Windshield cracked during the cold weather, I needed it fixed ASAP so I could resume work, I called 2 hours auto glass, Barry asked for my VIN, to see what glass goes with my vehicle, sure enough they carry the type of windshield I needed, he setup an appointment, and within 2 hours, I had my windshield replaced. Great service, professional workers, highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about 2 Hour Auto Glass. I went in thinking my windshield needed to be fully replaced, but after inspecting it, they were honest and recommended re-sealing it instead. Not only did they do excellent work, but they also saved me a significant amount of money by not pushing an unnecessary replacement.

Had to shop around for a place that would replace the rear passenger side window. It was broken in during Christmas and snowing. I tried getting a quote with satellite and it was an insane price. I called 2 hour glass and they were able to get my window quickly and at a great price. They carry glass for the majority of brand cars out there. Give them a call for any issues with your car glass. Was in and out in an hour for my issue. Great service, I highly recommend their services.
Highly recommend! This is a family run business & they & their workers could not have been more helpful or more efficient. They had the glass I needed for my driver's side honda crv in stock and had me in and out with a new window within an hour! I hope I won't need a window repair again any time soon, but if I do I will definitely be bring my car back to 2 Hour Auto Glass.
On 12/14 Sunday morning my vehicle was broken into in Newark, NJ. I had to come to Brooklyn and I remembered using this business before for repair on a different vehicle. I called the business phone around 6am to check the hours of operation, there was no recording. Surprising to me within minutes, I received a text from the owner stating they will in fact be open that day. Then Barry, the owner called me on the phone stating he is on his way and to go to the shop around the corner his workers should be there to start assisting me. Needless to say, I was impressed that someone would send a text message on their private number before they even open up for business. That is what I call "exceptional" customer service. Chris was there waiting to assist and he jumped into action. He started clearing the broken glass out of the car and window and had it ready to install the new glass. I had a tight schedule that day and needed to get in and out. Unfortunately the glass for my vehicle wasn't in stock, but Barry contacted his warehouse and told me he would make an effort to get it delivered to his shop to install that day. He had Chris install a temporary piece at no additional charge, so I could go run my errands and he would call me when the replacement glass arrived. The timing was impeccable. After completing my errands I received a call from Barry to return to the shop so the glass could be installed. Chris did an amazing job on the install in addition to vacuuming out my entire car! 2 Hour Auto Glass is the place to go for top notch service.
My wife’s car was broken into on a Friday night, and I wasn’t able to deal with it until after Shabbos. I found 2 Hour Auto Glass on Sunday, and they were an absolute lifesaver. Not only were they $200 cheaper than Safelite, but the whole experience was honestly a pleasure.
I waited in their waiting room and chatted with the boss while the work was being done he was incredibly friendly, offered me coffee and water, and made the whole situation feel a lot less stressful. They cleaned up every bit of broken glass and the car looked perfect when they were done.

I had a crack in my windshield that began to spread. I contacted Barry and he quickly got me a quote, ordered my glass and scheduled me right away to come for replacement. Barry was very attentive, always kept me updated and assured I was taken care of. The guys at the shop were quick and the whole process took just about an hour.
Sometimes customer service is more important than you think. If it wasn't for Barry's experience and professionalism, I would have had a problem at my lease end. The aftermarket window approved by my insurance company, was not correct according to my vin and the original specs of the car. Barry caught this a d advised me to wait a day for the right window. I'm glad he did. Work was done in a timely and professional manner.
Barry and his team saved me!! The Mercedes dealership was charging $3,200 to replace my windshield, of which my insurance would only cover $620. You don’t hope to get your window smashed in broad daylight, but when it happens, you’d hope to find Barry to fix it. He took my car at the last minute on a Sunday, parked it overnight and had it ready in under 24 hours. Filed it through my insurance claim, and gave me updates throughout the process. I can recommend him and his staff enough.

First time having to deal with a broken windshield. First, I chose Safelite because it was one of the few options provided on my insurance app. Def do not settle for them even if you are already stressed out at the moment. Take the extra step and call up your local business. In this case, for me, it was 2 hour glass.
These are hard working men and the owner has been in the business for several decades. Open 7 days a week. I'd rather go to them. Barry and Joey (brothers) will pick up the call and with old school charm, walk you through everything. Def a long shot compared to the cold corporate automated voice navigator with Safelite, that terminates the call and does not give you an option to talk to a rep. Did a great job and didn't wait long.

One day, a stone broke my sunroof glass, so I had to stop working. Until I met 2 Hour Auto Glass, the work from booking to replacement was completed very efficiently. One of the staff, Barry, is a good guy, funny and humorous! Although my English is not very good, he is very patient! And the staff inside is very professional! If I need it in the future, I will definitely come back and recommend my friends to come.

I have an '06 Subaru B9 Tribeca, that's windshield was damaged after the hood flung open on the highway...absolutely my fault...by forgetting to fully close the hood after checking on a replacement radiator. I was having a really hard time finding a replacement windshield that wasn't a ridiculous price for the glass and installation. I called 2 Hour Auto Glass and Barry gave me a reasonable quote on installation and a brand new windshield. I brought my Tribeca this morning at 10:30 a.m. and it was finished before 11:30 a.m. these guys have excellent service and are extremely fast! I highly recommend!
