone near where I live, the detailing section is my favorite. I would give 5 stars but I do have to order car parts 9 times out of 10 which I could do at home.

I made an online order for pickup at 2 jericho turnpike I Walk in for my order I saw 2 gentlemen behind the counter, one of them taking care a customer and 2nd having a conversation about his private life. Make me wait a very long time until he finish the story. Not coming back to this place

Since 2016, I have been coming to this store location, and the people that work there are very helpful. I recently had corrosion on my car’s battery, and the associate tested the battery and cleaned up the corrosion. I was very happy with the customer service I received, and I even bought the corrosion cleaning product from the store. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts for all car and truck needs and maintenance!

Terrible experience, workers don’t want to help and will accuse you of “walking out with products that are not paid for” if you place an online order and try to pick it up, never had a company accuse me of such thing. I was told “we’ll if we give you the products, you can walk out and cancel the order.” I will cancel my order and not doing business with this company.

I did online pickup ,they were the only store closest to me that had the alternator I wanted for my 1996 Mitsubishi eclipse.I have this car since 2000 and it was garaged for the past 5yrs.Im bringing it out this summer.

I came to purchase a cabin air filter with the old one in my hand, the guy sold my an air filter for the intake. Came to return it and the gentleman was very kind he apologized and handled the situation very well. Im contented with service. Highly recommend to anyone.

Brandy was the best!!! He helped change my battery but most importantly we just chatted about repairs and improvements about my car. He gave me tons of tips and he made me feel comfortable, so much that I want to come back and buy from him.

A nice spot to get what you need for your DIY mechanics like myself, needed a thermostat and a thermostat housing gasket for my Jeep and they were able to help out easy peezy, the gasket wasn't in stock but I was able to pay for it and pick up in their Jericho Turnpike location so I can finish my Jeep Wrangler and get it on the road again.

I love this place. I live near here and I am happy this is my go-to place for car stuff. Everyone is always nice and helpful. Even with novice questions or just to charge up my battery its always easy with this staff. Saw they also have good Covid measures in place so was happy to see that also. Will continue to go here always.

Love this place. Great staff.🌟 I'm not satisfied with Advance products tho. They have different products for a single replacement part, which doesn't make any sense and is confusing. I'd advice people buying parts to double-check the new item with the old one.🤷🏻‍♂️

No hand sanitizer or wipes for customers to use, meanwhile they are selling overpriced generic hand sanitizer. Staff is hit or miss. Some are great, others are lacking in customer service or communication skills. They usually have what I need.

Robin is nice and provides excellent customer service. However, a very rude and unprofessional girl worked there. I was not even speaking to her and she was just looking for someone to yell at. She calls herself a mechanic and thinks she can diagnose problems with your car. Her name is kelly. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I ADVISE YOU TO NOT SPEAK TO HER ABOUT YOUR CAR, SEEK GUIDANCE FROM SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL.

Great customer service and super helpful staff! They guided me through everything I needed with ease and even let me borrow a screw driver to allow me to install my parts immediately onto my car! They stand behind their materials to make sure everything fit well and worked well. Def recommend this shop!

I checked the price of wiper blades on the Advance Auto Parts website and printed out the ones for my car. I go to the Floral Park store and the clerk says they cost $53 while the website has them for $38. I tell him and he says they don't honor the website price and I would have to go online and order them at that price and return to the store to get them. That didn't make sense but I had no alternative. Back home I research Advance Auto Parts policies and clear as day it says if the customer prefers to buy parts in the store the Advance Auto Parts team member will honor the online price. I then placed two calls, one to the corporate office where I was on hold for 15 minutes and another to the store manager.I told the manager about their corporate pricing policy and asked him if they honor the online price. He says no. I asked him is this store not part of the Advance Auto Parts chain and if so how can this store make their own policies? He tells me to hold. While I'm on hold with corporate customer service they come on the line and I tell them the story and they confirm the store must honor the online price. Then the store manager comes back on the phone ten minutes later and says he will honor the price. So I got the online price but what should have taken me a half hour took me an hour and a half between making two trips to the store and a half hour on the website and the phone. Ridiculous. And the people working in this store have a bad attitude and constant scowl on their faces.

Went there to test an alternator as another store couldn't do that. The employees were really nice and helpful. Their customer service is awesome. I would highly recommend. It's really nice to have a good auto shop in neighborhood.

I have been to this store a number of times and have found each person I've dealt with to be helpful, professional, courteous, and accommodating SPECIALLY MR.SHARMA when I had car issues. They did not hesitate to help diagnose problem, and they also changed my battery without fuss Great store!

Gary removed and installed a new battery a purchased over the internet earlier in the day with ease. After which a free diagnostic was performed on my car. The weather was less than ideal, the entire staff was amazing. I will definitely be returning and recommending Advance Auto Parts.

Great products, service, availability. I always buy my auto parts from here, just got a new battery, they replaced it right there for free. There’s 1 store every few miles, so, its easy to get to one. Parts are generally a little expensive, but there’s always good promotions going on on the website, so, i usually order online and pick up in store.
