Ricci & Sons were amazing! My Jeep got stuck in the snow wonky. (I had my dog with me) Tripple A said it would be 3 hours, but Ricci & sons was there within a few minutes of my call and towed us out. We were able to get to a safer location so my husky girl could play in the snow. Thank you guys!! You saved the day! :)
Ricci’s ditched us last night after 4 hours of saying they were on their way and then hung us out to dry by us calling them again and the guy said “i can’t come sorry” and hung up on us. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Farmington Service had three tows out and after calling them at 4:45 am they were there within an hour and had us home at 6:15
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Especially in a time of need when they charge a premium. The driver they sent out was beyond rude and thought it was more important to berate me about his own job frustrations on a crappy cold day than actually do his job. Yelling and swearing in front of my child. Save yourself the frustration this is not a company of professionals!
After I talked to the technician, it took about 15 minutes for him to get to my car. Changed the tire in around 10 minutes. Great job and great response time! Thank you!
Aaron went above and beyond. He did so, not for a pat on the back , but because he’s just a genuinely cool Guy. Aarons customer service far surpassed the quality of service I had just received from AAA. I’d use Ricci’s again if Aaron was on call.

Ricci arrived quickly, charged my dead battery and explained why it died (too many short trips and starts strain the battery in cold weather) and why I didn't need a new one, but installed a new battery at my request quickly and efficiently. Very good service!
I was about to have my car towed to the shop because my key broke, but Joe showed up and went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did he fix the key on the spot and save me from paying a significant amount of money to get a new key, but he also helped me find my phone after I had lost it inside the car. That was absolutely not part of his job responsibilities, yet he took the time and care to help anyway.
Joe was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful during a very stressful moment. This level of service is rare, and it made a huge difference for me. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend him to anyone who values professionalism and going the extra mile

Got stuck in a ditch. Ricci’s was the only one who would show up despite being slammed with police calls. Great service, got me out in no time and the trucker was awesome.

Car died in Wegmans parking lot. Called AAA and these guys came out in record time to me. Only took less than 30 minutes from calling AAA to the tow truck loading my car up. I know this might not be the case for everyone, but man I was impressed since I hear stories about people waiting hours.
I also was missing one piece of info in-person that they really needed in order to tow my car, but they said it was ok they'll tow it but politely informed me that I should have that info in case I need a tow again. Thank you again for doing so I really appreciate it.
I've also never really had to call a tow truck before so I wasn't totally sure what I would need to do, but these guys were nice and helpful.
Ricci's was totally amazing to help me with a flat tire in my senior apartment complex today!! They sent Justin who was very knowledgable and very kind to work me through my distress!! Through the years I have used Ricci's for a couple of small issues and I am totally happy with their prompt service and knowledge!!
I called Triple A and Ricci's was there in 20 minutes. I had a dead battery that I wanted replaced and I was up in running in another 15 minutes. The entire call was less than an hour. The men were professional and quick. I'm so happy I have AAA and that Ricci's garage was called to my house!!!
My car broke down at work yesterday and when AAA said it would take 90 minutes to find a driver, Ricci's sent someone out within 10 minutes. The driver was extremely helpful and professional. Would recommend to anyone!
Under not so good circumstances, my son had his car towed by this company, they had amazing customer service skills were very polite and went out of their way to help me out. Keep doing what you do.
AAA was ok, in handling my car being disabled, but they sent a regular service truck, at first, instead of the tow.
The tow that arrived was from Ricci's, in record time. Landon was masterful, supremely patient, and personable. He was highly adept at getting his truck down my narrow driveway, to begin with, between a tree, on one side, and some hard brush on the other. My Jeep was also parked in a very difficult position, but he maneuvered it into position, so it could be pulled into his vehicle.
Ricci's has a lot of experience in accident situations, where vehicles are in disadvantageous positions, as far as towing. I completely recommend Ricci's above the rest.
Shoutout Mark for helping me and keeping a positive attitude. Pulled up on me already had knowledge on my car +20 year old car and had me on my way in no time, Highly Recommend!!!
Responsive to our AAA call but the wait time for an easy call is way too long. Our tow truck was 2 miles away and we were waiting almost an hour. Ended up cancelling the service as we didn’t care to wait any longer.

Had a good first time experience when I was in need of a jump. Though it was only a battery jump, Mark Moose explained what may have happened, had small talk about cars and even sent me a report of my battery read out to show the dealership as this battery is most likely a defective one All in all a good experience.
I cannot say enough good things about Ricci and Sons! I thought that my alternator and battery might be dead and within less than an hour service tech Mark showed up to test my car and give me a definite diagnosis of the problem. Then, a couple of hours later, service tech Josh showed up from the company with a flatbed and THE nicest and friendliest demeanor. He could not have been more accomodating. My car received the same TLC that he gave to the much more deluxe vehicles out there. Thank you, Ricci and Sons, Josh, and Mark! Kudos to you all!
I had a great experience with Ricci and Sons. Mark came to my house before AAA said someone would arrive, and in fact he was there and the job was finished before the text message arrived saying that he was about to arrive. He was able to restart the car and then recommend a good local repair shop to take my car too. He also explained some other things about car batteries that was helpful in my choosing the right battery for my car. I would definitely call them in the future.
We called AAA after getting into an accident right after calling the police and they got to us before the police did. Pat offered a professional and kind service keeping our spirits up after being shaken from the accident. We appreciated him so much. Such fantastic service!
On Friday the 13th, I hit an enormous pothole on Ridge Road in Webster and got a flat tire. Jason from Ricci’s came out and did an excellent job of towing us to the Vision repair shop in Webster. Jason was excellent, courteous and smart.

They towed my sons car who is a micanic and I have been one for over 20 years.We have seen this before. They clearly did not hook it up right and most of used only one point on a car that was park. Then when he went to pick it up they gave him are hard time for not wanting to wait outside and told him its not his problem he didn't have a jacket on. Big bad tow truck drivers . It is called being a decent human. You can put up signs saying your not responsible for damage all you want but you are still providing a service that you are getting payed for so do it correctly and act professional you can still be held accountable.
I called AAA, and a gentleman was at my home within the hour! He was polite, reliable, and professional and did not leave until he knew I was safe and able to leave my driveway. Highly recommend!
Have AAA and this company was dispatched to come and tow my car. I have to say that this was the fastest that a truck has come, it was less than 10 minutes. Driver barely said THREE words! Was extremely unprofessional or courteous. Seemed more than irritated that we had to ride in his truck. We drove 25 minutes and driver said NOTHING!! He was listening to true crime stories/scary stories podcast in the truck. Very uncomfortable drive for myself and my teenage daughter! Completely NOT IMPRESSED! If you are going to be part of a customer service community, you should definitely train your driving staff! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
