So there’s a pretty massive snowstorm and I’m an idiot trying to deliver papers in it. I misjudge the depth of snow and I’m as stuck as stuck can be. The guy answered quick. Made me feel better, and then showed up in record time and not only made it look easy but he made me feel better about what I did. I would have gotten seriously hurt trying to get myself out as my wheels were off the ground and I would have needed to jam my leg in there. I had no choice but to pay for help and it was beyond reasonable as well. I’m super grateful to this place. In my business I meet a lot of tow guys and trust me, there are NONE better!

I needed a tow at 6 pm on a rainy, cold night. The tow was complicated by the darkness and terrain and your tow driver, DJ, was AMAZING!!! He was clearly excellent at his job and explained everything as he was doing it. I cannot say enough about DJ and the entire Cristo experience. Thank you!
I was really in a bind and Cristo came through for me. This was the only company that answered the phone at 3am when my car died on my way home. I didn't wait long, the service was above and beyond, and they helped ease a lot of stress. Thankfully I was able to have my car repaired at their shop. I highly recommend them. Plus they are affordable.
Irondequoit police have a contract with them and will pretty much force you to use them, the cops will tell you one price then you will be charged higher. They charge “storage” for your car being parked there for 5 hours. Then an additional “fuel” cost. The driver that towed it away from there to where I wanted also lost the key. This was an accident situation by the way, not an impoundment which they also do.
They charged me over. My car didn’t start i called them to towing my car. They bring my car to their shop. They said the pump is broken they asked me for $1100. They said 650 for materials. After I searched online i saw the part is only $150. I called to other shop and he said we will fixed for $450 so i had to towing my car to other shop they wasted my time and they wanted to screw up me
