It's never a great thing to have to arrange for a towed, disabled car to be taken from a lot where it's been towed as per police orders. Georgie at Harding did her best to make the experience a painless as possible. She helped me get the correct authorization, set up the payment arrangements, even notified AAA that the car was good to go. Might not sound like much, but I was trying to get all this done for my daughter from a completely different city. Thank you Georgie, for your professionalism and kindness.
Horrible customer service. The lady who answered the phone did not even greet me or say her name. Very rude. I will recommend avoiding talking to whoever is in charge of answering the phone.
Being a trucker for many years I've seen a lot of things, the good, the bad, the ugly.
And I must say quite often whenever I saw a trucking accident, a truck stuck, or some other problem, it was "Harding's Towing" to the rescue.
They have a beautiful fleet of trucks and skilled wrecker operators.
Wanted to specifically thank the wrecker driver in Rochester New York named Zack. He got me out of a snowbank at the end of my driveway today in literally minutes and could not have been any cooler about it. Will absolutely use them again and recommend to others in need. Thank you Zack you are excellent at what you do and very personable. Definitely recommend.
Luwan at Harding's is a pro! He got my car out of a tight spot in a busy intersection and even dropped me off before taking the car to the service dept.
Locked me keys in the car while it was running. Driver came on time was very nice. Got the car unlocked in a matter of minutes. Price was fair it was a painless experience. I hope I don't need then again but will definitely use if need be.

Had a breakdown on my semi truck on the nys thruway, I called in to these guys to have it towed and awesome price! Zach got to me within 45 minutes of me placing the call and got me hooked up to the tow truck in about 25 minutes, I rode with him over to freightliner and he was a very personable, professional and all around great guy! I’d definitely recommend Harding’s heavy towing to my friends and family!
I chose them because they were the most friendly! I don’t know how to spell her name so I will just say that the female that answered my call and helped me with my situation was the reason I chose this company over others. I had called a few other companies and when I finally heard a friendly voice instead of sounding like I was annoying them, was the reason I made my choice! Then the fact they happened to be able to help me with my situation so fast, definitely will recommend Hardings towing to anyone and everyone!!!!
Why do I get inconvenienced from your driver? can't back out my driveway like normal people do because this truck sticks out on the road while parked and it's there all weekend I don't think that's commercial zoned to be parked there. Rude driver
There is a driver by the name of Larry he is a excellent driver for the service needed. He has a lot of Knowledge about cars and also have a great sense of humor . after having a bad day with my wheel falling off, at least he was able to put a smile on my face to make me feel better about my situation
Georgie has been absolutely amazing. Two and a half weeks ago, my car stopped working completely, and between towing it here and there to be looked at by everyone and all their uncles, Harding Towing 2 has been extremely helpful. She stayed late for her shift and gave me a direct to her number just to be sure I got the help that I needed so bad. She absolutely went above and beyond for me today and I can’t thank her and the gentleman who waited where my car was for a few minutes while I figured out what was going on and why my vehicle was in pieces. Thank you SO much for all of your help!
very rude office staff. When I called to find out why a trip that should have taken 10 minutes took half an hour, a woman with a loud and very winey voice answered that the car was buried behind 4 others and it took time to get ours out. Maybe that's true, but why did she have to hang up on me.? There are plenty of other people who need jobs who could easily do it, with courtesy.
Absolute nightmare experience with this company. Through roadside assistance, tow truck driver showed up on time and was great, I gave him my keys. 20 minutes later I received a phone call from him telling me he made a mistake and wanted me to come see it. He told me it was 100 percent his fault he hooked the car up at a wrong angle, my car fell off the tow truck smashed into another car. He told me to take pictures and told me he was uploading pictures of what happened onto his companies job card, he also apologized multiple times. I immediately filed a claim with my insurance and after two weeks of not hearing anything from Harding’s, I called them.
I received no apology, the “office manager” who cut me off and told me to hold on multiple times as I calmly explained the problem to him. He mansplained a bunch of made up lies and ended up telling me it was my fault and that steel and aluminum don’t screw together and I have faulty equipment (apparently Harding’s has never towed a Volkswagen before??) This is clearly a lie as my front bumper is cracked from falling off the truck for being hooked up at the wrong angle. He said the tow truck driver was young and new and should not have said it was his fault. He said they would cover my deductible and asked me to come pick up a check, but also sign a paper saying I would take no further action and that the accident was my fault. Obviously this was an immediate red flag. After finally getting in touch with their insurance company it turns out this company was not even supposed to be towing my car, they were sub-contracted through motor club towing. I get that mistakes happen and I am glad the driver or anyone else did not get hurt but the worst customer service and overall a very shady business.
If your in this company's area and need help (24 hr road side assistance ) just call... My class c rv caught a bolt in one of the duallys ... DJ came 45 minutes to where I was and the tire was changed in like 10 minutes!!! And the price was seriously reasonable. I will use this service if I ever need to in the future . Thank you to a real company and not over charging us in need.
My truck stopped on me at 6:06pm, I called and spoke to my insurance company. Harding was dispatched, I received a confirmation text stating that they'd be to me at 7:15pm. 7:30pm no Harding's. I called the insurance company at 7:43 to see what the hold was, per Hardings there was an accident they had to dispatch their truck(s) to. My questions were did they one truck or did they dispatch 5 or more trucks to one accident? I was asked if I could wait 30 more minutes.....really had no choice. I let them know I had my child with me and it was very cold. That didn't matter. 8:19 still no Harding, again I was asked if I could wait another half hour for whatever reason. Not to mention I had to pay out pocket for this horrendous service. I call again, same old sing and dance, "I apologize about this delay, please it'll be 30 minutes." I'm past livid at this point. 8:43 still nothing. I'm freezing, windows are fogged up, my child is wrapped up. I get a called to asked if I mind leaving my truck on the side of a busy street during a drunk fest weekend. NO THANK. Not ecceptable. I get the location of a driver, finally, and they are on their way at 9:13. The driver makes it to me at exactly 9:36 pm.
I called in this after and requested to hav my daughter's vehicle towed from my home to a repair shop, i was given a 2 hour window for them to pick up the vehicle after 3 hours waiting for them I called only to find out that they supposedly transposed my phone number and based on the number I was calling from the took down the number and messed up a digit. This would have been fine except, the number I called from was not the number I gave for them to call and when I said that to the "manager" he said oh then the number you gave was off transposed by one digit.....I was not happy, I had a time crunch to get the vehicle delivered to the shop and I was concerned it would not be at the shop before they closed for the day. Anyway I was assured the tow truck would be there within 20 mins I asked if he was sure and was told yes. They never arrived. I called to cancel because there was no way it would meet the closing time for the shop
I have been a loyal customer of Harding Towing, I even recommended them to family and friends. I will never do that again. I missed the appointment that took me several days to get scheduled and my daughter will not have use of he rear until the end of the week. I am so irritated, to top it off the manager was condescending on the phone. Anyway my money will spend at another company who understands the value in providing good customer service.
Arrived quickly, got the work done with no problems. If needing a jumper start, I have had no better experience. Thank you Harding's Towing. The technician that arrived was polite and professional.
I saw the truck arrive, but he turned the corner before I could flag it down. Almost immediately, a call came in asking where I was in the parking lot. We quickly connected and got the car started. A much better experience than the last time Allstate Motor Club sent out service man (to change a flat). Thank you Harding's; thank you Allstate.
Called them to get my battery replaced, which is clearly listed on their website as a service they perform, and the guy on the phone says, "We don't do that"...that's it. He couldn't care less that my car won't start, so hopefully I will never have to come in contact with this company again. Would not recommend them at all!
