By far the easiest and friendliest car interaction I’ve had! Marty and Steve made sure the process was swift and painless! I reached out at in the middle of the night and everything was handled before noon the next morning. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of their vehicles.
Called to get car towed that had been in my yard for 4 years. They scheduled a day and then called me back to say they can do it same day if I wanted. Worked out great because the original date was Christmas Eve. Highly recommend! Easy and fast!
Cash 4 Cars Inc did an awsome job of providing great customer service and coming to pick up my car. I contacted them yesterday through email and literally right at the time they opened i was contacted. Very polite, kind, professional and honest communication regarding my car address and process. Probably an hour to an hour and a half after the 2-3 minute consult on the phone which included the price I would be given cash i was contacted again letting me know whom and how long the driver and tow would be to my home and the driver Mr. Marty was approximate with his time. Upon arrival I wanna say the whole process was less than 10 minutes from backing the tow up to my garage and retrieving my car and departure he also removed my plates as I had a hard time getting them off....OH and he gave me the amount quoted on the phone before hooking up my vehicle. I was more relieved with getting the vehicle out of my garage as I didn't have any other help or plans with it the money was a plus and I will say I rode Sally til I couldn't ride Sally anymore!! Customer service and attitude was great Mr. Marty was fast, respectful, and nice!! If and when I need to junk or just simply remove an unwanted vehicle I will definitely use Cash 4 Cars again!! Btw travel distance was not an issue when the consult took place. Thanks Mr. Marty!!

Great guys great business. Called about a vehicle that died on me unexpectedly and was looking to sell to grab something before the weather got bad. Called Cash4Cars and received a quote they would pay for a 1998 Vehicle. The quote was reasonable in price. They picked up and towed the car off our property within 1 hour. The process was quick and seamless and gave us much more space in our driveway.

I called Wednesday afternoon about a car pickup. The guy on the phone was super polite and patient as my phone kept being finicky and cutting out. Thursday Morning another gentleman came and picked up my car and was so fast and efficient! Both were very pleasant to talk too and would absolutely recommend them!
I have an 04 Jeep, I called, wanted it gone, talked with the dispatcher. I called because I saw their truck with a car on it with their phone number on the side. dispatcher was rude, cut me short several times, I was telling him about my Jeep and why they might want it. Dispatcher said they don't take vehicles that old. I could go on but will leave it at that. Borg Warner transmission, good engine, many parts if they wanted to part it out, he offered me a hundred bucks. 100 bucks, what an insult I had to hang up. A scrap processor offered me $300 you got to be kidding $100 dollars. I'm still stewing over this. See pictures.. see what $100.00 will get you. Adding this to my review, what I said was 100 percent true, and if you write anything to the contrary about what I said I have the whole entire phone conversation recorded to back up what I said, I didn't want to go there but maybe I should add that to this post as well.. So everyone can hear what was said, and know that there's no lying, I never even had the opportunity to ask for a price I can post what I said was true!

This business is awesome!!!! Made arrangements to have car picked up after I got off work and they called and asked if they could pick it up early. I was skeptical at first, but said yes. They picked it up AND brought the money to me at my job in Webster and the car was in Pittsford!!!!!!!! I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. Steve got back to me the morning after I submitted the contact form. Super nice guy. This MG was a project of my dad’s that never got off the ground, and was very likely to continue to get closer to the ground. Steve was super nice, and also honest and upfront with me. We set a pickup time the next day. The pickup driver (Marty?) was another super pleasant person to meet. The whole process was smooth and painless.

The teamwork was awesome. Communication was great. My car was in a tuff spot but Marty got it out quick and everyone had a great attitude given the weather. It started snowing a lot within the two hours after I called. My neighbors said they will call next and I hope they do. Highly recommended.
