Your store sucks. Come in on this date to pick up what I ordered. Not there. Came back two days later said it would be there and it wasn't. How am I doing now. Don't waste your time
Went in today after being told part was in store and then when I got there they didn’t have it but not only that the individual didn’t put the right vehicle and was told to go to the hub and gave me the wrong part number and received the wrong part due to the lack of education on car parts need to hire people with car experience so things would go much smoothly.

Came in to take advantage of their check engine light service on 8/2 and I was absolutely blown away by the costumer service from I believe his name was Winton. 110% friendly, knowledgeable and simply genuine all around. On my drive home I thought to myself wow, maybe the things in commercials can actually happen in real life lol i'll def be back.
Great experience with David as he helped change my car battery. He was highly knowledgeable and friendly to talk to. I appreciate it very much and will return to this location for any auto parts needs.
Traveling from out of town and had to replaces brake pads, rotors, and calipers on daughter's truck. On a Sunday afternoon. Did it in the parking lot with the excellent customer service of Gunner. Recommended my daughter keep coming here for all automotive needs in the future.
I had gone here to get my rear wiper arm, replaced and put on, and though it was difficult due to rust they were determined to get the new one on. The three boys who helped were very compassionate and made sure they got the job done ! They were very funny and friendly !
Went in to buy a rear wiper blade for my 2016 Explorer, the guy says we don't carry any. Seriously! So I went across tp Advance Auto Parts, bought one and they installed it. Bye Auto Zone
Poor attitude from counter staff. Especially the Comercial counter guy. Came in for a simple washer fluid pump and was told they do not stock a single one. Not just for my vehicle, NONE. I mean seriously? Middle of winter, salt belt, can't see. Advanced auto across the street had 10 different styles, let me look at them, and had a direct fit pump in stock
NEVER. GO. HERE. EVER. I repeat, do your self a favor and NEVER go here. I went to grab a replacement rear wiper blade for my car. Simple, right? I've replaced dozens of them. Not only was I sold the wrong part, but the staff had absolutely ZERO idea what they were talking about. The customer service was the worst I have experienced in years. I will never give auto zone my business again. The staff in Greece ruined the auto zone name for me. Permanently. They refunded the WRONG product, I went to advanced auto across the street, and boom. Three minutes later my blade is on the car. The RIGHT one.
Stopped by for help finding the fuse I needed and the younger man working here today went above and beyond to help me out. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed, gave me options, and even came out and helped me get the part replaced.
I'll definitely stop by here again next time I need help
David was so helpful when buying windshields wipers. He offered to put them on even though it it was snowing pretty heavy out . He said he liked snow so he didn’t mind. Did it quick and efficiently . Pleasant and friendly. Something you rarely see nowadays in customer service.
On September 26th, I visited AutoZone at 7:30 AM to have my car battery checked. In summary, I had a fantastic experience with John K, who delivered exceptional customer service with a smile. John was friendly, patient and attentive to my needs. After diagnosing that my battery was no longer functional, he took me to the computer to explain my replacement options. In less than 10 minutes, he efficiently replaced my battery. Thanks to his assistance, I avoided the need to go to Cadillac Valley and saved a significant amount of time and money.
I witnessed an employee completely swamped with customers handle them professionally and courteously. Kimberly diagnosed that I needed a new alternator. She called 5 auto shops to see if they could get me in today, since I was leaving town tomorrow. She succeeded. Kimberly was great!!
I visited the autozone shop to have my check engine light diagnosed, but I had a unpleasant encounter with one of their employees named Logan. Upon entering the store, Logan quickly retreated to the back and didn't provide the service I needed. His behavior was rude and peculiar.

The other older man was really nice and knew how to listen and apply my words to a positive solution and purchase. The second person cared and the first person was just there and didn't really care about what I was looking for
The old boss absolutely Would not help me, told me come back later. Just getting my battery charged. Been hours & simply Would Not check on it. Not sure when to go back & get my battery cause after he told me to come back all he did was stare at me like I’m doing something wrong. Horrible service. I guess I’ll go back little later & hope I get better service when I was told it would only take an hour
Needed a headlight for my car - went to Auto Zone, on West Ridge Rd.
They had the part, and also offered a discount for all veterans ! (my kinda store) - I had difficulties with the instillation of the headlight and Bill, Auto Zone Service agent came out and did it with me.

I went to the AUTO ZONE in Greece this morning 6/1/2022 for an Engine light on checks. Mr. Dave helped me all the way to get a right part and guides me to replace the sensor at the store. It makes me very impressed about the AUTO ZONE. the employees at this store is very friendly and willing to show you how to fix your car and answered all the questions you have. Thank you very much Mr. David I don't know your last name. I would come again and again this store whenever I need parts for my cars. I would strongly recommended this store to my family, friends and anyone I know.

Great clean despite knowing all types of mechanic gear is sold in the store. Customer friendly, and if the don't have the part or item they would be more than happy to order or recommend other close options. The rep that was extremely helpful was Mr. Hundley
Anytime I need anything for my car; I go to AutoZone. All of their associates are very knowledgeable, patient and happy. AutoZone has wonderful customer service! AutoZone goes above and beyond to help their customers. They will put wiper blades on for you, they'll put a battery in and they've even put fuses, in for me. I know that I am not even scratching the surface of all the things they can and will do for their customers. If you've never gone to an AutoZone; you need to fix that. I know you will be bragging about them, too.
I go in on 10/13/19 and ask for a check engine read. They let me walk out with a tool to read it that hasn't work for me.in the past on my truck. Other guys before who worked here were nice enough to get the loaner one and bring it out to do a read it no problem and it worked. Purchased parts and fixed it. But this guy wouldn't let the employee walk out with the tool to read my truck unless I charge my card to rent it for 2 mins and wait 3 days for a refund. The kid was more than willing but they guy said no. Is ignorance just made me return the parts I just bought for this truck to get ready for plowing $600 worth and I'll take my money elsewhere. I will never shop there again. The only time I will be in there it to exchange parts. Sad he had to treat a customer that way
I worked with John today at the Greece store on May 5. He did a great job helping out with a problem I had with a evap kit I got online. He new what to look for and what to sell me. He was a great help and very knowledgeable of the parts they sell. Hope he is there more I will be looking for him when i go in for more parts.
