Car broke down in Penfield at 6:30pm on a Monday and they were actually the second place I called. I honestly didn't get his name but they were very nice, gave me all the info prior to him picking up the car. Super nice. He said he'll be about 30 mins and he came within 30 mins. Very quick and professional. Dropped off my car at the shop and they were great. 10/10 would be happy to get towed by them again.
Can't say enough positive about 585 Towing. Professional the entire time - quick to answer the phone, quote the tow needed from an enclosed parking garage (others wouldn't touch it) and on time. Explained the process along the way. I would highly recommend him!
When this guy came out to get me he knew exactly what he was doing I had had an issue with three other towing services. Roadside assistance was terrible they didn't know what they were talking about but from now on I am keeping this number on me they are great. Call them when you got an emergency

Good service my only complaint when he dropped my vehicle off he just left the keys in the ignition instead of giving it to the service department not to smart or professional so definitely wouldn't recommend them there's plenty of towing services here in Monroe county I guess you get what you pay for.
585 Towing saved the day, I was on vacation and followed GPS which took me down some country road, long story short Ronnie was able to figure out where I was and save the day! Other companies just got flustered, after I wasn’t able to give them an exact location, but not 585 towing. Top notch customer service!!!

Took the Family Out to enjoy the woods and snow during the fun a few hours later I didn’t realize I left the truck running and my truck locked itself and overheated. Called around and 585 towing came to our Rescure we were cold wet from playing in snow kids were acting up and this guy had our kids get into his truck for warmth and gave my wife and I a cup of Coffee to help us get warm he found the problem and got us to the nearest parts store and got us up and running and returned home safe and sound. A HUGE THANK YOU TO RONNIE this is a Memeory we will talk about for generations Thank You for your Quick response and a BIG Thanks for your Kindness and the laughter you shared to help my kids stop from freaking out. I was stuck in my driveway from the snow Friday morning and I had been trying to dig myself out.. This guy pulled right up in front of my house and asked if I needed some help. Plenty of plow trucks has passed me by without even asking if I needed help and he stopped and helped shoveled and tow my truck right out of the snow. He was my angel that morning. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I would definitely recommend towing services because of the hospitality and eager to help right way !

thanks to the construction on north rd in chili my car to a rock to her oil pan. the owner of the company showed up himself in little to no time. with my vehicle being lower then most he took very good caution to the underneath making sure not to damage anything. he was very professional and courteous making sure I had a ride if need be and to make sure I was all set and not just my car. the price was extremely fair for this type of service as I have used others in the past. I would HIGHLY reccomend to anyone!
Fast, courteous and professional! I'm in Syracuse and one of my drivers locked his keys in his work van in Rochester. These guys answered my call right away, were happy to help and showed up super fast. They even followed up with me to let me know when they were on the way to my driver and how long it would take.
