I cannot say enough good things about Ricci and Sons! I thought that my alternator and battery might be dead and within less than an hour service tech Mark showed up to test my car and give me a definite diagnosis of the problem. Then, a couple of hours later, service tech Josh showed up from the company with a flatbed and THE nicest and friendliest demeanor. He could not have been more accomodating. My car received the same TLC that he gave to the much more deluxe vehicles out there.

I had a great experience with Ricci and Sons. Mark came to my house before AAA said someone would arrive, and in fact he was there and the job was finished before the text message arrived saying that he was about to arrive. He was able to restart the car and then recommend a good local repair shop to take my car too. He also explained some other things about car batteries that was helpful in my choosing the right battery for my car. I would definitely call them in the future.
We called AAA after getting into an accident right after calling the police and they got to us before the police did. Pat offered a professional and kind service keeping our spirits up after being shaken from the accident. We appreciated him so much. Such fantastic service!
On Friday the 13th, I hit an enormous pothole on Ridge Road in Webster and got a flat tire. Jason from Ricci’s came out and did an excellent job of towing us to the Vision repair shop in Webster. Jason was excellent, courteous and smart.
Josh from Ricci and Sons saved the day for me when he came to fix my flat tire at night in the rain. He was super helpful and nice! I was out of there in no time. Quick and great service. Thanks again!
Absolutely amazing service. I think it was Mark who helped us, andhe stood out in the rain and answered all of my questions and helped replace the battery in my car right where it stopped working. No towing needed.
Called for a tow on the same vehicle twice. Once 6pm last night waited two hours for the driver no call/no show. Called again this morning and the gentleman that took the call assured me he would have a tow truck to me at 8:30am, and told him I would’ve there. Waited next to my vehicle from 8:15-8:45 no tow truck called back to riccis and they weren’t even enroute yet.
Called another company they came quickly and I even got a cheaper price. Wasted 3 hours of my time trying to give riccis my business, hire a company respectful of your time.
They towed my sons car who is a micanic and I have been one for over 20 years.We have seen this before. They clearly did not hook it up right and most of used only one point on a car that was park. Then when he went to pick it up they gave him are hard time for not wanting to wait outside and told him its not his problem he didn't have a jacket on. Big bad tow truck drivers . It is called being a decent human. You can put up signs saying your not responsible for damage all you want but you are still providing a service that you are getting payed for so do it correctly and act professional you can still be held accountable.
Do you need roadside assistance? Are you stranded on the side of the road woth a flat tire? Don't call these guys because even after 45 minutes of listening to elevator music no one answered the fukin phone! Worthless. Totally worthless.
I called AAA, and a gentleman was at my home within the hour! He was polite, reliable, and professional and did not leave until he knew I was safe and able to leave my driveway. Highly recommend!
Worst Towing Company ever used from dispatch to the tow truck driver. Dispatch forgot to attend to your appointment and tow truck driver knocked a tree down and didn’t even attempt to take our vehicle out of the snow. Lazy and lack of customer service.

Have AAA and this company was dispatched to come and tow my car. I have to say that this was the fastest that a truck has come, it was less than 10 minutes. Driver barely said THREE words! Was extremely unprofessional or courteous. Seemed more than irritated that we had to ride in his truck. We drove 25 minutes and driver said NOTHING!! He was listening to true crime stories/scary stories podcast in the truck. Very uncomfortable drive for myself and my teenage daughter! Completely NOT IMPRESSED! If you are going to be part of a customer service community, you should definitely train your driving staff! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
These guys were fast, friendly and professional. I hate using my AAA, always seems to take hours for a tow truck. But, thankful they have this company under their belt. Wish I could get them all the time. Thanks Rob, you made a stressful situation bearable
AAA said I have 2 service calls after placing the call with them.. I got a call from Ricci and Son’s towing saying they wanted to give me a quote on how much the battery replacement and potential tow would cost. I explained the tow should be free through AAA. The person from Ricci and Son’s was confrontational and hung up. If you’re using AAA I’d advise you to request they NOT dispatch Ricci and Son’s.. They charged AAA within 5 minutes of the service request being placed and closed it out (counting as a tow on my membership) still stranded and highly disappointed that AAA would partner with such a poorly run company that’s trying to double dip on service requests. Be advised they will take advantage.

Ricci & Sons towing responded to my AAA call for a dead battery. They arrived at my home in less than 10 minutes The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and installed a new battery at a discounted and very reasonable charge. Ricci “saved the day!” !
Unprofessional(lazy?) job. I was out of state on a family emergency and needed my car moved out of the shop and back to my apartment. I came back late at night to find my car crossed over two parking spaces and sticking out into the road, followed with nasty messages from neighbors and tow warnings from the apartment complex. I didn't expect a perfect drop off, a little over the line is fine, but this was inhibiting other tenants and could have had my car removed by the complex if I hadn't been able to get back in time.
This company is a bunch of crooks! They refuse to honor AAA warranties. The tow truck driver was extremely unprofessional. He refused to change my battery and left me stranded. Call a different towing company!!
Dead(“BAD”) battery on 2 yr old hybrid pickup. Called dealer. They recommended Ricci for tow. Preston showed up quickly. Preston was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable. Jump started truck and sent me off to dealer. Great experience with Preston. Needed new battery.
I contacted AAA to tow my 2008 Honda Odyssey,Sunday morning.AAA said approximately 75 mins, within 10 mins the tow truck appeared with an excellent driver. He was polite and respectful of an old man(80+) nervous to get his car towed. He made it easy ,A sincere THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Ron LaMagna
will never be a customer. truck driver flipped me off because he took up the entire road with his truck in the middle of the road and left his truck door open so everyone had to off road around him. i gave a honk like "hey be respectful" but he gave me the middle finger.
The driver who was originally dispatched was relatively new and upon seeing where my vehicle was parked and the shape of my driveway knew enough to call his boss to come help so my vehicle wouldn't be dragged across my driveway nor would my lawn be torn up by the truck. The second driver had to drop a car off and come back. He came back in the pouring rain and took great care to put my vehicle on wheels to avoid dragging it and was very careful of not only the vehicle, but also the driveway. I greatly appreciate the extra care and consideration offered today. Thank you!
