incredible mechanic! my car broke down and they fixed everything right away and for a very reasonable cost. dealing with mechanics in NY can often be a hassle but look no further!!!
Went here for a serpentine belt fix. 3 days later… the new belt they installed is completely ruined. They didn’t bother to check pulleys before swapping my old belt. When you go in for a fix, you expect the entire issue to be fixed… not just the surface of the issue. That makes no sense.
I offered to replace the belt out of my own pocket (again) if they would not recharge a labor fee for the swap. I also would pay whatever labor for the pulleys. Still said no.
Sigh. Wanted to support but cannot.
Fast and friendly service. Don’t pull up with your car and stay inside go ask for help this guys are always busy so once you get the help they are fast and efficient most of all honest!
I used to love coming here but they've gotten so expensive they charged me 246 dollars to change a 42 dollar hose sorry but I can't afford this place anymore
DO NOT Trust. They will “fix” one thing and mess up another, or will “fix” something that is not even the problem in the first place leaving you with the problem still ongoing. I went in to fix my power steering that was leaking and I was hit with a price of $450 to replace the power steering pump. Thought that fixed the problem but the next day I noticed the power steering kept leaking. I went back with his “6 month warranty” and he told me that the pump he replaced had no issue on it and if I had to fix something else causing the leak it would be another $180-$250. WHAT!? If I went in for the power steering leak and payed $450 for what you say was the problem, it shouldn’t have leaked at all after paying for the “fix”. And no way should I pay more money to fix what I went in to fix the first time around. This meaning I was charged $450 for a pump that was not even the problem in the first place. I tried to explain to him that when I went to his shop, I went in stating that I need to fix a “power steering leak” not “replace the power steering pump” so regardless of wether the new pump was in good condition or not, the leak still was not fixed. He brushed me off saying that the warranty is for the new pump and since it is still good, fixing whatever else may be causing the leak is not covered and I will have to pay out of pocket to “fix it”. In the end, I lost half a week of hard work and was left with the problem still occurring. Cuz NO WAY I’m paying another $180-$250 for what should’ve been fully fixed the first time around.
This is the first review I ever write for any business, so really think twice before going to this mechanic and wasting your hard-earned money. Blessings.
Was going to this shop for a while. The price was fair at first then they became on par with the dealership. The last time was when I brought it to him to replace my engine and transmission mounts. He replaced the mounts and when I went to pick the car up it was undrivable. The car wouldn't get out of 2 nd gear. Check engine light and other various malfunction lights were on. He said I brought it to him like that. what?! He couldn't figure out why it was doing that and told me it was my transmission. I took it to the dealer and they said he broke some solenoid wire. $800 dollars later my car was fixed. I contacted Geovanny's and told him the situation and he said it wasn't his fault. I also had to purchase a new transmission dipstick cause they couldn't find were they put the one that came with the car. He Lost it and said my car didn't have one. He also installed front brake pads and rotors. I don't know what happened but the brake pads and rotors lasted on my car for less than a year. They all had to be replaced. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. DONT PLAN ON GOING BACK. Only reason for two stars is because in the beginning he was fair and he is a nice guy. But workmanship and professionalism not so much.
